Great atmosphere. Clean quiet and made to order. Great customer service the crew was working to get our orders out.

You know what? This place is ok compared to the Carlsbad location (the one across from Westfield El Camino Real mall). There are some things I prefer over at the other location and some things that I liked from this Vista location. One thing different is the price and menu layout. The menu is cleaner and easier to understand, and the price is cheaper by $1-2 after tax (not too big of a difference but it could be when you're trying to stretch your money). Their fries are varied here... as you you get your regular cut fries like at Carlsbad and then you also get a mix of large steak fries tossed in. The seasoning is not the same (this one is saltier--you just need to toss in a pinch more of sugar because that's the secret). The wings are just as tasty if not the same in cooking. So nothing lost there. Bf and I went to this place because we were craving wings, it was closer to us than Carlsbad (our go-to location even though it's about 4 miles farther), and we wanted to see if it was comparable enough to just go to the Vista location next time or just continue going to Carlsbad. The drinks are more accessible here...as in your teas and fountain drinks are in one location instead of the teas in the back counter where the general public can't reach and the sodas in the front. So that's a plus. We will probably still go to Carlsbad but once in awhile grab the wings from here. read more

Friendly staff, quick service, and great wings! Each time I've been here I feel very welcomed by the staff. The manager/owner is very laid back and has a great personality! The food is great, and the service is quick! Keep up the great work guys!! I'll definitely be coming in once a week with the wifey! read more

Wingstop was once my go-to place as far as wings were concerned. I would frequent it like once every month at least to get my wings fix, especially since I'm a huge fan. Their lemon pepper has been a staple of my wing diet for the longest time. They offer a variety of different flavors ranging from medium, hot, to garlic parmesan, and Louisiana rub. My personal favorite as stated above is the lemon pepper. My one gripe about Wingstop is that over the years the wings have gotten smaller and smaller. They weren't the size as Buffalo Wild Wings but they were a tad smaller, which is a healthy portion in itself. Nowadays when I visit, the wings are so small that there is barely any meat left on the bone. That's pretty much the reason why I docked stars off their rating. Taste is still good except for the fact that over the years the wings have gotten smaller and smaller and smaller. read more

I'll be honest, I really like wingstop's wings. However, service is so incredibly slow. Ordered 2 orders of wings at 7:30 online. Received an email stating wings would be done at 7:40. Arrived at 7:40 and sat waiting for 35 minutes. Glad I ordered ahead of time. I will note, they seemed busy on a Friday evening. Great, I get it. But at least dominoes will be up front and tell me the wait time is an hour. I would have hung around with my kid before bedtime if I had known it was that long of a delay. Wings are good, call ahead and give them a few minutes cushion. read more

I feel like I just made a new best friend after calling in our order to Isaiah. He was super upbeat and friendly on the phone, going out of his way to make sure our order was going to be right. Once arriving at the store, he greeted us with the same friendly demeanor and a smile. The food was out at the expected time, hot and fresh as we have come to expect from Wingstop. Thanks for an exceptional experience! read more

First time at this location, Isaiah and his staff were super friendly and very helpful. The food was awesome, personally recommend the mango habanero sauce(spicy sweet). Definitely going back. read more

Great wings and I really like their fries. Pretty small place but the food if you're looking for a quick wing fix. They add sugar to their fries which I thought was super weird when I first heard about it, but it's actually pretty good. Kind of in a hidden spot if you're not too familiar with the area and every time I've been they've never been extremely busy read more

I submit a order online on 01-17-2020 around 5:40pm. WINGSTOP VISTA HACIENDA DR (#764) Order # 463692631. I paid the extra fee for delivery. I receive the food , and they forget the ranch , I call the restaurant request to speak with the manager , explain the situation and she told me I have to drive to the restaurant to get the ranch, if I paid for a delivery fee and now one me to drive to the restaurant to get the ranch are you serious? Also I ask for a full refund and she told me the that's is not possible and I cant refund your money . I just feel the she did not treatme as a customer and she hung up on me. read more

My girl and I come here all the time because we love Wingstop and have a standard of what should go on there. Timothy helped us out this evening and he did an excellent job with our order. It's people like him that work for Wingstop that keep me coming back. read more

After having multiple bad experiences I came in to give this place another chance and was greeted by a new manager who looks motivated to make this a better restaurant. I appreciate the service. read more

I would give it just 1 star but the fries saved the day, i ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings they tasted like pure salt. They were overly breaded salty and not worth the money I spent. They aren't touching McDonald's or burger king nuggets at this rate. Plus there was a girl who had terrible customer service her attitude was just as bad as the wings I bought. read more

Bruh! Best wings deal ever. My coworkers and I order their boneless bundle pretty much ever week. It's the best. We always order ahead and never have to wait for our wings. And dude. Their fries are amazing. read more

Second time eating at a Wingstop. So far this has been the better of the two. The new staff here are amazing and very welcoming, great deals, and just a warm environment to be in. Keep it up Wingstop! read more

Great wings, delicious fries, and a budget that won't break the bank. This was my go to place during college in Louisiana and I was elated to find them locally. Staff is friendly and dine in is clean. read more

So I've ordered with this location for large oders before and each time they have been wrong. Today my father made the order at 1:30p.m. to be pick up at 6:30 on my way home from work. I'm in exactly on time and nobody knows a thing about the order. I spoke to Edward the manager and all I get is whoever took the order did not put it in the right spot. 30 minutes after my oder was promised and I'm still waiting. I would not recommend the location for big orders it's just disappointing. The food is good enough but overall experience is so frustrating. read more

Slow and disgusting not even going to waste my time writing this. Huge Wingstop fan just not this location.

Not really impressed. We tried the 30pc classic (plain, mild and bbq). The wings are decent size but kind of dry. The mild wings had no sauce on them whatsoever and were flavorless. The fries were over cooked and not in any kind of a good way. Disappointed. read more

The French fries were really great, the small is like a large. Football on big screen TV. They serve beer if you like that. About 8 to 10 type of wings Very helpful and friendly staff Only wish it was cooler inaide. It was 90 outside and maybe 80 inside. read more

It was alright, wingstop is wingstop. I have no complaints. I ordered my food online & got there a little early so they made my food a little early, which was really nice of them. read more

I just read the other reviews and I agree 100% on how?! the manager at this place got her position, She clearly doesn't care about her job or paying customers she's bad for business!!!! No wonder the rest of her staff doesn't care either if the manager doesn't One of the worst wing stops I been to if not the worst there's always something missing in your order to make sure to double check read more

We ordered online around 6:45, arrived at 7 as recommended by the online site. We waited for 45 minutes after paying NO FOOD. Finally, the only well trained employee (Natasha, wonderful service) asked us what we were waiting on, to find out that they didn't have our order. Our order ticket was found, it fell "in the sauce". The ticket was shown to us and it was wet. We decided at that point to ask for a refund as we didn't want to wait any longer for our food to be remade. Getting the refund was a process in itself. The employee had no idea how to do it. It got to the point that we just asked them to go and make our food again. I wasn't leaving with no food and no refund. They ended up making our food and refunding our money. I'm glad we asked them to go ahead and make the food because the refund process itself took 20 minutes. We ended up eating there so our food wouldn't get cold. While we were in there over 6 people asked for refunds for their food because of long waits and lost tickets. I am 100% positive that number increased after we left given the unsatisfied looks of other customers who had been waiting. appreciate the right thing being done in this situation, and the wings were incredible but I will never go back. What should have been a 30 minute max experience between driving and waiting ended up being an hour and 1/2 of my Friday night spent in Wingstop. I've worked in a carry out restaurant for 8 years and I have never seen anything like this. read more

I always liked their food but there customer service has always been a problem. I ordered online and came to pick up my order, my order was ready the entire time I was there and I waitied 30 min before I asked when my order would be ready only for this girl to turn around see it's been ready the entire time.. food was cold as hell by then and it took another 15 min just for them to figure out how to give me a refund. Last time I deal with this place. read more

I used to love this place. Let me tell you it's now trash. I just picked up an order that I ordered online in advance. I ordered 10 wing, 6 lemon pepper and 4 garlic parm. I also ordered and paid extra for all flats. When I walked into the store it was all Smokey and it was hard to breathe. I paid for the food and my first red flag was they gave me a drink, even though I didn't order one. I took it anyways and then went on my way. I got home and the entire bottom of the bag was DRENCHED in grease, I get they r wings buts this was ridiculous. When I went to eat, first of all they were not all flats like I had paid extra for. I had more garlic parm than I did lemon pepper and my lemon pepper wings had NO lemon pepper. Just a shit ton of grease. I didn't pay 15 bucks for grease flavored wings. Don't fuck with a pregnant girls food. You guys suck and I will never go back here. Ever. read more

I love wing stop it's definitely one of my favs when it comes to wings! However this location and their customer service does not even deserve one star from me calling in to make a phone order the young lady that answered the phone was rude and had an attitude like seriously if you don't like your job get another cause honey your attitude stinks! This location and its customer service is horrible that's why instead, I went to wings and things that location was way more polite and inviting. read more

I don't even use Yelp, but I wanted to write about why I'm upset. My mom and I ordered a large meal and small corn to split. The waiter took, like, 5 minutes to even get to us and there wasn't even a line. After ordering we waited 30 minutes to get our food! Only 2 other people were there! We finally got our food and they gave us the wrong size of fries and everything was cold. I'm upset because we really like Wingstop and it didn't deliver. read more

I just had an unprofessional experience with a call in order as I waited 2 times and was told they were busy. I completely understand being busy, however it's courteous to stay connected to the customer on the other end. I had to call back in increments of 10 minutes and heard nothing back so I decided to give up. I won't be returning as a customer. It's unfortunate because I LOVE their wings. :( read more
