On the day of the surgery, we walk in to a packed waiting room. Looks like they had everyone arrive at the same time. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour! My daughter had to fast and was starving but they don't care! Funny how important it is for them to make sure you initial in the paperwork it's ok for them to charge you $$ for missing an appointment and they'll reschedule you if you're late! . So over these doctors thinking their time is more valuable than their patients!

Some health issues delayed the procedure - I required significant healing before the implant was inserted. I appreciate the doctor's efficiency and friendliness. He and the staff are very personable. I show up for a 7am appointment and I am shown a cancellation form. Took me asking multiple times to receive any form of contact info for an "office manager". Also told me that me that my brothers insurance was accepted and after 8 months and 5 separate visits, received a surprise bill and told they do not accept his insurance. Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment. Extremely disappointed after I have had extensive work done at this office.

And my night guard, that they pushed me to buy, hurts my teeth, I can't even wear it because they're all sensitive now!! I never returned to Dr. Salim to address my filling breaking because of her impatience with my husband. She was HITTING his tooth asking if it hurts because he couldn't get numb! Husband needed more dental work done but he said we are never returning. And we didn't. Fast forward to now: we are having to pay another dentist to redo the work Dr Salim performed. I had to wait a couple of years to be able to pay for it AGAIN. So that's why I've just now updated my review. I go in this week actually to have the dental work fixed by a different office. I cannot in good conscience leave my shining review, don't go to Ora. The staff are all nice enough but Dr Salim is pushy and impatient. I realize that now after having been to another dental office and received much better service. Don't even consider coming here, unfortunate to say. Because you could end up like me, paying for dental work over again.

He was given antibotics for infection and they will find an oral surgeon for us as a soon as they open on Monday. I couldn't be happier with this place. We have been going there the last 2 years.

It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist due to a number of reasons, and even though I need to get a decent amount of things fixed, they have been really helpful in working with my schedule and maximize the time I am there. The office is spotless, lots of cool technology, and I appreciate being able to watch and listen to Netflix during my crown and filling to ease my nerves a bit. I will be recommending this team to my family and friends!

The receptionist wanted things a certain way because, they were closing. This really created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Although, I was happy they had Netflix and lobby was clean w water avaiable. This Dentist is all the way in North Fort Worth. Its located in a modernized shopping strip mall. You cant miss it because, it looks like a giant penis is on top. Smh Their Dental Assistant was very pleasant. She was friendly and understanding. I got to watch Sugar Rush while I waited for the Dentist to come in. The Dentist had very nice dark skin but, he had a thick accent. It was hard to understand him. There was definitely a language barrier. He put a clamp on my front teeth and didn't tell me why he was doing that? I came in for cleaning. Then he said, "You see, how their wiggling? I was thinking to myself. Of course they are. Your putting a clamp on it! Later on, I asked him a question about my teeth and his response was rude but, he tried to be professional about it. He could not pull it off. I have to schedule another appointment for my son to get his cavity's done they will not be able to do his cavity in this appointment. Some of us are working parents I took off for this appointment and will now have to take off for another appointment.
