Generally it will reset itself after a couple of minutes ( a few times I have had to unplug and restart modem and router) I had a neighbor as if I would recommend the service, and, I am sad to admit it, but I did tell them to stick with their current provider. I get MANY items, in the mail, email and more about upgrading and adding additional hardware and such. We don't need, and while some of the upgrades would be nice, why would I upgrade when I am so unhappy. Yes it is a good price for fiber, but not for the service we have experience so far.

The last time we went we were finally waited on after 20 minutes and the young woman did not know anything about our plan, and faced with her ignorance, refused to help us, telling us to call the 1-800 number. At the beginning of the conversation I had said "I bought my phone here in January" and before we left she accused me of lying, saying I couldn't have bought my phone there in January since they only opened in February. It is true they changed buildings but it is the only AT&T store in Geneva and the staff is the same (unfortunately) so by "here" I meant "at the AT&T store in Geneva."
