I had to put it in all special positions just to have it catch a charge. Today I was out of sorts since it was completely dead. I knew it was not the battery. It was the charging port. No charging cord worked for it even though it worked on my hubby's phone. I did some research on cell phone repair in the area and this one stuck out to me the most. Gizmo Pros definitely lived up to their reviews. I called and the guy who answered was very nice and personable. I let him know the issue and asked him how much it would be to fix. He was very straight forward and helpful and I appreciate that. I set up an appt to come in. He took care of it right away. It took about 30 minutes to fix and there is also a Yelp check in for a free screen saver so he took care of that for me. I am happy that I went to Gizmo Pros. This business is not in a very high traffic area for all. It's in the Meadowpointe neighborhood. But definitely go out of the way for this business. They will be a great help for your cell phone, iPad, and lap top repair. They also have cell phone accessories and phones.

After the replacement, my phone's battery started draining much faster. I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." Overall, very disappointing experience and quality of parts.

I did a search and Phones Plus Computer Repair was the closest to me. I must say Enrique is the best. He's very knowledgeable and patient with me. I am suffering with Bell's Palsy and I have trouble talking because of it. There was no judgement at all. I am from NYC and there is a place in Forest Hills Queens I used to go to which is similar to Phones Plus Computer Repair. I went there for close to 10 years. In the past, Living in Florida, I used to ship my ipad or iphone to them in New York however, I had to pay for shipping sending and receiving. It was costly using UPS ground. I trusted the place in NYC. I will be a repeat customer. I felt taken care of. The store was immaculately clean and everything in it's place. I loved it. I have been to a few other place in Plant City and Brandon and the service is not as good as Phones Plus Computer Repair.
