The wings on the right had no sauce . They looked like plain wings they only threw oil on them .

We got there right when they finished . The guy that was working today 4/28/25 at 6:30pm. Looked suspicious after we said we were there to pick up our order . When we got home we opened the bag . There was no ranch no napkins and my wings didn't have any sauce . They were supposed to be mild wing .

lemon pepper and original hot barely had any flavor because they're very stingy with their sauces/ rubs.

Karla P.

They're very stingy with their sauce! your wings come lukewarm warm and soft because they don't cook them long enough even when asked to make them "well done". Wings come out soggy with a hint of flavor because they barely use any sauce! fried are never crunchy, always soggy. Not sure if this location is a franchise, it the owner obviously doesn't care. avoid at all costs.

Omar S.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. No sauce on the wings, I ordered the wings at 11:20am to pick up at noon I payed 26$ for a 15 wing combo for both and they can't even make sure the sauce covers the wings Wings were chewy and dry no flavor, fries were cold and drinks had no ice all watered down. This is my local Wingstop they have been fine until now never been so disappointed with Wingstop.

Olivia J.

Wingstop has the best ranch dressing anywhere. I love their wings as well. Garlic parmesan is my go to flavor. Their fries with that sugary/salty topping makes it different from other fries I've had and dipping it in the ranch is delicious. There are a few reasons why I am not giving the location 5 stars. First, I have been to many Wingstop locations and 90% of them have their thermostat set to 60°. Why people, why??!!! Is it because you want us leave? Do you not want us to be comfortable while we eat? It's so damn cold, you need to wear a ski jacket. Second, sometimes there are no open/clean tables because they take forever to clean them. If you know you don't have a lot of time or manpower to bus tables quickly, please put a trashcan in the store. I will gladly clean my table after I'm done so the next person can have a seat. Lastly, the service is hit and miss. Sometimes, the cashiers are nice and sometimes, not so much. I'm not going to complain that the food takes a long to get (18 minutes) because they tell you how long it takes when you pay and I love getting my food freshly made. Hot chicken wings and fries are so good! This location is in a really big lot shared with Superior, Panda, Subway and many other stores. There is always plenty of parking though. Most locations close late which is always a big plus!

Rose M.

This location is awful. I ordered a meal for 2 and asked for Cajun fries and lemon pepper wings. When I got my order my wings weren't Cajun, were undercooked and the wings had literally no seasoning on them. This is probably the worst thing I've ever had. Not to mention not being greeted when I walked in. Whoever worked tonight around 10, y'all got to do better because this $30 meal I couldn't even eat. Smh. These were the most undercooked, flavorless wings I've ever tried to digest.

I ordered their lemon hot flavor and there was hardly any sauce sticking to my wings. When I took the box out of the bag, there was grease everywhere. Opened the box and I see a pool of oil. As if their sauce separated. Not appetizing. Unfortunately, I was on my lunch break and didn't notice until I was back at my office. Didn't have time to go back and complain. read more

Its too much giving this place a star seriously the worst wing stop I've ever been to. I ordered to go just 12 wings for me and my girlfriend and they took forever in giving out our order close to 30 min!. the cash register just kept watching the tv instead of helping in the back. My daughter even fell asleep in there because they took forever and so many dirty tables that weren't clean, and this isn't why I pretty much hate this place no it's because when I finally got home from running errands I wanted to enjoy my food I was craving all day and guess what. I find a hair in my f***ing food. please whatever you do stay away from this place. read more

I always come to this wing stop and never had a problem until today . The chubby cashier with red hair has an attitude. And there was no where to sit everyone's trash was on the tables . Wings were dry. I asked to change them and they denied my request. When I told the staff the told me I had the option to buy the extra sauce. Staff in the kitchen began to laugh that I asked them to mix them correctly. Overall the worst experience I've had. They also got my order wrong. Very disappointed. Came back to exchange my order and kitchen staff blamed it on me when I had told them several times my order and still it was my fault. Rude and unprofessional staff. Kitchen staff kept talking shit as I left. read more

Seems like they like leaving Phone unhooked, calling them because I received a order completely wrong, trying to just get my money back for the 16 wings they completely forgot. The food took too long and the manager was so rude not just to me but to other customers too, She should be more humble and nice she was arguing like if she was about to fight the customers I've recorded one of the arguments she had with one of the customers never experienced something like this today. I've been to plenty of Wing Stop(s) - I work near this location and ordered for myself and my colleagues. I placed my order online and my entire order was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up 15 min later. At 12PM, the place was pretty empty which was surprising to me. Great customer service, really clean and well-kept, and the food was as expected. No complaints, we'll definitely be back when we need our wing fix! read more

The location was right next to work on the way back t work. I go here every now and then and the chicken is okay. Other Wingstop last locations have better tasting chicken and bigger pieces. this is the worst wing stop i've ever been to in my life. so unprofessional. first of all, the staff is so rude. i got my fries and they were soggy, so i asked for a new batch. the lady in the front accused me of eating the fries all the way to the bottom of the basket trying to get a new batch of fries for free. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!!!!!!!! i had a horrible experience, and the tables and chairs were dirty. i repeat do not come to this location. will be sending an email to corporate after this horrible experience. read more

employees are always so rude, this isn't even something someone can show you at work while training. do people not know basic manners now in days? i honestly just come here because my wings are always great but customer service is not. that's why i always order online. big man with freckles called me asking me to show him my id when i got there he was rude and i showed him my i'd and said it looked lovely. so sarcastically and said he's just giving me the same energy. when i was just doing what he asked. i hate people who say they never complain and proceed to complain. but i never complain and for me to do this is just so extreme. maybe while interviewing make sure they are also friendly. read more

This place is soooo busy that the front host Esmeralda could nott even tend to the customers waiting to order because has TWO phones to answer for to go orders. Poor girl!! Barely could get a break and her breath. She apologized for not takings my order when I walked up. I told her I gotta hand it to you, you have such composure. She was a young girl having to be in the front lines handling the craziness like a pro. While there was a wait, there were customers making snide comments being rude jackasses. Host Esmeralda is such an asset to your company. She is going places like to the top! Kudos young lady! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this wing stop location! It's close to home and I don't have to drive all the way to Rosemead. Unlike the Rosemead location, this place has ventilation. No smoke or anything once you walk in. Spacious area to eat, there's Also outdoors. The wings are bigger than the Rosemead location. The best part is an employee named Caesar. He was amazing. As I waited for my order to come out, each order he gave out he would give commentary sauces or extra plates. It was wonderful. That's high class service in a fast food joint. He's also so funny!! read more

I have been to a few Wing Stops. This one is the worst I have been to so far. They don't even greet you at the door. The staff at the register was very rude! When I corrected my order that he read back to me he made a rude comment and was mad that he had to make the corrections. I always order from this Wingstop and all employees are always very kind and food is always delicious. I just finished making a phone order and Andrew was the one who was helping me. From the tone of voice and how fast he took my order it seemed like he's having a really bad day. He took my order very quick and just hung up on me after. He didn't even give me a chance to ask him something else. I called back to make sure my order was taken correctly and I kindly mentioned to him that he was being rude. He answered with "I'm busy, I have other orders to take and I don't have time to chit chat with you." Lol nobody is trying to chit chat I'm just a customer who's trying to make an order correctly, not feel rushed during the process and most definitely not have an employee make me feel bad just because they're having a bad day. Some people are just rude to others for no reason. Andrew please work on how you talk to people. I'm sure you wouldn't want somebody talking to your mom this way for no apparent reason. Can I give 0 stars???? My boyfriend went in for two small meals, one for himself and one for our son. I grabbed panda express nearby and decided to wait outside at the tables.... 40 MINUTES WENT BY!!!! I called him and he tells me they're not even busy, they're just taking long... so he gets up to ask and they hadn't even started his order and told him wait a little longer after he had already waited so long. Meanwhile we're out here waiting for him to come eat with us and my son is already anxious to eat! How terrible to not even be busy and not acknowledge the ONE takeout customers order that you have. Decent size actually, looks like pizza hut large. Heavy, so you'll fill up. They give a lot of pepperoni. Cheese is good amount, it's cooked a bit more than my liking. Bread is a little too doughy and too baked for my liking. I use extra marinara at home to dip. The hubby enjoyed the whole thing though.

This was a hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese pub. It is a good and fun place for friends to catch up. It is also a good place for big groups. Menu items are not as much as OC Lau, but we enjoyed everything we ordered. We ordered the Grilled Bloody Clam w/ Green Onions, Scorched Rice Topped with Pork Floss, Thai Seafood Hot, and Grilled Garlic Butter/Pepper Escargot. The escargot and the blood clams were fun to eat. They both come out on sizzling plates. The escargots were chewy and garlicky, while the blood clams were juicy. Both were flavorful on their own, without the sauces. The Scorched Rice Topped with Pork Floss was crispy and crunchy. I loved the texture of it. There were also additional toppings on the rice, like Chinese sausages. The Thai seafood hotpot is not like the Vietnamese sour soup with catfish and tamarind, by the way. But it was still flavorful and perfect for a cold night. The staff were very hospitable and nice. They can provide recommendations of what to order if it is your first time. It was not on the menu, but they also offer soju.

We came here on a Wednesday afternoon around 5:00 and the businesses in the lot were mostly closed. There's elevator and stair below the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is reminiscent of karaoke bar with colorful lights and a stage. See below for our order and all items were nicely made aesthetically and tasted fulfilling. Our favorite was lemongrass clams, the onion/peanut scallops and grilled squid. Really reminded me of the Vietnamese phrase "an choi" which translates directly to "fun eating"...I imagined myself eating with my friends...slowly, enjoying each other's company and having several drinks while we eat and sing karaoke! Service was amazing and owner was very nice and accommodating. My only con of this place is the bathroom needs some TLC and some washing/cleaning. I will continue to sing the praises for Veggie Life!…read more Not often do you find a Vietnamese vegetarian place that feeds like you're visiting your grandma! Every time I come I leave feeling STUFFED. The amount you get for the price you pay is honestly so worth it. The quality of the food is also amazing! Took my future father in law (FFIL for short) here with my fiancé for lunch and they were so sweet to us. Made sure we sat in front of the AC as outside was over 100+ degrees! We tried to sit off to the side but was advised to sit in the middle where the AC was. I felt how hot the window was by the sides so I do appreciate them asking us to sit elsewhere! I decided to switch up what I normally get and tried something different. I got their lemongrass chicken rice which came with a side soup! omg. The amount of food I got was just too much. I barely made a dent and had to bring it home! But the food was 10/10! My fiancé got their vermicelli dish (needed in this hot weather!) and my FFIL got their pho. We also got a side order of their bi cuon, so good! Everyone was happy with they got! Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious! If you're in the area, come check it out!

It's located in a small plaza so parking is limited. I thought it was takeout only so I was surprised that we were directed to sit down. The man who took our order was... quick and efficient. Hey, as long as the food is right, I'm not going to get mad at how the order was taken. The food didn't take long at all. I ordered curry and we were given a plate of veggies to add to our soups. I'm not a big fan of Vietnamese food but I absolutely loved the food here. The soups came in large bowls so it's something that's definitely shareable. I tried a bit of my friend's food and they were all so good. Especially the fish! It's probably the best fish I've ever had. At the end, we were given mung bean soup for dessert. It's not my favorite thing but it was tasty. I will be coming back for the fish!

Terrible service terrible food, this place makes the city look like crap, the new rules are ridiculous and now yelp is helping this pathetic excuse for a restaurant by editing reviews, I spent over $100 dollars for an unbelievable horrible experience for the company to leave me on hold for months to finally respond and offer me a $5 dollar gift card for my trouble, this hasn't been the only bad experience, there have been many others, yelp stop editing my reviews and let the public see what a disturbing and disappointing place it has become, don't go here go anywhere else! read more

I am part of the "lunch crew" so I have seen this place get VERY busy. But I have always had a great experience here and I enjoy the customer service. Jonathan especially is always friendly, fast and helpful with any questions I have. No clue what these other bad reviews are about, guess their blood sugar was low when they went in there and wrote them. I on the other hand have nothing but great things to say about this place and their staff. Thanks again everyone, I will always bring my business here. read more
