OMG.... I think I found my favorite store in SoFlo. I have been to this store more than 3 times and…read moreeach time, I have experienced nothing less than a positive, professional store. I went to get my iPhone 6s Plus phone fixed due to some charging issues I was having, and he was able to fix it for $45 or less. After taking my phone to T-Mobile and being told that I would have to buy a new iPhone (which would ultimately cost me $1,000+), I went back to Wireless Tech on a hunch that they may be able to fix the problem. Surprise, they did! On my 2nd visit, I witnessed a transaction between the store manager and a girl who needed to get her phone's camera fixed. He was polite and fixed it within 30 mins. She was shocked, as she was in and out in less than a day (and without having to buy a new phone). On my 3rd visit (6/19/2019), I went back and had them replace the battery in the same phone. Again, I paid about $45 plus tax (not $1,000). On both of these occasions, it only took about 20 minutes to fix. I am giving them 5 Stars because they are an excellent example of what a repair shop should be. Again, if you are looking for a store to get your iPhone fixed, this is the place. Thanks, Wireless Tech!

I was told what position I was in line and how long it would be before I would be assisted. When it was my turn, the young lady answered all my questions and told me how long it would take, for me, this is okay. I left and returned a little earlier than they suggested, so I waited in the lobby. When things were almost finished, someone came out and apologized for it taking so long, they had to do some extra cleaning, which was my fault for waiting so long to get my phone repaired, it was full of dust and pocket lint. When things finished, the tech and I went over the phone, making sure that everything worked properly and that I was happy with there work, I was. So much so, I asked about the training that they did at this company, also asking about the customer service training, which is obviously OUTSTANDING! I will recommend this company to anyone who asks about getting their phone repaired. The team at Dr. Phone Fix is AWESOME. Five stars! Best Regards Captain BillyD J.
