I went inside to grab my to go order and when I got into my car I realized that the entire bottom of my bag was soaked in oil getting all over my seat. Now considering the flavors I ordered knowing they contained oils, I wasn't entirely upset about this because I can understand. What I'm upset about is that I opened my bag and an entire ranch cup is split all over the boxes of food. When brought back inside all the worker had to say was "I didn't realize it was that bag". No other acknowledgement towards this issue. My food then got switched to a new bag and when I get home 5 minutes later, my food is cold. What a great ending to my night! read more

Ok let's be honest. Most of us have had Wingstop before. It's a classic and a chain restaurant. Most locations I've ordered from have been fine, but this particular location messes up my order every time I always order, wait 15-20min then drive 10min out to grab takeout. This could have easily been a complaint post if not the actions of the asst manager at this location, Liz. We ordered lunch delivery and the order got mixed up with someone else's order though no fault of Wingstop's. After going back and forth several times with the store and the delivery service, this asst manager stepped in and created a reorder that she personally delivered. That was above the call of duty in my eyes. That and the food was tremendous! I wish more places of this caliber had managers that were that service oriented! read more

OK the wings are fine but I went there during COVID-19 when all the customers are required to wear a mask when they enter. There were five cooks in the back and four of them had their masks down to their chin while they were preparing food. I only hope that frying the food will kill any of the droplets that escape from their mouth's. The front staff was pulling theirs down and back up. I mentioned this to the manager and she went in the kitchen and told the cooks to pull their masks up. Also nobody wears gloves. They use their fingers to push the touchscreen handle credit cards and select drinks from the soda fountain. Then without washing their hands they're tugging at their masks. Now they have no napkins but little wipes in packets and they've taken out the seating but it's just seems like a halfhearted attempt to be healthy. Hopefully by seeing this review they can tighten up their health habits a little bit. read more

Two flavors, one sauce, fries and a coke for around $11. Pros and cons: Pros: The Louisiana Rub was surprisingly fantastic. Those wings were finger blisteringly, tongue scorchingly hot. Huge wings with lots of meat. Perfection in every way. 5 stars. Cons: The half with the classic sauce were not as hot. They'd been sitting for just a little while. Enough to take off the edge. Puzzling. The fries were overloaded with salt. Lots and lots of salt. Way too much salt. I want to stand on the mountaintop and shout how great these wings are, but there were just a couple of minor bobbles in execution that will keep me down for now. This is the second location I've eaten at and the results are encouraging. When you travel and choose to eat at a chain, you want consisten performance. Those other guys failed at that. I've been waiting for a Toledo area WingStop since I moved here a year ago. It was my favorite wing place back in the Cleveland suburbs. I must say I was extremely disappointed. The 6 piece wing meal had some of the smallest boneless chicken wings I've ever seen. The sauces were good- exactly what I expected being a fan of the other stores. But I felt ripped off paying $8 for 6 measly wings. They were half the size of what I had gotten back in Cleveland. I also got a side of fries, which were mushy and under seasoned. Overall, the meal quality was lacking and I was left still hungry and looking for more. The fries got thrown out and I'm not one to waste. Service was decent enough, though we had to ask for our beverage cups that came with our combos. I hope this place gets it together. Maybe I'll give it another shot in a few months when it's more established. read more

Ive been to this Wing stop at least a dozen times, i usually have great service. Except for the last time which is why im writing this. I had a bad experience at another wing stop. Which also has the same owner. I called and spoke directly to the VP, which is the owners son. Of this local franchise. And told him the issue that i had at a previous wing stop location. Which was extra ordinary because he was at the location while i had the problem. He said he would take care of it, meaning he would give me a new order at no cost. Which should is very reasonable cause a single persons order is between 8-15$. Ive still yet to receive any compensation from my order. And asked at the local wing stop where it should have been. And they have no knowledge of anything. Sorry but there are to many other establishments that will go above and beyond to take care of a repeat customer. Which i am no longer a customer of wing stop.
