Food is decent hit or miss honestly depending on the workers mood of the day but don't recommend coming to location though. Even placing your order online there's a wait and the employees don't even look at you when you walk in you almost have to walk into the kitchen to speak with someone. The problem is the chicken was way overcooked it was fried so hard you couldn't eat it. I called to let them know but was placed on hold then hung up on, I then went to the site to leave feedback but when it asks for a city Wildomar is not an option. I got the lemon pepper which had no spice, but still satisfied my belly bag quite well with its tanginess (it earned a 7.2/10 on my wing scale). The garlic parmesan aligned my chakras and delighted me with a warm crispy pinch in the tongue (6/10 not spicy at all). The original wings... wow... those gosh darn chickens must've been flying nearly to heaven with those wings, they were crunchy, flawlessly spicy (8.5/10 scrump diddly umptious). Granted I have only been here twice and help by a total of 3 people, and they were in fact understaffed the first time, but they are very kind and are trying their best. The three seemed to be in their 20's or at least close to it, and even though they're surrounded by the grease smell all day they were some of the nicest people ever. All the 1 star reviews are dead on. After placing an order online, wings were ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Came inside when food was supposed to be ready and had to wait an additional 50 minutes. Staff is in the back just chatting instead of actually taking orders in or cooking. You can literally drive to another location, pickup up your wings, come back. Eat them and they still won't have your wings ready here. Food was cold and soggy. How the hell you take 1hr & 10 minutes to cook wings and still mess it up. I think I'll be faster if I just grew the potatoes and cooked them myself instead of waiting for them too. Definitely avoid this place at all cost.
