This Walgreens is just OK. I went here because my BF bought the the Slap Chop for Xmas from here…read moreahhahaha and the stupid thing didn't work.(surprise) So I grabbed the receipt and took it back. SO this store isn't in a BAD neighborhood but it's not great either so they have all the bells and whistles at the door. So I'm walking in with a broken item I'm yelling to the lady at the register so she can see that i am walking in with it and didn't swipe it. She was slightly annoyed I did this. Not sure why. So the manager meets me at the photo counter to do my store credit and she was well not very friendly. She wasn't rude she just had a blank look on her face the entire time, no emotion no questions no nothing. She didn't even respond when I said Thank You and Have a Good Day. She just walked away. Weird. The other folks working there all seem to have the same attitude. I find this weird. I mean a fake smile and a have a nice day or something would be nice. I went back to the store a week later to use my in-store credit and found the attitudes to be the same. I picked up several things that were on sale that did not ring up properly and the young fella ringing me up seemed slightly annoyed with me for saying so. like now he was going to have to actually put some effort into ringing up my purchase. I don't know I just feel like this store has great potential, it's fairly clean had full stocked shelves but the employees were all so hum drum. The frigging security guard was the only one who smiled when we were leaving. I gave it 3 stars because they took back the crappy slap chop with no question and had everything I wanted that was on sale in stock. If this review was just based on customer service it would have been 1-2 stars for sure. blahzay blah!
