Ima give this business 4 stars because I always come here and it's always great! But not giving it 5 stars because I was really disappointed tonight when my boyfriend & I walked in craving the food but was turned down by the 2 female employees closing tonight. They said they were apparently closed, while they were cleaning everything in a rush, & yet the door was still open for us to enter and they have a huge sign on there window with colorful bright lights that read "Open Till Midnight," (only reason why we headed over in the first place,) so I don't get it, but that really ruined my night, left pretty upset. read more

While my cousin patiently awaited for his food, they said 15-20 min wait, what he waited was double that, upon addressing his issue, he was greeted in a very disrespectful manner and a raise in the managers voice (Victoria) Whilst there we were not the only ones that had a talk with her, other people addressed their issue and were greeted with the same rude tone they took on my cousin, no customer should be treated with disrespect especially if they have waited an hour for their food. This wings stop gave me food poising. I wouldn't recommend coming to this Wingstop, they're lazy and unsanitary. Don't waste your money Never ever coming back to this Wingstop. The woman who took my order seemed like she didn't want to be there so her attitude wasn't all that. Second, some of my chicken didn't look right. By that I mean I don't think they cooked it as what the timer should be, because I know bone in wings takes forever to cook. But I didn't want to return the wings because I didn't want to be that customer & the woman already seem irritated being there. But I should've returned the $26 wings. That's all I ate that day. I went at 4pm on Easter, Literally an hour after I ate there I started to feel nauseous and my stomach was just hurting. Then after 30 mins I threw up everything i ate which was the wings, carrots, fries, and their ranch. I wasn't sure if it was the chicken or their ranch but something there gave me food poisoning. All afternoon and night I was just so sick I couldn't even walk to the restroom to throw up. I don't understand they always have ONE person help walk ins and the SAME person take phone orders! There are TWO registers! You would think that on the weekend they would add extra staff or maybe designate certain people for certain things. Everyone is in the back cooking or joking around. Myself and my fiancé thought we would try out a new place for dinner so we decided to eat here . We ordered it online using the app and drive in to pick up. When we first walked in the place seemed clean and nice there were a lot of people behind the counter. We took our food to go. We started eating and the good wasn't bad...until I cut I to a boneless wings and saw it was completely raw inside we both instantly stopped eating. Raw chicken can be really bad for you. Salmonellosis can lead to all kinds of gastric disasters !! We went back the manager was nice and we asked for out money back and they obliged. Usually when you go out to eat you trust the people serving you food with your health a a this was scary and unfortunate. After giving this store several times to redeem themselves, they just keep disappointing me even more. It's like their employees are then to make sure you don't come back. I have had problems with watered down sauces, wings with hardly a sauce, my order given away to somebody else, they have given me someone else's order, had to wait for my order longer than other people who have ordered after me and this is for an online order when I have arrived to pick my order up, My last visit on 10/4/15, I had to ask for a refund and this will be my last visit to this store. They had my sitting on the counter as several orders after mine were being handed out. My online order was to be ready by 6:12 and I arrived and paid at 6:03. Yes I know I shouldn't expect to get my order exactly at the time since it's just an estimate. Well it seems that my order was sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes and when it's handed to me the guy just gives me the bag and says sorry and walks away. I touch my fries and the first box of wings and they are cold. On top of this they screwed up an order prior to mine by giving it to somebody else. I just had to add a little more to this and every negative comment on yelp about bad customer service is true. If you are in person ordering or just paying the cashiers will be talking to you and if the phone rings they will literally leave you telling them your order to pick up the phone. Then they come back and ask you to repeat your order. Or if you're their waiting to order and the phone rings they will take the order on the phone prior to yours even if there is a line of customers out the door waiting to order. Or they will keep you waiting while the cashier is talking to another employee. Or the cashier is taking your order and she decides to talk to another employee without saying excuse me and leave you ordering and then wants you to repeat your order. read more

A 10 piece meal may not seem like a lot when compared to the price you pay to purchase it, but it is actually very filling and satisfying! I love wing stop, but it is not a place I would go to on a daily, or even weekly basis. It is a place I would visit maybe once every other month. The food is delicious, but the fact that it's expensive and greasy, keeps me away from this place. I recommend this restaurant especially if you're with your friends and your looking for a place to just "hang out". My only complaint would be that it takes about half an hour until you receive your meal, but the wait may actually be worth it. read more

Well, this time was the worst, it was so cold that there was no people inside other than the workers, everyone was lining up outside to eat at the patio. I can't believe the workers do not notice that they're driving customers away.
