Sorry, but YOU are the ones that installed and moved the smoke detector, NOT the contractor and now it's going to take a small fortune to fix their screw up (WHILE THEY GET OFF SCOTT FREE) to bring my house up to code. The second they agreed to do that they should made sure the job was up to code - even if it was "under their permit." Avoid at all costs.

He assessed the situation and was able to re-wire and install the ceiling fan which included a quick trip to the appliance store to provide a needed wall plate for that new fan. After that, he helped us reassemble and position bed that originally needed to be moved to get at the ceiling fan. Well, it has been one week since Jared has installed ceiling fan and the fan is working great!

After the job was done, we were not given a Wi-Fi connection. Nardone said the manufacturer was out of the needed hardware piece. He said, when it was shipped to us, all we had to do was call and he would install. The module came just before thanksgiving in 2022. I read the module's enclosed instructions and the installation seemed owner-installable. When done, it wouldn't connect to our network. I called the Generac help desk and with their help, we did a full troubleshooting protocol. The help desk agent said the electrician must have incorrectly set our generator up ... he needed to come back and fix it or Wi-Fi would not work. We called and emailed starting in November 2022. First there was radio silence, then some promises were made but NEVER kept. From November to March, the Wi-Fi still isn't working and Nardone never, not once, has called to explain the miserable response. We will call in a professional with a better response ethic... Cannot recommend this company ... period. They got our money and kicked us to the curb...

Most HVAC contractors (I called 3) would not give a price for the freon over the phone. They ALL wanted to send a technician out, for a fee, and the technician would then tell me the cost. What a racket! At last, I found a nice lady at Air Group in Hanover to tell me the 1st LB would be $400, and then each pound after that would be $200/lb. So, for 4 lbs of freon R-22, Ron Jon ripped me off the $600!

The next day the workers showed up at...Surprise! 7am as promised and worked diligently until the job was complete at 4pm. Everything worked, they were courteous and friendly and respected the property by putting down tarps where needed and they cleaned up and swept before they left.
