She never went over the return policy, the additional cost of insurance, etc. When I tried to return the phone and accessories today (since I don't need accessories for a phone that I'm not keeping), they would only give me $165 out of the $280 back. They told me that I couldn't return the accessories and I had to pay a restocking fee on the phone. All of this because their employee sold me a phone that she never should have sold me in the first place because she wanted her commission (it is all she talked about). In addition, my old phone was on the old network and they can't put me back on it so I now have no cell phone at all. I will give a shout-out to Hugo though who was working today. He tried to make it right, but the manager of the store wouldn't let him.

They wanted a deductible based on the original cost of your phone, anywhere from $50 to $300 just to review your case, and could never give me an answer as to how long I would have to go without a phone, which is extremely unacceptable when attempting to secure a job, or simply have a phone you're paying a bill for that you cannot use. I highly recommend checking out Sprint (which is very affordable, and the employees are extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist you) Verizon, or AT&T before giving Boost your money. Sorry Boost, you just aren't on your game, I suggest all of your employees get on the same page, and work on your professionalism.

Both men were very tech and product savvy, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me with my T Mobile questions and tech support. Other carrier reps. may have sent me home to make phone calls on my own for the information, but Kody made the time to find just what I needed. They listened actively, answered my many questions, and provided me outstanding customer support telling me I can stop by anytime for help with my devices. How great to find such knowledgeable and helpful mobile phone company representatives! Clayton and Kody are the best.
