I hired Wired AV to do a commercial grade internet system at my home, as well as to install a high end Sonos audio system throughout my home. Contracted Wired AV to replace old doorbell system with a new Ring Video doorbell. They were on time and very professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner. I was worried about the hole cover plate since it was on a brick wall. They brought a custom cover that fit the hole so the smaller Ring unit would mount to that plate. Finished job looks very good and I would recommend these guys for any home automation project you might have. read more

One of our elder family members has been having problems operating her television, cable and audio equipment due to her declining cognitive and motor skill abilities. We asked JC if he could come up with some kind of basic voice command control system to help her operate all of her audio/video equipment as simply as possible and amazingly he did it!! Wired AV is the company I hired to fix all the problems I got another company for my security cameras. JC at WIred AV always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working correctly and all the problems are taken care of. He also is knowledgeable about THE latest technology, and has great connections with direct distributors. The DVR for my security cameras was making so much noise, and wasn't recording as it was supposed to, and JC looked over all the cameras and the DVR and told me the prior company sold me a 'knock-off' of a brand name DVR with inferior parts. I paid top dollar for the security camera DVR/system and was really upset. JC got me the name brand DVR (for a fraction of the price of the knock-off version), and made sure I was entirely happy with its performance. He also fixed my home theater system, which has always been screwed up (home theatre Doctor - avoid him!!). JC is always focused and you can tell he KNOWS what he is doing - no b.s. After having two poor companies work on my home, it truly is a joy to have a company that is reasonable, honest and knowledgeable. read more
