This place is a joke. When they did not give us the correct order, we called to get the order corrected. Abraham says he is the manager and basically accused us of lying. We payed for an order of fries, 5 extra wings and two large drinks that we did not receive. Abraham argued with my husband saying they gave us the correct order and told him to bring all the food back to the restaurant to prove it. Uh.... I'm sure we're going to lie to get food for free. Rediculous! We patronize this restaurant often and will NEVER go there again. A side note: the wings at the South Meadows and the Macarran restaurants are much better. Wing Stop is pretty good wings for the price. Lemon pepper is by far my favorite with Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan coming in at second. However, the best part of Wing Stop? Their fries. Hace visit this wing stop several times and usually the owner is there to help people (obviously she provides excellent service) it is her restaurant and her. Obey she has to take care of. Yesterday I went there with my brother and for the first time there was no owner nor any kind of management present. I placed my order like usual sat down and when I was having a conversation with my brother the cashier decided to join the conversation. She said it's because we were talking about her when all I said was the table was dirty. Again I didn't complaint I didn't ask her to go clean it she just decided to jump Into the conversation and she said "what did you say " to what I answer that it was a private conversation therefore it wasn't any of her business. She didn't like what I said so she asked me to leave the restaurant to what I said; excuse me ? You can't kick me out just because I'm telling you to mind your own business and she answer you that she had the right because I was being rude. In my opinion it's rude to join other people's conversation. Anyway she went back to complaint to one of the cooks not a manager a cook, the cook came out and with out asking what the problem was she just decided to give me her opinion and said you don't have to be rude to the cashier. ?????? Excuse me do you know what happen I answered and she said no. So I said juicy because she the cashier we t and tell you o was rude your gonna come out and tell me I'm a rude person and she said yes. We called in our order last night and were told that they had a rush and therefore the wait time would be 41 minutes. That was a bummer, but they were upfront about it and I can appreciate that. We arrived 41 minutes after calling, and paid for our order. The guy assisting us looked on the shelf for our order and not finding it, went into the back to see if the cooks were working on it. It didn't appear that he found our ticket, but said that our order was not ready yet. My son and I sat down on the bench facing the registers to wait. After 14 minutes, my son asked if our order was ready yet. The gentleman seemed surprised and had apparently forgotten that we were sitting there. He disappeared into the back again, going down the line checking tickets. It was apparent this time that he did not see our order. He began whispering to the other employee who was running the other register. She said to keep helping other customers. After the line had dissipated, I got up and asked about our order again. By this time, it was 26 minutes after the time that it should've been completed. He apologized for the inconvenience but could not yell me when it would be done, and when I asked if they had lost the ticket, he avoided eye contact and appeared to be looking for the other employee for assistance. This is the only wingstop I go to in Reno and I live nowhere near it .. I go not because they're fast or anything ... I go because they have really good wings / fries . I guess it depends on the cook you get that day if your fries are over salted or your wings don't have enough sauce . I always get " wet " wings and they're delicious . Staff is usually a 8/10 .. Some people just have an off day and I'm not going to judge them from just one visit .. Wish they were a little cheaper but I don't mind paying the price . I would rather send my money overseas than spend another penny here. Twice this year, this location has decimated our order. The first time is a gimme with me. I'll let it go. This time, I drove back, as my wife does not like what she was given. Our order was still in the back. No "we apologize for the inconvenience", or even a "screw off". Once I got home with our order, it was a solid hour old, and the fries had already turned to mush. So I called and spoke to the manager, addressing the situation. Again, no apology (heads up Wing Stop- a simple apology goes a long way). I was told that if I came back, they would have a fresh order with extra wings. I'm sorry, but I'm not wasting a collective hour and a half of travel for a total of 3 trips. That was the end of the conversation. Do yourself a favor Sparks. Let me just start by saying that I had to give this place one star to start the review. I give this place zero stars. Maria the cashier was so rude and disrespectful! She lied to our faces about telling us how long our order would take only because the owner was there! This is after she already had messed up our order once! 1 hour from the time we called and all we had was half of our order! SOOOO disappointed in the owner who was standing right there while her cashier Maria disrespected customers. I went to wing stop last night and my family and I were all deathly sick. I called the "manager" today and let her know and she stated to me "well if your sick go to the hospital" I told her I did not need to go to the hospital, I was just letting her know that they may want to check their wings. She then stated again "the owner told me to tell people if they are sick go to the hospital". I said I am glad you care your food made my family and I sick and thank you and she said "you're welcome". The most TERRIBLE customer service I have ever witnessed! I ordered my meal at 5:30 online, to be picked up at 6:30. I get there on time, pay for my food, get my drink which I had ordered a large, but got a medium. Ok no big deal it was an extra .40 cents. I get home and my food is FREEZING cold. I had also ordered a mix and match (which I thought the computer did for you, apparently not) so I called to tell them my food is cold and my order is incomplete.... The manager HUNG up on me. I called back to get an higher up number, as I know it's late in the day and they aren't there. They couldn't give it to me, stating that "they don't have it" okkkkkk? Needless to say, I will NEVER spend my money at this location again! They are terrible with their following directions, which my 2 year old could do, and HORRENDOUS customer service!!! read more

This was the first time I have been to a Wing Stop. I know I won't go back again. I had the Garlic Parmesan Boneless Strips..way too much salt and Parmesan. I also had the Bourbon Baked Beans....way too much salt. I also had the Fresh Cut Seasoned French Fries...once again...way too much salt and a bit soggy. I did however enjoy the Crispy Veggie Sticks. I am with all the negative reviews. The cashier Mariam did accommodate the boneless wing special, and she spelled my name right for the order. I wanted to order 24 boneless wings in 3 flavors, she said they had 25 and so then they ended up doing 10 wings of two flavors and only five of the other flavor. She said the manager knew the Wi-Fi password, and she didn't bother to ask any employees if they knew the password. Also, when she called my order, she held my tray up in the air; she could have dropped it. Been to this Wingstop several times, my last may actually be my LAST. Service & Food were HORRIBLE! Wrote a complaint on their website, have not heard from anyone. I get that were busy when I got there, waited patiently in line. When i got up to the front of the line, the crew member asked if I was ready to order, I said yes and started to tell him my order...he picks up the phone and asks me to wait. When he finally got back to me after taking a phone order, i asked what soda they had available, his response "Whatever is in the soda machine, we haven't had it refilled in 2 weeks" really?? Makes you wonder about the rest of the food items. Waited 45 minutes for our order, went to the front to follow up because I saw another table get their food before us even if they ordered way after us...waited another 10 minutes before I got my order. Did I mention that I knew my order was sitting on the front counter because another customer asked me if i had ordered a bunch of parmesan wings? Finally got the food..it was horrible. Parmesan Garlic wings...no garlic! And looked/tasted like its been refried & overcooked...by the way the wings were cold. Fries were limp, greasy and cold, the Cajun rub wings were okay. So 20 of our 30 wings came cold! Top that off with having soapy water running from the back kitchen unto the dining area, trash cans that are overflowing & trays/tables weren't cleaned..had to clean our own table.
