I cant give more than 5 stars. I called Wireless Image to get price on replacing my screen, also called a few others but this place was the best price with GREAT ratings. I called Tom back and asked if he could get this done today? He said yes, it will take about an hour and I have the screen in stock (awesome) so I went and he is real nice and polite, he did have it done in an hour like he said. Leaving the store by car battery had died, I asked Tom if he could give me a quick jump start, I have cables ? he said "Sure thing" Now he could have said no, but being a nice polite guy, not only did he fix my phone quickly at a reasonable price, he helped jump start my car. This is the kind of "customer service" I haven't seen in a very long time. Wireless Image has got a customer for life and will tell my friends about this business. Very professional. Call back in less than five minutes on a day the store was closed. Needed cell phone repair and salesman asked us to bring it in to get free estimate. Brought the phone in and he took to back room. Said it would be a couple of minutes and he came out with phone and said it was unrepairable because it had oil in it. Opps forgot about spilling some a week before. Ended up buying a new phone but would highly recommend this store. Very friendly and super helpful. I took my iPhone 8plus here to get fixed since it was the cheapest in the area. I am glad I did! The customer service is amazing. When my phone was originally fixed, I noticed little black spots on the bottom of my screen & I told the guy about it and he gladly took it back to fix. I left and when I came back he told me he also put on a screen protector at no extra charge for me having to wait again. I wasn't expecting that at all, but that was real nice and considerate of him! I came in for a battery and screen replacement for my IPhone. I had been walking around with a cracked screen for nearly 2 years, and figured today was the day I was going to finally get it fixed... After calling several local business for quotes, Wireless Image came back as the best rate, and I could tell the man answering the phone/owner was genuinely interested in giving me a great rate and taking great care of me. When I arrived, I showed him my phone. He examined it and said "you know what? I think this is just a cracked protective lens, not your screen..." sure enough, he took my phone out of its case and lifted of the protective lens and viola! Good as new!!! This place is really as good at it gets! My poor phone (Iphone 6S) took a dive into some cement and cracked completely, than after I put it off for however long I put too much pressure on the phone and it cracked even more. As we all know, it is $$$ to get your screen replaced but I finally took the plunge and decided to eat. Great service. I have an older Kindle Fire, the charging port seemed to have been dislodged or disconnected from the battery so that the device would not accept a charge. Tom looked at it, disassembled the device, soldered the connection and put it back together. The Fire was charging a little, but Tom took it apart again and soldered the connection again, now it's as good as new. All took less than an hour. Don't take your device to another one of those Big Box places and leave your electronics for a few days or a week or who knows how long, with a bill larger than I paid and with uncertain results. We ordered a screen for my iPhone 11 Pro which was going to take 18-30 business days to ship from China (which I was totally okay with considering he quoted me ~$200 less than anywhere else). I came in with a broken speaker on my iPhone. General I'm hesitant to go to phone repair stores as most don't have a good reputation, but I knew Apple would charge me a lot for the repair. I came in and the owner was at the front, he immediately diagnosed the issue and explained to me that it could either be the speaker or the charging port since they are interconnected. He gave me a price of both repairs and said he would try the speaker repair since it was faster and the cheaper repair. He told me to come back in 30 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes later I returned and he told me it was the speaker, showed me it worked and I paid and was on my way. Extremely fast and affordable service, explained to me everything and answered any questions I had. I'm a little sad I don't live in Denver as I would only come to this store. During our exchange, he mentioned I could also get (the equivalent of) a $10 discount if I mentioned Yelp. Unfortunately, I forgot about it when he rang up the sale. So, I get home and surprise my son with his "New" phone. After freaking out about how cool the phone is, how cool I am, etc....he says, "where's my phone case?" Darn it! I didn't even notice that Tom gave me the phone back without the cover, I'm sure he wanted to show me the work that was done, etc....
