The young man I dealt with wore a look that vacillated between boredom and contempt and was of less use than an electric football bat. Offered nothing but sarcasm and passive insults in the face of my politeness. When I held firm that I would only accept the terms promised by corporate, he escalated his expression to what I think was an attempt at a mean mug. It... it needs work. Maybe he thought it looked good practicing in the mirror. But the desired effect was not achieved. Looked down at my watch and I was 10 minutes closer to death with the trend lines pointing unfavorably. So, life being too short, I cut my losses, bid him good day, and left with him shooting pensive, constipated looks at me. Very unpleasant, top to bottom.

The man behind the counter tells me it is $90 for the new SIM card and a $50 activation fee, plus the first month's service fee. The guy couldn't even keep a straight face while he was saying this. I knew this particular service provider didn't charge an activation fee. I knew he was lying, was trying to blatantly rip me off. So I walked out. I went home and went online to get the SIM card. It cost me literally $4.99 instead of $90. There was no activation fee. The entire transaction cost me $29 that's with the first month's service. WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!

I took my…read moreiPhone 6 in for repair because my face cracked after my phone was broken ( i dropped it ) i called here and was given one price over the phone $89 but i got there an the price went up to $115 ( i should have left then ) but was told for new parts the price was more but on the same day of the repair before i left it was frozen they got it to work but the finger scanner went out about a hour later so i called and he said come back tomorrow so i took the phone back the next day and then after leaven maybe 2 hours later i notice a black line starting to appear on my screen . I called n was told come back again the next day. I took the phone back again the next day and they told me i had broke the phone by sitting on it ( keep in mind i never placed my phone in my back pocket and i also called them the same day and was told to just bring it back tomorrow ) but when i went back they wouldn't repair my phone and i was told by Apple store that they gave me a bad LCD which was used ( of course Apple wouldn't repair behind them and replacement was $300) this place is a rip off and I will never recommed anyone to the place . I should have know because while my phone was being repaired two other people came in complaining that they phone wasnt working after they repaired it and one person bought a new one and it didn't work but unfortunately they make you pay upfront ..... I saw they were a Mac certified shop. I called and talked with Chip. Bring it on in he said, which I did. The place was spacious, clean and cool inside. Chip told me about the diagnostic fee of a hundred bucks. which I did NOT have to pay up front. If I could get my data, that would be ideal and well worth it I thought. He called a short while later, said my motherboard was bad and not worth fixing, but the data was still there and he could transfer it for me. I had most but not all of the gold backed up, so I was happy with the news. I could not have asked for more timely, efficient or friendly service. I had an outstanding customer experience.
