The website stated my order would be ready within two hours. After waiting, I called the store and spoke with Junior, who told me they had not received my order and instructed me to contact AT&T customer service. I followed his instructions and contacted customer service, who confirmed my order had been processed and should be available for pickup soon. After waiting several more hours, I called the store again and spoke with Junior. This time, he stated that he did have my order but that he would need a manager's approval. I was confused because this requirement was never communicated online or during the ordering process. Junior informed me that the manager was out for the day but that he could call her to see if she could override it. After speaking with customer service again, I was informed that this was not accurate and that my order should have been able to be completed. I called the store back and explained what customer service told me. At that point, Junior changed his response and said he would have my order ready within 15 minutes once I arrived. When I arrived, he was able to complete my order. However, during the setup process, I noticed my previous phone service had already disconnected. I asked whether my number would transfer to my new phone, and he said yes. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that I would temporarily be without service, because I would have waited until I was home to complete the transfer myself. Overall, I felt like Junior was very dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. He was short when answering my questions and did not make me feel like he actually wanted to assist me. Regardless of whether an order is placed online or in-store, customers deserve the same level of respect and support--especially when making a significant purchase. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I will also be sharing my experience on my social media platforms so others are aware of the customer service I received.

There is a security guard who mans the store and if you get out of line, be prepared to get kicked out- so behave and be patient! Thelda was the associate who assisted us and she was great! She was friendly, straight to the point, and efficient. She answered all of our questions patiently and suggested the best deals they had to offer. Overall, although this particular location is busy, there's a private parking lot, security, and knowledgeable staff ready to assist you.

Over the phone, I inquired about a particular charger for an older model phone, and the guy who answered confirmed they do have this kind of charger in stock. However, upon arrival at the store, I was told no charger was available. Really? Either these guys are clueless about what's in stock or they are being totally dishonest. What really exposed these guys as being obnoxious, incompetent tech cretins who have no concept of customer service was the recommendation that I 1) Head to Target to see if the charger is in stock there. (Do the folks at T-Mobile corporate know their employees are advising people to go to Target??) 2) The refusal to contact another T-Mobile store to inquire about whether the charger is in stock there. I definitely felt this store visit was a total waste of my time. Most importantly, the people who work here are not legit, intelligent salespeople. If they were, they probably could have convinced me to purchase a new phone. But I wisely took my business to another T-Mobile location. The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

Andre was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He worked on my phone long past closing time until I could at least get a signal knowing how not having a cellphone this day in time is such an emergency and necessity. A few weeks later, I return to purchase the new iPhone - once they were released - and again, nothing but nice and considerate guys all around. I've watched as folks come in and crowd the place, hoping to see this small but extraordinary team and no matter how busy it gets, they never lose their cool; always professional!!! Keano Smith, the authorized sales tech at that Verizon location, is the third technician who has made our visit a pleasure. It seems that any problem we introduced to Keano was solved. His help made us receptive to a painless remuneration transaction even at the end of our visit. We shall indeed be visiting Mr. Keano Smith and look forward to his advice and supportive guidance. In the meantime, we are contemplating upgrading our phones because of Keano's kind attention.
