Let's start with what they did right. Wings were cooked. What went wrong? 1. Online order paid for, to pick up and go. I was on lunch time. Arrived and the guy could not find my order. He called another worker over and they both searched for my food, and after five minutes of scavenger hunting, she found my order sitting up front where he placed it five minutes ago. 2. Back at work in five minutes after pickup, pulled out the huge serving of wilted, cold fries, which were over seasoned. What I received tasted like they ran low on Bleu cheese and mixed in Ranch to stretch it out. It didn't even taste like Bleu cheese. Yuck. 4. Garlic, garlic, where for art thou garlic?! I asked for Garlic Parmesan wings (3) and received Parmesan wings...no garlic flavor at all. 5. Hawaiian wings 3) were pineapple flavored true enough, but barely any sauce. I don't know if the cook was inexperienced or just wanted to zombie through the day, and get home to Netflix or their gaming system. This WingStop has always had really good service and consistently over the years. They let me know is my wings will take longer for being crispy, ask if I would like them sauced less or more because of this, and when I have gotten a few puny pieces they have added a wing "to be fair". They sprinkle some crack* on them in case you were wondering what that delicious seasoning is all over them. Their original hot sauce is pretty good but not my favorite in town. BF got the BBQ sauce and said it was what you expect and nothing special. He did like the spice Cajun style that had a lot of seasoning. I have had Hawaiian in the past. It was also good and a different flavor option you can't get at other places in town. They don't have a large seat in area but they do have many beers available by the bottle and on tap for 1 dollar (the specials) or 2 dollars (FAT TIRE). Oh and get this, your combo meal that comes with wings, fries or a drink... you can get a beer for your drink! They do have several TVs although they usually don't have sound. In short, not bad for a chain (although a franchised one), the beer prices are outstanding, and they make sure your wings are right every time.
