This place has never once gotten our order correct. Today was no different. We won't even order…read morethem through door dash because we have to physically verify our order every time. And even when it looks right, they still can't manage to get requests correct. Have three burgers but don't want onion on one of them? Well you get no onions or sauce on any of them. And the service is garbage. Stood at the hostess counter for five minutes before anyone came to see what I needed. The place was half empty so it wasn't like they were slammed. And their remodeled bar? All of the staff needs to be retrained.

The Service is so slow especially when you are first seated and wanting to get your drink order in. Food came out cold and at different times. No silverware or napkins were provided, even after requested. I had to get up 3 separate times to ask for utensils, napkins, additional sauce for our appetizer which was requested during the initial order. No one checked on us and if we needed refills or order anything additional there was no one to be found. I got an espresso martini which was on special per the print on the happy hour menu. It was all kahlua and no taste of vodka or espresso. It's just so disappointing. The staff genuinely don't seem to care that the experience just ultimately sucks. Id rather give other businesses in our area our business.

I think that the grill needed a cleaning. It's a very rustic atmosphere. The tables have people who have carved into them. The lighting was OK, but it could've been a little bit better. With my next nine meals coming on base, I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner--and Terence made it an experience I'll remember! He was absolutely hilarious to talk to and took such wonderful care of me. His humor, kindness, and attention made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Being away from home, I especially appreciated having someone make me feel so at ease. Terence, thank you for the laughs, the conversation, and the kindness. You made my evening brighter, and I hope your management knows what an outstanding person they have representing their restaurant. If you're stopping at this Logan's, ask for Terence M.! He's a big reason I'd gladly come back.

My wife had the Teriyaki chicken, it came with rice and 2 sides which she chose green beans and corn. This filled her up. I had the Logan's Roadhouse chicken that came covered in Parmesan and peppercorn sauce with rice and I chose steamed broccoli and the macaroni and cheese. We also had some hot rolls. Our servings were not the large ones but were enough to satisfy us. For the price was reasonable and we do plan to go back.
