This is our second time at this location. We've tried the following: garlic parm, bbq, and mild boneless wings. Along with the fries with and without seasoning. High notes: garlic parm and mild sauce are great options for wing flavors. We also really like the fries without the seasoning. Lows: Bbq sauce is overly Smokey and just not that great. The fry seasoning I think has sugar in it which can be off putting when you're used to salt. The building itself has some of the slickest floors, needs grease cutter to mitigate. Last Saturday (12/16/23) My partner ordered almost 40$ worth of food through the Wingstop app for in store pickup. He never received a receipt for the order through his email which is what the app is supposed to do, but the money was withdrawn from his bank account. Upon arrival I went inside and asked if the order was ready and the young man at the counter said "not yet" sat there waiting and waiting... asked again 30 minutes later and a female employee said "we made the order but it probably got handed wrong" then I saw her go back to one of the cooks, and the cook got all mad and said "I don't care if you handed it out wrong I'm not making it again" and the lady came back up and said "we will remake it"... I then went outside to tell my partner... 25 minutes later he went in and asked about the order and showed her in his bank statement that he was charged the money from that location.. same lady said "we gave it out wrong we're remaking it" then the angry cook came out from behind the counter and immediately hostile, told him that since the app didn't send him a receipt she's not making the food... After being told three separate times that they made the mistake of handing it out to the wrong person and that they were going to remake it.. was kind of under the impression they were actually going to do that or at the very least give us a refund but nope, after an hour of our time wasted on waiting and getting told it would be made multiple times, we had to leave empty handed, hungry and 40$ just stolen out of our pockets.. never coming back to this location again! read more
