The micro ribbon cables are extremely fragile. After the repair, there was an issue with the flashlight on my phone. As I mentioned earlier, it's one of the most fragile designs, and failures happens quite often. I could not be more impressed with the way Kerem of Dr. Phone Repair in the Hagerstown, MD Valley Mall stood by his work. Not only was my iPhone repaired, but it was also repaired with an entire new back panel which included all the built-in peripheral components. After watching Kerem work, and knowing what was involved, I can unequivocally say that Kerem is the best phone technical I've ever met. I went to this store last week to inquire about getting a replacement memory card for my phone. Due to COVID-19 the store was limited to 4 people in the store at a time. The windows were tinted so I had no Idea if anyone was in there. No sooner did I walk in the store then the manager told me go out. He didn't say "Could you please wait outside, I can only have 4 customers in here at a time." He said "Get outside, you can't be in here right now." From what I understand Store employees are required to wear masks at the time. Not this guy, he must be special because all the customers were masked. The Boost Store in Greencastle has customer orientated, I would recommend taking you business there.

Not only was it done and charged, but Seth and Matthew, who executed the repair, emailed us instructions on how to use a computer to bypass the (broken) power button and how to get photos and data off the phone (a primary concern). So when the big retailers tell you that you need a new phone, I recommend you first check with the tech savvy staff of Monster Buy back. They saved us hundreds of dollars AND rescued our pictures and data. They also sell phones (including unlocked and used) and accessories, tho I did not need any of those this time.
