I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Wingstop. My girlfriend placed a pickup order for 7:30 PM, and I ended up waiting in the store for 30 minutes, only to find out my food had been sitting there the entire time. Breana, the server, never informed me, and to make matters worse, she forgot my drinks as well. When I finally received my order, there was no offer to remake the food, despite it having sat out for so long. The staff was unprofessional--standing around with their hands in their pockets, glued to their phones, and showing little to no urgency or attentiveness. I've been to plenty of Wingstop locations, and this was by far the worst in terms of customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. read more

I wasn't going to say anything but I when was here two nights ago I had a simple order fry's/wings for just me (This Wingstop only has Hispanic employees and Im Caucasian). Then a couple came in after me with a full order and they served them their food first and made me wait three times the amount of time because they were more interested about getting it out to the Hispanic couple first and letting me know I'm not as important as the other couple rather then just giving me my order so I could leave. When I confronted the guy he said "it wasn't his problem". Little did they known my car has a dash cam and was filming my whole experience. I'm contemplating releasing the footage to the public. I ended up throwing the food in the trash at that point. read more

Decided to try this place out seeing as it was close to my house, Worst service I've had in a while stood there waiting to be acknowledged for at least what seemed to be 15min by any of the two employees working there, when they finally came up to cashier I was asked if I was there for a pick up and as soon as I said no I was skipped for the person behind me I'm assuming they had placed a phone order, at that point I just walked out seeing as they weren't interested doing business. More then likely will not return to give them second chance. Honestly I Should have checked the yelp reviews before wasting my time even walking in. read more

There's some GHETTO ass manager that works here willm or willamina what ever the fuck his name is, IS NASTY as FUCK! We ordered an online delivery order through WINSTOP.COM and our order was not delivered, turns out that Wingstop uses door dash and would have to go through them, instead of helping us he started getting irate and kept hanging up on me. All I know is he's a sitting mother fucking duck. He'll see me soon read more

Each time my boyfriend and I attend this restaurant, we always get amazing service. There is this employee named Tony/Anthony and he has always been so welcoming and inviting each time. Each time we order, they always give us an estimate as to when our food would be ready and the times are always accurate. I would highly recommend others coming to this restaurant. I assure you it's always worth the wait. read more

We waited for 25 minutes, I went up to check in our order, the employee working said they gave our order to someone else, and asked if I wanted their order. I said no, we'd like what we paid for. Waited another 25 minutes, they gave us the wrong order. We were so hungry we ate anyway. Not coming to this location again. read more
