Try to avoid this store. It is worth the drive to Canandaigua or even Rochester. We went in knowing…read moreexactly what phone and plan we wanted and, even though we were the only customers there for the entire time, it took them 2 1/2 hrs to set up the account. When we went back later to modify our plan there were 3 people working, a couple of customers and after waiting 1/2 hr we left. The last time we went we were finally waited on after 20 minutes and the young woman did not know anything about our plan, and faced with her ignorance, refused to help us, telling us to call the 1-800 number. At the beginning of the conversation I had said "I bought my phone here in January" and before we left she accused me of lying, saying I couldn't have bought my phone there in January since they only opened in February. It is true they changed buildings but it is the only AT&T store in Geneva and the staff is the same (unfortunately) so by "here" I meant "at the AT&T store in Geneva."

I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.

The next day I…read morecame in to see the door was closed and to go to wireless city around Burlington coat factory to pick up my phone there. the guy in wireless city told me 10 more minutes which is stupid if either one of the guys have over 10 hours to get it ready. The backglass is fine other than the fact it feels barely out of place ( which just might be me), the way the material around the back cameras feels weirder, and the fact that the guy left a bunch of stretchy glue or whatever he used to keep the glass to stick to the phone all over the back. Before I could use the phone I had to keep rubber bands on it for a few hours I wouldn't recommend this place(s) unless your fine with leaving rubber bands on for a few hours or cleaning off the excess stretchy glue yourself Edited: it broke right away when I barley dropped it. This wouldn't have happened with original iPhone back glass. definitely a scam for $100

They tried to charge me a $15.99 replacement fee here.
