I had a very odd and unique situation. The electric in my kitchen and morning room was off and intermittently coming back on and off. They came within 2 hours of me calling and Derek and Matt came to my home and were very intrigued at what was happening, but both were extremely determined to figure out the root cause. They were under my crawl space and all over examining every possibility. They discovered the root cause (former water pump melted my main breaker and another), and were able to replace both breakers. I hired the B-Tec team to help me figure out a few... challenges... we were having with our electricity - switches and outlets that didn't work, a few minor updates, and a project to add an outlet for a dryer being relocated. The team ended up coming back the next week for some additional and necessary work. They were great! They explained what needed to be done and why, how long it would take, who would be doing the work, and supplied me with temporary power in my office while they were working all day. When they got here, they saw that my basement was flooded and started the cleanup process and worked through it while I got everything in order. They agreed to come back for a THIRD visit once my new water heater was installed to finish the electrical for it. They even played with my dog, who was up in their business all day. One of the, if not the, best electricians I've ever hired. We called for a service upgrade and some other outlet/line work. He actually tried to talk us out of some things, until we explained that our future plans needed 200amp svc. He ended up redoing the whole outside electrical with box placements that make sense for the future.
