First of all, when they are with another customer and busy and you have been waiting for around 15 minutes, they dont have to wait on you but good customer service is to acknowledge the person waiting with a HELLO or ILL BE WITH YOU SOON. Forget it. They set me up with a phone that will simply talk and text. Well, I could talk and text but the texts coming in were all in symbols and not readable. When I returned, he said that the phone I have is not compatible with the smart phones for text. He said I would have to buy out the contract and there is another simple phone that would work. Now wait..... shouldnt he have sold me or informed me of this other phone at the beginning. He was not willing or offering to help me out. I was frustrated and said I would go check out AT&T. When we went back later to modify our plan there were 3 people working, a couple of customers and after waiting 1/2 hr we left. The last time we went we were finally waited on after 20 minutes and the young woman did not know anything about our plan, and faced with her ignorance, refused to help us, telling us to call the 1-800 number. At the beginning of the conversation I had said "I bought my phone here in January" and before we left she accused me of lying, saying I couldn't have bought my phone there in January since they only opened in February. It is true they changed buildings but it is the only AT&T store in Geneva and the staff is the same (unfortunately) so by "here" I meant "at the AT&T store in Geneva."

There were 3 other staff and 2 were not doing anything. Daysia asked her manager Sal Arnone for assistance and he was useless. She called Customer help line and the first person said she could not be helped she hung up and dialed again and the rep. was on the phone with her for an hour. All in all she ended up doing it on her tablet and was it was finally done. In the middle of all this Sal walked out never stopping to ask if she had solved the issue, how she was making out or anything.
