Yeah I've had a bad experience at this location. I don't usually go to Wingstop as I find it to be too expensive for what I get but one day I decided to have it for lunch. I paid like 11 dollars for 6 wings or something of the sort so I was expecting a great meal. What I found in my carryout bag was the wings, in half decent condition; they were SOAKED in sauce but otherwise fried enough. THE FRIES are what really ruined my day and hurt my wallet, they were the bottom of the barrel fries including tiny baby ones with hard twisted ends. I was beyond pissed off because of how much I had paid for the whole meal. To top it off, the soda was pretty flat. I don't know who is managing this place but you need to improve or you're gonna go down under. -Z read more

Horrible service. Waited entire lunch break for food and was only person in store. Loud music in kitchen cashiers talking over music. Didn't start making meal until I asked if there was an issue. I will not be back and recommend avoiding this wing stop read more

Our order hasn't been ready at the promised time the last couple of times. I usually tend to be quite positive about my reviews but since it's been a while since we got our order on time, I figured I would finally post my experience. Especially since I have given them plenty of opportunities to show that they have improved. I have had my orders right but once in a while. Sometimes it's little mistakes like: I don't get my ranch that I pay for or the seasoning on my fries is wrong. Nothing major. I always try to order online to make sure it's ready by the time I get there. But on average, I have waited at least 10 minutes past the promised time. Today, they were 20 minutes past the promised time (which is 40 minutes total wait time from the minute I put my order on the app). The food is always hot and good, but the timing isn't as great! Basically, at this spot, the service is going to be hit or miss! read more

Called in my order at 8:51pm they told me it would be ready in 20min. Showed up and paid for my order at 9:28pm. Multiple people showed up AFTER me ordered and received their food before me. Checked the status on my order multiple times and they said it was coming out. I did not receive my food untill 10:30pm!!! Waited over an hour after I had already paid. When asked for a refund from the manager she stated "I can't refund you because the person who took your order has left for the night already." Save your money and time and go to another Wingstop or wing restaurant. read more

This is the location that we usually buy from. We will not be going back!!! The so called manager was horrible! We ordered 30 wings with the flavors and 20 wings came out barely cooked. The skin was still white and soggy and saturated in grease. Of the 20 wings, about 4 were undercooked. We even put them in the air fryer and the pictures below are after that. The manager wanted me to bring them back in so that he could look at them. Absolutely not! You have already messed up our order. I don't live close and I'm not driving back for you to look at them. When I told him no and that I will be calling headquarters, he then offered for me to send him pictures after I told him at the beginning that I had them. We will find another location here in San Antonio. read more

New and clean establishment. Cashier was pleasant however, cooks were extremely slow. Waited 35 mins for my 10 piece. I felt I should've been comped. No apologies for being slow. Someone who ordered after me got her order before me. Requested that fries have no sugar, just salt or the regular seasoning. Fries lacked it. Disappointed. read more

For real this place sucks. Never do an online order (to go) it's been awhile since I've done a to go order. Decided to do one. They never get your order right. I should have double checked the order before I left to make sure everything was there. Now a days you have too cuz restaurants can't do the simply things anymore. They charge you for extras and then forget to put them in the to go order. Place sucks Update: they sent a $5 gift card. I mean it's something, I guess. But it's funny because we got treated like trash and they are like here's $5. Lol --- Walked in to this location. Braved the bad tropical storm to get some wings with my family. We have been waiting in line for 15-20 mins. Others were behind me and others in front. We were still in line when the manager (I think was the manager) told us we can't serve walk-ins. Only online orders. (We have been waiting for a long time, and they took others orders in front of us). I explained that we have been waiting and is bad customer service to just tell us. 15-20 mins later. They said well sorry we have to take care of call ins or online. No walk ins. I explained that it's backwards, you should take care of the people that came to your store to eat in. They said no I have I backwards and that I can leave to go to a diffeeent bigger store. This is lousy customer service big time. Really rude people. read more

So I placed an order to go pick up due to the covid 19 outbreak and when my uncle want to know that if they were where wearing masks and gloves the young lady stated yes they were gloves but not masks. When I came in for the 10 pc classic Cajun wings combo she was the only one wearing gloves and no one in the back had gloves on. Not eating here for a while especially after being lied to. read more

I'd rate lower if I could. We've ordered from this wing stop 4 times for delivery and every time it gets delivered to the completely wrong address or never shows up at all. We've never received our refund or had our order remade and the manager Melissa refused to do anything about it. We've wasted over $100 and never gotten a single order or cent back. Will never be ordering from here again! read more

September 2018: This is my 3rd and last try at this location in the recent months. The management must have shifted to new or the current management/owner doesnt care anymore. The staff is not as friendly as they used to be, majority of the register and counter staff seem disinterested. Not one to leave bad reviews but will go to other locations over this one. To go orders are traditionally late, 30+ minute wait times from when order was placed. I understand things get busy but dont tell your customer that it will be "18 minutes." Last September review (previously 5 stars): Always delicious food and friendly service read more

Bad customer service. As soon as you call they put you on a 30 min hold. Unacceptable

My fries were super soggy, cold and disgusting, and might as well have just sat in water for 20 minutes before they gave them to me then on top of that the ghetto older Hispanic chick with tattoos on her Highland was extremely rude, and should honestly be fired. I'll never go to this Wingstop again. read more

Placed an order online at 3:40pm. Came in at 4:30 pm for pick and waited 2 hours to find out that my order was lost. Even on a normal day they are disorganized at this location. I will waSte my time or money at this place. read more

Going back was a mistake. Ask for well done and they are partly raw. Can I give 0 stars??

My favorite wings to get are either the boneless with the mild sauce, or the traditional with lemmon pepper. Sometimes I have a hard time choosing. The staff here as always been friendly also, even when they are busy with customers waiting in line and the phone ringing. This is probably my favorite wing place! read more

Horrible customer service. Asked the cashier for our wings to be unbreaded (the location we moved from offers both). Employee rudely says they can't come that way. Asked for the manager who was even more rude saying they only come unbreaded. Why the attitude when your own employees don't know what you are serving? How hard is it to say, "our classic wings are all naked". Why the condescending attitude. read more

This Wingstop is the nearest my house and we come here regularly. We've never had a problem with service getting the right orders. I wouldn't recommend waiting too long to place a to go order or ordering for delivery because they get pretty busy and tend to get backed up. We come here about once a month and will continue to be regulars. read more

Customer service is ass. Whoever the lady working 11/11/21 at around 8pm. You're garbage at customer service. She didn't even know how to work her own POS system and couldn't take my payment because she didn't know what she was doing. Kind of glad I didn't receive the food and went to my usual wingstop (Walzem road) after words. You can tell they just don't care if this location. It was funny actually watching the cashier make dumb faces as I'm trying to explain how to do her job. Oh well like they said 5 stars at the walzem location forsure. Just skip this location. Cashiers are garbage. Blessing in disguise she doesn't know how to run a debit card. read more

Ordered food and picked it up. Half the order was missing. My fault for thinking that they could do their job. Called and talked to some little girl who's phone edict was that of a little childish girl. Who with phone number, on line order number, receipt number, date or time short of calling me a liar didn't believe they screwed up the order. Never have i had a smooth or seem-less experience at this location. But until now it will get the review it so justly deserves. Sick of being treated less then human. Thank god for pluckers. read more

This location is still the WORST!!! I believe it was two years ago I ordered a to go order and got it home only to find my "cold fries" soaked with grease not even being close to being edible!! Tried them again today for the first time. Placed my order and sat and waited and waited and waited as three people that came after me got their orders that were placed at the counter NOT ONLINE!! I asked about my order and they were totally clueless on why it wasn't prepared and it was right next to the other orders in front of their face!! Demanded a refund in which she seemed happy to do without even an apology!! I'm absolutely done with this location. At this rate they will never get a five star rating from ANYONE!! read more

Wowww ! I haven't had wing stop for a while however hubby wanted to test out this location after a friend recommended it. The salt mix spice on top of the fries wow ! Great service, food quality is delicious, and amazing. Feel welcomed everytime I step inside, I definitely recommend eating here, yes it may not be fast food that u get it less than 10 min but the wings and fries are definitely worth it! read more

This was everything I expected it to be - DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked, nice sized wings. Tried the app, and sat in my nice warm car to place my order. I took my time deciding on how I wanted my wings divvied up and sauced without holding up the line! (Ya, I'm THAT annoying person . But, see. I don't mean to be ) Order was correct when I opened the bag, and still piping hot! Funny story, this was actually my second visit to this location, both on the same day. Different staff the second time, but all were equally nice and helpful. I never realized this location was even here until I searched "location near me", and this populated. I'll definitely be back! read more

It's been a couple of years since I'd been to Wingstop so I stopped around 10:45 on a Saturday night. I had placed my order online then drove to the restaurant. I only waited a couple minutes when I got to the restaurant but there were other customers waiting for refills who never got acknowledged. I checked the accuracy of my order and left. If I ever go back to Wingstop (and that's doubtful), it won't be this location. The fries were super salty and overcooked. Half of them couldn't be eaten because they were so hard. Same with the wings. The garlic Parmesan fries were just Parmesan. No garlic and the wings were overcooked to the point where at one point I thought I had broken a tooth! Looks like they've turned into another fast food restaurant that sacrifices quality of food and efficiency of employees in order to save a couple bucks. It's too bad because I remember them being great. read more

We checked in at the time we said our online order would be ready and they hadn't even started the order. When the food was ready, we weren't informed and sat there for another 20 min waiting. When we got up to check they told us it had been ready the time we had been waiting there but nobody had said anything. Will be driving further next time to go to the next closest one because they were extremely inattentive and didn't seem to care about what they were doing. read more

So I order ahead for Wingstop. Placed the order online at 4:30. 6 wings boneless (atomic) 6 bone in wings (lemon pepper) fries, baked beans and 2 ranch. I arrive at 6:45( time it should be done), I pay and leave. I get almost home and I eat a fry. Frozen...like it was made at 4:30 when I placed the order. I have 6 boneless (lemon pepper). They completely botched the order and the 6 wings I got the flavor was wrong. Completely defeated the purpose of "avoiding the wait" and ruined my "cheat day". I'll never visit this location again. read more

Always been a fan of wing stop but was super disappointed when visiting this location, stopped by after work to place a order and my card would not read on their machine, I understand all buisness have problems but they made it clear that they always have this problem with cards. The cashiers were as sweet as can be and even tried to get her manager to help, the manager came over tried to get it to swipe and handed me my card and walked away, did not say one word to me or apologize for The inconvenience or anything maybe Wingstop should upgrade to chip readers or just hire better managers. I'm posting this review so people aren't complete suprised when they want you to go use the ATM inside Walgreens that has a $3.00 fee because their machine won't read your card. read more

Horrible place to eat. A lot of somewhat good reviews on here, but do NOT order long lists of food off of the menu. I ordered a long list of items, but I couldn't have said it any simpler. I ordered: 1st Order * 3 piece tenders with no seasoning * Large season fries 2nd Order * The EXACT same as above ^ 3rd Order * 5 piece lemon pepper FLAT wings Extras * 3 ranch dresses in a side cup What I got: 1st Order * 3 piece tenders ( correct) * Small seasoned fries ( incorrect) 2nd Order * 10 piece wings with some unknown seasoning * Small fries 3rd Order * 5 piece undercooked non-flat wings mixed with the person behind me's order of 'original hot' wings (which ruined them) Extras * No ranch, but I asked for some and they gave it to me for free read more

We decided to have our meal delivered. This location is 1.8 miles from our home. So how bad could it be. The fries were so cold, and unseasoned, not what we ordered. I was going to do the survey on the app. However to do so you need a receipt. No receipt! The wings were lukewarm. Not only were the fries cold- they tasted stale-freezer burn flavor. We will use a different location next time. It may be awhile. read more

Please save yourself from coming here. I've given it at least 4 different times thinking the customer service and time to receive food would improve, it doesn't. Food is subpar but lord the service is terrible. read more

Crappy service, crappy manager named Art. We called in our order & was told it would be ready in 15 min. Went to pick it up & waited 45 minutes!! The place was dead, not one single customer. I guess that should've been my first clue. I asked the manager why it took so long and he said he didn't know & he was sorry!? Sorry, really?? WTH Dude, you were there the whole time I saw you walking around doing nothing! He did nothing to make things better. Will never order from here again & would not recommend to anyone! read more

Normally this wing stops food is delicious and timely. Last night my bf and I were really craving some wings. We ordered by phone at 10:22. They said it would take 15 mins. Bf texted me at 10:44 while he was waiting for our order at the store and it still wasn't ready. He didn't end up getting our order til 10:50. Made it home by 11. Nearly 30 minutes later. Bf asked why it has taken 30 minutes and gets an apology from an employee. And as he was walking out, he hears the same guy say "that didnt take 30 minutes. ". YES IT DID. Finally sit down to enjoy our food and it's terrible. Fries were unseasoned, (which is my favorite part). Lemon pepper Wings barely had any lemon pepper and tasted way too oily. Ordered spicy Korean Chicken tenders and they were also dry. Looked very poorly tossed and splotchy. We also didn't get our drinks. Absolutely unsatisfying and a complete waste of money. Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Placed my order online at 06:30 pm for a 07:15 pm pickup. When I went into the store for pickup I was told "The printer skipped over your order". I was told it would take 30 minutes if I wanted my order. Avoid this place! read more

Absolutely amazing customer service , would recommend to anyone needing quality chicken wings .

We ordered here this week and the food was horrible. The wings were over cooked and hard. My guess is they cooked them, they sat for a while, and then they cooked them again. The carrots were also limp and mushy. As soon as we realized the food was inedible, we called the restaurant to let them know. We called repeatedly, but no one would answer the phone. We assumed it was because football was on, so we decided to call again the next day. We called the next day to request a refund. We spoke to someone who said we needed to bring the food back. The food had been thrown away, but we told her we would get it out of the trash and bring it back. She then said we did not need to do that, and that the GM would call us. We did not get a call, so we called the restaurant again a couple of days later. We finally were able to speak to the GM. He stated that we could not get a refund without bringing the food back. We let him know what we were told by the employee. He again refused to refund us without the food being returned. We used to frequent this Wingstop regularly but we will never eat there again....it was that bad. read more
