Even though several associates made eye contact with me when I walked in, not one person said hello or asked if I needed help. I found what I needed on my own and stood at the register, but still, no one came over. After 30 minutes of being ignored by the staff, I put the items down and walked out. Unprofessional and a total waste of time.

The store was still open because closing time is 8pm, yet the staff had already shut down all registers and kiosks and refused to help me. If the store is open until a certain time, customers should be able to receive service up to that time--not turned away because the employees are ready to leave early. This kind of customer service is disappointing and needs to be addressed by management. Definitely not the level of service I expected from AT&T.

We came to The Goddard School of Carlisle from another day care facility and our experience has…read morebeen night and day. At the time of this writing we have been there just short of a year. The school is extremely clean and welcoming by every teacher we have encountered. The Goddard School programming in general has a good reputation, however the staff currently implementing the programming at this school are absolutely excellent. We have to say the development of our child has improved drastically - that includes physical development, emotional development, and milestone development. It appears most teachers intermingle with all classes and our child is very familiar with all staff - you can see that at drop off and pick up as they always address our child by name. I would also like to touch on the ongoing confidence boost the current teachers are giving my child. They really interact and get to know the children and it really makes such a difference. Our child loves going in there. The hours are absolutely convenient for us which is not something we had before. The benefit of when my husband travels is that I don't have to leave work early to pick our child up and we can use that extra time. We do need to pack breakfast (unless you have time to give this at home) and lunch - which in the grand scheme is really fine with me now. It was a learning curve at first, but it gives me the opportunity to nutritionally decide what I will send in. Sometimes when other daycares are funded, the food is mass produced - and kind of gross. The school provides two snacks a day - this is very helpful! From our experience, you really get what you pay for. Here we see that we have made an investment in our child's future (even though still very young). We have another child on the way and could not imagine not enrolling our newest in this program. Like I said - the program is great - but the teachers hired really make it for us. We would 10/10 recommend this school.

Dr. Kielbasa pays attention, listens, and through his careful analysis of my description of what I'm going through, he has twice now hit the nail on the head and has gotten me on the right track and has ultimately relieved my pain! The first time I saw him, approximately a year ago, he was the one who correctly pinpointed a massive disc issue in my neck. Rather than adjusting or trying to correct it through traditional chiropractic means, Dr. Kielbasa gave me good care and advocated that I go to the next step (which ultimately resulted in a very successful surgery - again then pain free). The key here is that he clearly had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Align Chiropractic to anyone who wants an honest answer and a proactive solution to get you on the right track!
