The people in charge are very cold and mean to the disabled.

We spent hours reviewing and providing input to our father's care plan and it was never even uploaded into their IT portal. A new caregiver was sent to the home and was told that we "just needed someone there", she was never even informed that my Dad had a cognitive impairment. When the "light housekeeping" duties were not being performed, we created a housekeeping task list for each shift, sent it to the care manager who acknowledged receiving it, and then found that it was never shared with our father's caregivers. In spite of the fact that we were prepared to pay 217K a year for home care and clearly expressed our dissatisfaction with the level of care being provided, a care manager never engaged to investigate and failed to visit the home to see what was taking place. When I called to terminate the service I was told "I am fine with that" by the care manager. These people DO NOT CARE about their clients or the quality of care being provided.
