Tony delivered exactly what you hope for from a mobile repair service: honest communication, fair…read morepricing, technical knowledge, and a fast, professional repair. Before arriving, he called and thoroughly explained the screen options and pricing for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. What stood out was that he wasn't trying to upsell me -- he gave honest feedback on each option and helped me decide based on whether I wanted a short-term or long-term solution. His pricing was very reasonable compared with other repair shops, especially considering he came directly to me. Before starting, Tony inspected the damage and explained that its location near the motherboard could potentially mean additional issues. Once he opened the phone, he confirmed the board was undamaged and proceeded with the original OEM screen replacement. About 20 minutes later, my screen was replaced. He also came prepared with a screen protector, which I appreciated and had him install. Before leaving, we went through the phone together, tested screen responsiveness, checked the settings, and confirmed there were no alerts or issues. Then came the unexpected bonus. After a previous battery replacement at uBreakiFix, my earpiece volume had become extremely low. I NEVER mentioned this to Tony. On my first call after his repair, the earpiece was suddenly so loud and clear that I thought my phone was on speaker. It wasn't. Somewhere during the repair, Tony corrected that issue too -- without being asked and without charging me anything extra. That attention to detail is what took this from a good repair experience to a genuinely impressive one. Tony is knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and an excellent communicator. If you need your phone repaired, I'd strongly recommend calling these guys first. I absolutely would use them again. *additionally, Tony gave me back my old screen and told me if I ever want to do the IC transfer that it can be done as long as I keep this part.

I thought, "OMG, I'm here in Orange County - not exactly known for its tech community. What am I gonna do?" I found iSolution and brought my MacBook in. The guy fixed it right away while I watched. He didn't even charge me. Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it. Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything. I picked it up and he charged me reasonably. It is completely fixed and am on my laptop right now! I am a super happy camper. Both experiences with iSolution were fantastic. Susan
