Firstly, Emerie is very sweet. I walked in a placed a to-go order and waited for about 15min. This place gets packed so maybe ordering online and picking your stuff up is best. Cons: the place is a bit lackluster in terms of cleanliness. It could be a bit better. Pros: Great food and great service. I tried the Korean BBQ tenders and the Mango Habanero tenders. Both were really yummy, spicy and had great flavor. Also got the Parmesan fries, those were good, too. Overall not a bad experience. I do plan to return. read more

Wow!! I do not like to give one star reviews unless they are warranted. This one is warranted. Went in for lunch around 12:10. They need help! They need employees! If they don't want people to eat in the restaurant they should say so. People came in continuously for carry out orders. Those seemed to get priority. They didn't want to upset the Uber Eats drivers. In the mean time, we got our food around 12:50. Not enough time to eat and get back to work. ONLY order online to take out from this location. I've had the Topeka Wingstop twice now since they changed management. This place is back in business and absolutely delicious. Both times, we ordered ahead and the order was on time and piping hot. My wife and daughter prefer the boneless wings or the chicken tenders and I always go with the bone in. All three of us love the hot honey dry rub or the garlic Parmesan but all of their flavors are great. I'm so glad we have a contender that goes up against the other wing place down Wanamaker. If I had to choose between Wingstop and the other place, I'd choose Wingstop 11/10 times. Way to step it up, Wingstop. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited near 2 hours for our food. After being super upset that we had to wait so long, we got home and an entire order of wings was missing. Not to mention the place was packed like sardines (this was months ago) with people waiting and getting very angry. Employees were hanging around. The cashier looked stoned out of his mind. Absolutely awful because the Lawrence location is great never had a problem there. They need to bring in management and do a thorough revamp. I had never been there before, walked in the front door and 2 people behind the counter yelled out " to go or take out ", what a pleasant greeting, they took my order for 8 wings, fries and a drink. 35 minutes later, my name wasn't called so I went up to the counter and one of the cooks looked at me, didn't say anything, and I asked "is my order up", no response, looked in a couple of sacks and walked away. The service was awful, the girl getting our order mumbled and did not greet us upon entering and couldn't confirm with us if lemon pepper was a dry rub, she just said "i don't know" and didn't ask anyone. We asked for the manager and the manager did not want to talk with us about the poorly cooked food. I was so excited for a wingstop. We ordered 30 wings, with Cajun, Korean bbq and garlic parm. The Cajun was supposed to be bone in, Korean and garlic parm boneless. Also ordered a large ranch. We didn't even get the korean bbq; we somehow got half regular bbq and half naked boneless. Cajun was as boneless, got the garlic fine. Didn't get out ranch. Waited over an hour after doing online ordering. With how much I paid, I'm not sure I'd go back for a long time if not even half of my order is correct. read more

Like any new restaurant in Topeka it was complete chaos! Sad to say it is the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I should've known when they called me and said 15 piece meal for 2 was ready after 10 minutes of placing it. Usually Wingstop take a little while cuz they cook to order for fresh hot wings. Not here! My wings were not hot and the fries were cold/soggy. Louisiana rub is a dry season and I got some kind of dry rub mixed with butter or grease it was horrible! I ordered ahead and my husband had to wait an HOUR before he got the food, it said ready on the app 20 minutes after I ordered it and once I called to ask if I could cancel it and get a refund (since it's been an hour) she informed me that it was too late for a refund and the food was already ready anyways.
