When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." Overall, very disappointing experience and quality of parts.

When we took the phone back, the guy at the front stated "I know the Face ID wasn't going to work because we didn't put in an expensive glass". He said if we wanted to, we could pay him an additional $60 for a better screen that would allow Face ID. We told him that it's on him to fix it properly or give us a refund. When I told him that he should have honored what was advertised he said there is no way to fix Face ID and if I could find any one that could fix it, he would give me my money back. When I quoted back to him his company policy about quality parts, he kept speaking over me. We were here for my old broken phone repair. Since I got new IPhone 6, I decided to see we can repair the IPhone 5. The switch off button is broken. The cost of repairs is $55. Since we check in with yelp, there is a $5 coupon. We also have the factory unlock so we can switch the carrier. It only takes them 24 hour to switch for $49 dollars. We have tested at the store to make sure it has reception. I like local store to do it instead get internet store is I can go back to them if we have problems. They also sell cell phone case, refurbished TV, computer screen and more. It is good price. They have average service. Sometimes you need to call to check if the part is arrived to fix your gadgets.

By that point, they had forgotten that they even had my computer. They said that they would "repair it as soon as we brought it in" when they had it the whole time. Then, lines appeared on the screen within 3 weeks of getting the computer back. They refused to fix it, claiming that we broke the computer. They then sent it to the part vendor and, a month later, called me to say that the vendor wouldn't replace the faulty part. I paid them to fix my computer and 4 months later I still don't have a usable computer and they refuse to make it right. Avoid at all costs.

Sometimes the top left hand corner would not exit from a site. The screen was still under warranty so my wife and I came in on Monday, November 21st. We explained what was going on to the sales rep and told him it was random. My wife managed to prove it to him. He explained it was because of the way my wife touched the X on the site. But the same thing happened to him. I told him, "See, it's also happening when you touch it." He denied it by saying the screen didn't respond because he didn't tap on the X, just next to it. HOWEVER, I called him on this several times after trying to close the link. He tried blaming it on Apple as a software problem and refused to help us even though Apple stated it was a display issue. It really upset me to feel this young man talking with a sarcastic tone to us and then trying to lecture with his explanation of how the phone works. This was extremely insulting. We wanted the help and the right to be covered by the warranty but I feel I was scammed instead.
