JC was one of a few bidders that we invited to compete for wiring and configuring an A/V system in our new home (new construction) in Santa Monica. I was clear that we wanted an affordable and adaptive option - we had been burned before by a contractor who designed a closed-circuit system that never worked right and required frequent and expensive tech support. We hired JC and his team after checking references and a few interviews. They not only hit a home run, exceeding our every expectation... JC's attention to detail, flexibility, and quick responses to ever call or text were impressive. Over 18 months, he proved to be one of the best contractors (of many) that helped us achieve our dream home. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. He continues to take every call, when we we have a question that - I am sure - any other person would claim could be answers by going to the manufacturer website. He's thoughtful and reliable. He deserves your business. read more

I hired Wired AV to do a commercial grade internet system at my home, as well as to install a high end Sonos audio system throughout my home. This included installing multiple amps and speakers in the ceiling. They did an amazing job. Customer service was A+ and they really know what they are doing. JC the owner was and remains very responsive to my inquiries and periodic requests to fix and troubleshoot any issues. I can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!! read more

JC and Alex ran internet and tv cable to my home office which is in a separate structure from my main house. The guys showed up on time, acted professionally, and performed professional work. No more walking 60 ft of internet cable from my office to the router every morning, and disconnecting every afternoon before the kids get home. These guys are the real deal. read more

Responsive, reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We are very happy to recommend Wired to everyone.

Contracted Wired AV to replace old doorbell system with a new Ring Video doorbell. They were on time and very professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner. I was worried about the hole cover plate since it was on a brick wall. They brought a custom cover that fit the hole so the smaller Ring unit would mount to that plate. Finished job looks very good and I would recommend these guys for any home automation project you might have. read more

JC was awesome.... He came by for an assessment to make sure we were on the same page on what needed to be done. He had great advice on how to make my setup better. From there, he was really responsive in terms of next steps. I had an estimate for the work in my inbox later that day. When it came to the job itself, he was methodical. Making sure everything was done perfectly. And even though the job required extra cables, he kept his original estimate the same. Would definitely recommend. read more

Our experience with JC was fantastic from start to finish. Two weeks after an initial consultation, JC installed a new home theater with Sonos, which delivers superior sound quality and ease of use. Although JC outlined all available options for us, he did not try to sway us to add unnecessary additional products. He was very professional, easy to deal with and extremely communicative throughout. Highly recommended. read more

JC did an awesome job creating just the right system we needed!! One of our elder family members has been having problems operating her television, cable and audio equipment due to her declining cognitive and motor skill abilities. We asked JC if he could come up with some kind of basic voice command control system to help her operate all of her audio/video equipment as simply as possible and amazingly he did it!! Our elder gal loves the system that JC came up with for her!! Now she can easily enjoy using her TV, DVD player, listen to music and books just by asking the Alexa voice control that JC incorporated into all of her audio/video equipment to do it. The price was right and the quality of workmanship, creativity and super friendly/ personable service provided by JC and his company was outstanding!! Thanks JC, we'll be calling you after the holidays to set up a new system for our house next! read more

We recently updated our audio and video system plus added a number of new features using audio throughout the home with woofers and Sonos! What a fantastic addition. Also new TVs in 3 rooms all with the newest DVDs, speakers, power control systems, and so forth. JC, the owner of Wireless A/V is simply a audio/video genius. And he is very fair in pricing in advance plus making sure you have all your guarantees for all hardware. He is just superb! read more

Wired AV is the company I hired to fix all the problems I got another company for my security cameras. JC at WIred AV always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working correctly and all the problems are taken care of. He also is knowledgeable about THE latest technology, and has great connections with direct distributors. The DVR for my security cameras was making so much noise, and wasn't recording as it was supposed to, and JC looked over all the cameras and the DVR and told me the prior company sold me a 'knock-off' of a brand name DVR with inferior parts. I paid top dollar for the security camera DVR/system and was really upset. JC got me the name brand DVR (for a fraction of the price of the knock-off version), and made sure I was entirely happy with its performance. He also fixed my home theater system, which has always been screwed up (home theatre Doctor - avoid him!!). JC is always focused and you can tell he KNOWS what he is doing - no b.s. After having two poor companies work on my home, it truly is a joy to have a company that is reasonable, honest and knowledgeable. read more
