They have mini pies for $5 and while it was hard to decide (assorted cheesecakes, key lime pie, sweet potato pie, etc.); I bought a mini peach cobbler for hubby. However, I'll definitely be back to try their ice cream and bread for a better idea of what they are capable of. I will say that their cake decorating ability is wildly creative. I've seen what some people have had done and it's truly incredible. You want a cake with stacks of money on it or a barbie doll, how about 100 roses? Yep. They can do it. I took pics of 3/5 of their cases. I'm missing the cookie case and the enourmous wall-length case of bread and various mexican pastries. Ultimately, the place has a lot to offer & they're open late so it's a perfect option for when you're strapped for time or when the rest of the Blue Island bakeries have long ago shut their doors.
