Yes there's approximately 10 square feet of space for hundreds of of garments, but ya do what you gotta do a DEAL okay. Anyways, I like the home and beauty options here and the store itself is great to poke around and get some inspiration. The dressing rooms seriously are the tops - tons of space and seating. Joe was thorough in assessing what we needed, never steering us in a particular direction or hovering over us as we discussed. It really felt like he saw his role as helping us make the best decision, which I think we did. Along the way, we enjoyed chatting with Joe about non-mattress life (because what else do you do while you're lying there waiting to see if you like the mattress?) so it's a good thing he's also an interesting guy and easy to talk to. The issue was never the product because the original service and product were perfect and i am extremely satisfied with the mattress , quality and price..The problem I was having originally was with trying to register the account and that was not the clerks fault . I was getting frustrated and kept calling the store for help and I think he got frustrated cause there was nothing he could do. Anyway its all been resolved. Apologies made and accepted on both sides and ill repeat i love my mattress.

We were under the impression that we were receiving an adjustable base comparable to one from another store and the base would include a couple of key features necessary to our satisfaction. The base we received was a much lower value product, not at all comparable, lacking key features. Unfortunately this was not caught upon delivery and it was signed off on, leaving us stuck with a price matched but inferior item. Be diligent when receiving your product. We should not have trusted their definition of "comparable" and the miscommunication that resulted in the lack of necessary features we believed we were receiving.
