When I got home I noticed that only the 5 were traditional. I must've made a mistake on line. I called to explain the mistake, I asked that they please change the order and I would gladly pay the difference. However I was told that they could not do that. I did not want free food but now I'm out of money because I do not like boneless wings. I wish the customer service would have been better. Wingstop has the best ranch dressing anywhere. I love their wings as well. Garlic parmesan is my go to flavor. Their fries with that sugary/salty topping makes it different from other fries I've had and dipping it in the ranch is delicious. There are a few reasons why I am not giving the location 5 stars. First, I have been to many Wingstop locations and 90% of them have their thermostat set to 60°. Why people, why??!!! Is it because you want us leave? Do you not want us to be comfortable while we eat? It's so damn cold, you need to wear a ski jacket. Second, sometimes there are no open/clean tables because they take forever to clean them. If you know you don't have a lot of time or manpower to bus tables quickly, please put a trashcan in the store. I will gladly clean my table after I'm done so the next person can have a seat. Lastly, the service is hit and miss. Sometimes, the cashiers are nice and sometimes, not so much. I'm not going to complain that the food takes a long to get (18 minutes) because they tell you how long it takes when you pay and I love getting my food freshly made. Hot chicken wings and fries are so good! This location is in a really big lot shared with Superior, Panda, Subway and many other stores. There is always plenty of parking though. I come to this Wingstop because it's so close to home but every time I call to order they place me on hold and never answer. Today I called on my way and they placed me on hold for over 10 mins. I got to the establishment to find all the employees standing around in the back. No customers at the counter. Some employees were on their phones. No one greeted me and I stood at the counter for a while before an employee finally took my order. I told the employee that they still had me on hold on the phone and she didn't even apologize. Any Wingstop location that gets my order right, deserves 5 stars. Why? My order is always the same - 10 classic bone-in combo, Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper seasoning, extra seasoning on both, Cajun seasoning on fries + Louisiana Rub sauce instead of ranch. Yes, this sounds like a pretty simple/straightforward order. But, more oftentimes than not, instead of getting the extra seasoning on my wings, I end up getting no seasoning at all or extra Cajun seasoning on the fries. So, when my order comes out right at Wingstop, it always makes me really happy. Anyways, it was my first time at this location and they get all 5 stars for speed and accuracy. On Sept 4th. At around 7 30 pm. I placed 2 phone orders. I was gonna pay cash but had a 100 dollar bill. My orders was gonna be more then 50 dollars. They wouldn't take my money, but Jonathan was very helpful trying to figure out himself how to help me. He had asked a coworker Itzel but she rudely just said you have to do it, not once walked over help. After about 15 mins of him getting my money in order because nobody came to help. I asked for Itzels name because I wanted to call and complain. Not only was she so rude how do you not help out a coworker? There people there waiting. I wish I could rate this location zero stars. To start, the place was packed with people. No organization at all. I got there to pick up my order a little late so I was sure my order would be ready so after moving through the "crowded" restaurant I tried to ask if my order was ready and the cashier started yelling at everyone to get out of the store. When I tried asking if my order was ready again, she yelled again at me to stand against the wall. I listened, people started exiting. So then when it was finally my turn to ask for my order she walked away from me.
