I hate to say it, but I feel like this place has fallen off. Maybe it's just this location, but I…read moregrew up eating here back when it was Wings N Things the good old "Neighborhood Spot Since '82." Back then, the dining room was always packed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it felt like a place the community loved. So much has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. I remember being able to order 12 wings as all flats or all drums. Now it's only "mostly" flats or drums, at least at this location, in case anyone else was wondering. The food was still hot, fresh, and tasted great, so credit where it's due. However, the service was below average. There wasn't much hospitality, and the overall experience felt cold and transactional. Good food alone doesn't make up for a lack of customer service. I remember Epic Wings being known for both great food and a great experience. This location could really benefit from more hospitality training to bring back what made the brand feel special.

They got the ambience and facility though. These guys know how to build, run and manage a family friendly sports bar. Service is solid, they have on all the games and lots of beers. The food is overpriced mediocre bar food and they sneak in fees wherever they can to turn your $20 burger into a $24 burger. But who doesn't do that nowadays. They are owned by the Cohn restaurant group which is notorious for Cisco supplied food but they got the decor and environment you want to hang out in for a long time. There is a reason they own so many spots and do so well. I will keep paying twice the price here than go somewhere cheaper and being around miscreants and degenerates. Appreciate them reaching out too to my review.
