I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." I am suffering with Bell's Palsy and I have trouble talking because of it. There was no judgement at all. In the past, Living in Florida, I used to ship my ipad or iphone to them in New York however, I had to pay for shipping sending and receiving. It was costly using UPS ground.
