Tasty food and good deals, this wingstop took over 30 minutes after our estimated wait time, wasn't even super crowded with customers taking orders either, so, just pick a different one. read more

Wingstop - Lemon pepper and garlic parm tender and fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tallahassee, Florida

I got the Large Seasoned Fries from Wingstop just about an hr ago and they honestly could've been better. My Seasoned Fries were unevenly cut, not properly seasoned, and still tasted as though they needed to be cooked longer. It pains me to be dealing with this because last time it was an issue with my Hot Honey Rub wings where the batter on the outside was partially cooked and also could've been better. Otherwise, the service was good and it wasn't as busy so my order basically came right up. read more

Ordered online and then showed up 20 minutes after my order was anticipated to be ready only to find out they lost my order and had to make it. The order was placed 1 hour ago at this point. Terrible management and wasn't apologetic at all. read more

To shorten my earlier review on the survey, I've eaten at all the Tallahassee locations for over sixteen years now hoping the food would one day be as great as it was the first time & finally this location today saw that through. Great job to the employees on shift here today because there wasn't a single thing to complain about. I don't typically leave reviews but it was warranted today. read more

Food took forever. Placed an online order and went to pick it up when it said it would be ready. Have currently been waiting for over an hour while multiple online, DoorDash, and walk-in orders have been fulfilled. Employees acted like they didn't work here and were ignoring me. Horrible service read more

Quality has been getting worse and worse, but the final straw was receiving my mild wings with no sauce. Not even that gross bottom of the barrel sauce. Dry wings. I don't know why it took so long to get my order - all they had to do was overcook wings and do nothing else. read more

if you come here/order ahead knowing that it will take a while, you'll be fine with the service. it takes so long bc it's a good chicken place right next to campus lol. they always accommodate you if it took a while for you to receive your order too, so they definitely understand. one less star just because the food quality is inconsistent sometimes. read more

I don't know how they make their lemon pepper sauce, but it's different from the others. It just tastes like oil and has a think opaque consistency. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered a 10 piece original combo. 5 garlic Parmesan, 5 original hot, and fries through Uber eats. I received all 10 piece garlic Parmesan, the fries were so salty I could not eat them. I usually order from another location, but I was on that side of town. This was my first time ordering from the Tennessee Street location. Never again!!!! read more

Service is absolutely poor took almost 2 hours just for a 10 piece. I let them know the name of the person I was picking up the food for from the beginning when I came in. They let me know that there not sure how long the order is gonna take. So I sat down and waited another half hour then when the order finally came the same guy that was helping me after I told him the name originally had a whole attitude because I didn't know the last name after I told him originally and showed him screenshots of the order. Customer service 1/10 I'll go somewhere else next time read more

Let's start with what they did right. Wings were cooked. What went wrong? 1. Online order paid for, to pick up and go. I was on lunch time. Arrived and the guy could not find my order. He called another worker over and they both searched for my food, and after five minutes of scavenger hunting, she found my order sitting up front where he placed it five minutes ago. 2. Back at work in five minutes after pickup, pulled out the huge serving of wilted, cold fries, which were over seasoned. I tried microwaving them, but they were more limp than a 70 year old man's erectile dysfunction. (Trash can was happy, though). 3. I asked for Bleu cheese dressing. What I received tasted like they ran low on Bleu cheese and mixed in Ranch to stretch it out. It didn't even taste like Bleu cheese. Yuck. 4. Garlic, garlic, where for art thou garlic?! I asked for Garlic Parmesan wings (3) and received Parmesan wings...no garlic flavor at all. 5. Hawaiian wings 3) were pineapple flavored true enough, but barely any sauce. I don't know if the cook was inexperienced or just wanted to zombie through the day, and get home to Netflix or their gaming system. Then the final insult was taking the survey...I wanted to inform them of the waste of my money, and how disappointed I was. Keep your coupon for free fries. read more

Placed our order online, waited 40 minutes. Arrived at the store and was told 5-7 minutes. Waited 20 minutes, asked about my order. Was told it would be 5-7 minutes. Must've been the thing to say, because they told everyone that. There was another woman who had been waiting 35 minutes and kept hearing the same thing. I ended up waiting 15 more minutes after that.. Cindy has a real big attitude, no one was wearing gloves in the kitchen. When I got my order, a 30 piece crew pack, they didn't give me my fry.. Cindy, supposedly the manager, argued with me that fried didn't come with the 30pc crew pack. She made me pay for another large fry. One of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER experienced. read more

Smh... This was not a good day to eat Wingstop. I must say that they were on point with the social distancing and customers were in compliance with the masks. However, my food experience was disappointing. My food was cooked in what taste like old grease and the fries were salty and seemed like they were the bottom of the barrel. I did complain to the manager and was offered a complimentary meal on my next visit. Overall, I was really anticipating a very good dinner, but I got chicken tenders cooked in old grease... This was my first time eating there and first impressions are always the best impressions!!!!! read more

Wing Stop is THE premier spot for grab n' go wings cooked to perfection. I've been frequenting this location for some time and have yet to have a bad experience here. With a dozen different flavors to choose from, theres some saucy goodness to go all around! I've tried multiple flavors with the standouts being Garlic Parmesan and Hawaiian. While I have a fairly low tolerance to the spicier options, the Mango Habanero and Original Hot are definitely some of the best that come with a kick. Usually I like boneless wings, but the ones at Wing Stop tend to be a bit too breaded so I stick with the Classic style here. If you like fries, you're gonna love Wing Stop fries. Not only is the seasoning perfectly balanced, but it also contains Sugar! You read correctly, I just said Sugar. This simple ingredient sets their fries apart from the rest. I always recommend calling ahead so that your wings are ready to go once you get there. If you haven't tried Wing Stop yet, 'Stop' by and see what you've been missing. read more

Great food, friendly staff, casual atmosphere. Their chicken wings were cooked just right. Crispy on the outside and juicy but thoroughly cooked on the inside. Their fries were delicious and I normally don't like fries. Crispy and perfectly seasoned. read more

Poor management, told1 hour wait time 3 nights in a row, no one in store. Place is filthy.

This use to be one of best locations in the city. Now the customer service is trash the production of the food is slow they don't listen or pay attention. I won't be returning read more

Unfortunately, this location is not adequately staffed for the volume of customers that it has. The wait time was about an hour and a half.

First time I came fries were trash. But everything was on point the second time. Wasn't a long wait and I would give it five starts if the fries wasn't so bad the first time around. read more

This place used to be the spot, but the quality of their food has diminished so badly the past 6 months. The taste of the chicken is old, and lacks any flavor and is drenched with grease. Their fries are soggy and lack any flavor. It's really awful and this will be the last time I come to this location. It's a shame because it used to be my go to. I feel so disgusted I ended up throwing it away. read more

This WingStop has always had really good service and consistently over the years. They let me know is my wings will take longer for being crispy, ask if I would like them sauced less or more because of this, and when I have gotten a few puny pieces they have added a wing "to be fair". They seem to have it down and they should because wings and chicken fingers are all they sell so they should be perfect. Their wing flavors are varied with some being quite interesting. My favorites are the lemon pepper and Parmesan garlic. You can also asked to have them crispy and they actually come out great! Their fries are not your run of the mill fries, they are fresh cut which is great for a chain. They sprinkle some crack* on them in case you were wondering what that delicious seasoning is all over them. Their original hot sauce is pretty good but not my favorite in town. BF got the BBQ sauce and said it was what you expect and nothing special. He did like the spice Cajun style that had a lot of seasoning. I have had Hawaiian in the past. It was also good and a different flavor option you can't get at other places in town. They don't have a large seat in area but they do have many beers available by the bottle and on tap for 1 dollar (the specials) or 2 dollars (FAT TIRE). Oh and get this, your combo meal that comes with wings, fries or a drink... you can get a beer for your drink! They do have several TVs although they usually don't have sound. In short, not bad for a chain (although a franchised one), the beer prices are outstanding, and they make sure your wings are right every time. If you are in the mood for a no frills wing experience and particularly like dry rubs on your chicken wings, this is a reasonable option for you Downside: their fries do not travel well and are best not be your side for a takeout order. Also, they have a really limited selection of soft drinks. If you want to dine in, seating can be scare if it is a busy night. *not actually read more

Wingstop is my go to for great fried wings. I'm a huge fan of their Mango Habañero wings even if they are a little to hot to handle. As the name implies, these wings start off sweet then knock you back with the spice. Wingstop also has surprisingly awesome fries. I tried them for the first time not long ago and wondered why I've waited so long to try them. I've also tried their Cajun Wings and Buffalo Wings. I wasn't a big fan of the Cajun wings, but my friend said he loved them so it depends on your taste. They are spicy so proceed with caution. Order 20 minutes ahead so your food is ready once you arrive so you can leave and get back to whatever you were doing. Wingstoppppppp! read more

Wingstop - the inside of a restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tallahassee, Florida

First time ever going here. My cousin and I ordered the 20 wings dinner that comes with a big order of fries and drinks. I had the honey BBQ wings and found them hotter then expected. But they were still delicious. The fries were not the best. We had a take out order and the fries probably came out first. So by the time they made it home it was like steamed fried potatoes. My cousin loves the place but I didn't find anything special. read more

This particular location has severe customer service issues. I'd like to start that I ordered 20 wings on an FSU game day. That being considered, I made an online order an hour and a half in advance and when I arrived to pick up, I still had to wait another 25 minutes. Staff was exceptionally rude and didn't care. I just received the annoyed shrug of the shoulder and that's it. When I finally got my order I was in a mad dash because the game had started and I needed to get home to hungry people. Naturally, after all that, my order was wrong. I won't even call to give them a chance to "make it right", because I would much rather drive out of my way and get more expensive wings than come to this location ever again. read more
