Buyer beware!! I bought a $25 gift card on 12/22 for grandson christmas and made sure to get the receipts showing activated. We tried to order online card error invalid. We went in to restaurant and showed all receipts to cashier who verified 0 balance. Called his supervisor said it would take 5 days to find out the problem. Came in here earlier today and placed an order to be picked up at 5:30pm. I come in they didn't have it. When i clearly explained to them I came in to this specific location and paid for my food before noon. Clearly they don't know how to work their POS. Nor they have a good communication with their coworkers. Also it stinks here almost like they have a sewer problem. Super unprofessional. Also a older Hispanic men comes to the POS system and just goes back with out washing his hands to the deep fryer and to pack orders. Everyone knows wing stop customer service and cleanliness is usually subpar but their wings usually make up for it. Just don't waste your time trying this one... I almost feel bad for whoever owns this business. If this business fails it won't be because of the franchise or their product. But will fail due to being poorly managed, with horrible customer service, and lack of screening for quality employees. The simplest task, like serving customers their correct order in a reasonable time frame is impossible to accomplish for this location. Absolutely horrible ordering system. They allow orders to stack repeatedly to the point where you have to wait over an hour. Don't trust the time they tell you to pick it up, because it is never correct. Orders are also made out of order with little regard for order time. My boyfriend went to pick up our food around the wait time that said 20 minutes but he ended up waiting over an hour and said that there was one employee that was just goofing around while they had orders still not made. This isn't the first time this has happened either. 2 of the guys were just standing in the back doing dishes while there was 15 boxes of done food just stacked on the counter and the other two employees are just making fries not bagging anything, they all seemed to be very confused and did not work together at all, all the people that were waiting for food when my boyfriend got there, were all still sitting and waiting when he left.
