After struggling with Centurylink for years. PA.Net was offering a new wireless service using an antenna on your house that communicates with a tower on the hill, and 25mbps! The good: speeds are as promised about half the time. The other half they're pretty close. The bad: if it is any time after 8pm and the internet goes down, you're going to be down until morning. CTI/PA.Net doesn't have any kind of after hours support. Unfortunately, this isn't a rare situation and is very frustrating if you rely on the Internet connection for TV or work. Any snow or thunderstorm you can bet that someone has to go to the tower to reboot something, and they aren't going until after the start of business when they get around to it. If that's not the case, the main office has a power issue or flooding. They need to do better because the second something better comes into the area people are going to drop them like hot potatoes.

We we not shown our final bill on his mobile device or in print. Spent an hour on the phone with a service rep to correct the issues. I hope this is the only Verizon store that operates like a shady used car dealership. Double check everything!!!
