Wingstop - 6 traditional and fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Topeka, Kansas

Firstly, Emerie is very sweet. I walked in a placed a to-go order and waited for about 15min. This place gets packed so maybe ordering online and picking your stuff up is best. Cons: the place is a bit lackluster in terms of cleanliness. It could be a bit better. Pros: Great food and great service. I tried the Korean BBQ tenders and the Mango Habanero tenders. Both were really yummy, spicy and had great flavor. Also got the Parmesan fries, those were good, too. Overall not a bad experience. I do plan to return. read more

Wow!! I do not like to give one star reviews unless they are warranted. This one is warranted. Went in for lunch around 12:10. They need help! They need employees! If they don't want people to eat in the restaurant they should say so. People came in continuously for carry out orders. Those seemed to get priority. They didn't want to upset the Uber Eats drivers. In the mean time, we got our food around 12:50. Not enough time to eat and get back to work. ONLY order online to take out from this location. I am not going to talk about the food because this review is all about their service. First and last time visiting this Carry Out restaurant. read more

Wanted a quick bite on Father's Day. Placed an online order and it took 40mins. Our order consisted of the 2 can dine (lemon pepper and Hawaiian w fries and two drinks and fried corn w brownie $3.00). Placed instructions to FRY Chicken Crispy and it wasn't, fries were soggy. Very disappointed!! The brownie was good! The ambiance was fast pace but no love when making customers food. read more

Wingstop - Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Topeka, Kansas

I've had the Topeka Wingstop twice now since they changed management. This place is back in business and absolutely delicious. Both times, we ordered ahead and the order was on time and piping hot. My wife and daughter prefer the boneless wings or the chicken tenders and I always go with the bone in. All three of us love the hot honey dry rub or the garlic Parmesan but all of their flavors are great. I'm so glad we have a contender that goes up against the other wing place down Wanamaker. If I had to choose between Wingstop and the other place, I'd choose Wingstop 11/10 times. Way to step it up, Wingstop. read more

I like it been here multiple times like the chicken did mess up chicken one time but they did make it up offered a free meal and let me keep it I liked it so all in all a good experience would recommend if you just want to pick something up read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited near 2 hours for our food. After being super upset that we had to wait so long, we got home and an entire order of wings was missing. Not to mention the place was packed like sardines (this was months ago) with people waiting and getting very angry. Employees were hanging around. The cashier looked stoned out of his mind. Absolutely awful because the Lawrence location is great never had a problem there. They need to bring in management and do a thorough revamp. This location would bring in tons of money if it weren't for the incompetent staff. I worked in a restaurant for a long time. It doesn't take 30 minutes to heat up chicken wings. read more

I couldn't even put 1 star for this place. I had never been there before, walked in the front door and 2 people behind the counter yelled out " to go or take out ", what a pleasant greeting, they took my order for 8 wings, fries and a drink. 35 minutes later, my name wasn't called so I went up to the counter and one of the cooks looked at me, didn't say anything, and I asked "is my order up", no response, looked in a couple of sacks and walked away. Nobody else on the staff said anything so I walked out and nobody asked if I needed anything, nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER read more

The food was okay, our fries came out cold. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The service was awful, the girl getting our order mumbled and did not greet us upon entering and couldn't confirm with us if lemon pepper was a dry rub, she just said "i don't know" and didn't ask anyone. The environment was super weird, cooks were yelling and not helpful when a customer asked them for a sauce. Overall, Would not recommend to anyone and would not go again. read more

This is our 1st and last time here. There are only 20 seats. Our table was dirty and had to ask for it to be cleaned. I could go on but this place isn't worth my time. read more

Horrible service with an incredibly rude Manager, me and my wife went there and ordered wings and when we got it the wings were raw. We asked for the manager and the manager did not want to talk with us about the poorly cooked food. I would definitely would not go there if you want a good meal not unless you want rude service and raw food. read more

I was so excited for a wingstop. We ordered 30 wings, with Cajun, Korean bbq and garlic parm. The Cajun was supposed to be bone in, Korean and garlic parm boneless. Also ordered a large ranch. We didn't even get the korean bbq; we somehow got half regular bbq and half naked boneless. Cajun was as boneless, got the garlic fine. Didn't get out ranch. Waited over an hour after doing online ordering. With how much I paid, I'm not sure I'd go back for a long time if not even half of my order is correct. read more

Like any new restaurant in Topeka it was complete chaos! Sad to say it is the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I should've known when they called me and said 15 piece meal for 2 was ready after 10 minutes of placing it. Usually Wingstop take a little while cuz they cook to order for fresh hot wings. Not here! My wings were not hot and the fries were cold/soggy. Louisiana rub is a dry season and I got some kind of dry rub mixed with butter or grease it was horrible! Also the price is way higher than any Wingstop I've been to. Oh yeah and they forgot my ranch and shorted me a wing....thanks for the disappointment Topeka Wingstop! read more

I ordered ahead and my husband had to wait an HOUR before he got the food, it said ready on the app 20 minutes after I ordered it and once I called to ask if I could cancel it and get a refund (since it's been an hour) she informed me that it was too late for a refund and the food was already ready anyways. It was an hour until we got the food. read more

What's the point of ordering ahead if your foods not ready when you get there at scheduled and still have to wait 35 minutes. And if you want a refund from ordering online having to wait until the next day to get a refund since there is no manager on. Food was good though read more

Hour wait. Wrong flavor wings. Although the appeared to be in control of the chaos . Still delious.

took them 30 minutes to get our order out when there was absolutely no one in there. food was also mid. when brought to their attention, they were not efficient to get it out quickly. read more
