I can whole heartedly say I've had amazing service every single time I've been into this location. Truly remarkable, the team works extremely hard and keeps the place nice and tidy. Food comes out great and timely, they usually give a heads up if it takes longer which I appreciate. Today I was helped by Monique and she was amazing!!!! read more

They open at 10:30, got here at 10:43 for an order and the staff is very unfriendly and more concerned about cleaning then making orders. They should be cleaning at closing the night before or come in early to clean. read more

My fries and my cheese sauce you make me pay extra for were both stone cold. I don't know how since I sat in the restaurant and waited on my order for at least 15 minutes read more

I came into the store to see if I could get my order exactly as I requested. WELL that didn't happen even after waiting patiently for 30 minutes. I asked specifically and said it many times while placing the order and paying for it. To have my flats crispy crispy even if they were burned. Very disappointed I checked before leaving the store and they are very soft the manager said hi put them for a little longer. I will have to just leave this wing stop alone. Since I'm unable to get what I'm requesting and paying for Of course they offered to put them back in. However I DO NOT RETURN food. I'll take them home and finish cooking them in which defeats the purpose of not having to cook. read more

They need help with customer service and the process in making something as simple as the chicken sandwich.

45 mins for 10 boneless wings and a chicken sandwich. Forgot a side of fries as well a getting the wrong wing sauce on my boneless wings.

I've been a longtime Wingstop customer and have frequented this location for many years because I genuinely enjoy the brand and its flavors. That said, I've noticed some recent inconsistencies that are worth addressing. When I order the Louisiana Rub, the seasoning has been very light almost nonexistent at times. It seems to vary depending on who's cooking, which leads to an inconsistent experience. Additionally, the wings lately don't appear to be cooked properly. They're tough enough that you actually need a knife to cut them, which takes away from the overall quality and enjoyment. I'm sharing this feedback because I've always been a fan and want to see the food quality return to the standard Wingstop is known for. It may be worth revisiting the seasoning process and cooking method to ensure consistency and proper doneness. read more

These are supposed to have extra seasoning... you can see they have NONE. AND THEY'RE COLD. So disappointed. I wanted fries and forced myself to get wings with them. Now I won't even have what I was most looking forward to! read more

I arrived to pick up my order and was the only customer in the store. No one greeted me when I walked in. I went up to the register, said hello, and the employee stepped forward but immediately answered the phone without acknowledging me at all. She proceeded to take an entire phone order. Just as I thought she was finishing, she answered a second phone call--handling two calls at once--while still never speaking to me or asking what I needed. I stood there waiting, completely ignored. Eventually, the cook came from the back and asked how he could help. I told him I was there for an order and expressed how rude and disrespectful the situation was. It shouldn't take another employee stepping in for basic customer service. The food itself is good, but the service at this location is consistently disappointing. There is no customer-focused attitude, no courtesy, and no effort to acknowledge someone standing right in front of the counter. Good food doesn't excuse poor service. read more

Was literally just there around 11pm on 11/17/2025. I saw the reviews about them taking a long time and getting order wrongs. I had a pretty complex order and was worried. It did take about 20-30 minutes, but the food is SPECTACULAR! I would 100% come here again. The restraint is clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. My phone was at 1% and they charged it in the back kindly while I waited. Will be coming again. read more

Ordered delivery through the wingstop app, very impressed. The order was delivered within 30 minutes of placing my order. The food was hot and fresh. They were not greedy with the sauce, which is important to me, because I love saucy wings. The presentation was chefs kiss. I ordered the current limited special, the Cajun meal deal chicken sandwich, which came with dressed up fries. Delicious!! The bun was soft, hot, and fresh. The chicken patty was still hot and very crispy, even covered in flavorful sauce. The fries were dressed beautifully. We also ordered garlic Parmesan wings, lemon pepper wings, and the new flavor, cowboys hot honey. All sauced and seasoned generously and delicious. Looking forward to ordering again. read more

i ordered a 8piece combo togo and i just wanna say that whoever was working the night shift on 12/29, these fries we're perfect even after a car ride. how are they still crunchy for sitting in a bag for over 25mins? the wings were good too, they don't deserve 3.5 stars just saying‍ read more

Ordered online, came about five minutes after the promised time, then had to wait in line awhile only to learn it wasn't ready and would take at least ten more minutes. Left and came back and once again there was a line to wait but the food was finally ready. They got the order right but when ordering online you can't get lemon pepper on your fries. Too busy to adhere to promised time- took more then double the time. read more

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this has happened one too many times. I placed an order at Wingstop and yet again, items were missing. While I was there, a staff member was on the phone with another customer, explaining that if they returned their order, it could be remade suggesting there may have been an issue with that order as well. Quality control seems to be seriously lacking. I'm not asking for much, just the full order I paid for. It's frustrating because it's not just about the money, it's about the experience. When I order food, I expect it to be complete especially when I paid for it. Having to call back or drive all the way back is a huge inconvenience. read more

If you love wings, you'll love wingstop! Out of all the chains for wings this is definitely my favorite! I love their fries too!! My husband however, is the true wing connoisseur since one of his favorite foods is chicken wings! He had never tried Wing stop until we moved to/lived in Florida and now he's hooked. This location is very close to us so we will definitely be frequent customers! I have tried both; bone in and boneless wings and I love them both! All of the flavors I've tried are very tasty! My favorite however, is the mango habanero and lemon pepper! My review rating/stars is mostly on the wait time. We decided to dine in and I completely understand that they have to go orders but we literally waited close to an hour. So, i learned my lesson and we now ordered to go! Ambiance at this location is very chill and service is ok. They definitely looked frantic and overwhelmed with orders when placed our order.Overall, loved the wings, didn't love the wait. read more

Okay so I've been here a few times and the last time I told myself I'm never coming here again...BUT I gave it one last try and they blew me away. The ambiance is so different not so hectic. All new employees now I'm guessing because no one from before is in the front or cooking in the back. Very friendly and informative with the process of my food ! Food came out a lot faster and fresh with the Togo process. If you gave up on this place I definitely recommend trying it again! read more

I mean, these people are straight up ding dongs here... !! Food is OK and the 2 stars come from the convenience and fries. More than one occasion they have royally messed up our order. Benjamin the manager is great! He welcomed us as soon as we came in and was very happy to take our order. We ordered to go. Had to score this as a 3 outta 5. This was my first time here. First impressions last and I can honestly say it was good enough to warrant another visit. The place was clean, good client atmosphere. I do not frequent WingStops in general but I always want to. Wings call for a special kinda craving. So I ordered the small order of "Spicy Korean BBQ" and it was actually the right kinda spicy, it cleared up my airways lol. The wings were delish, I ordered an extra side of fries "seasoned" of course. I am not sure if I had to specifically ask for my initial fries to be seasoned or not but they were just not as flavorful as the extra side. The main reason why I clocked a 3 star rating is because the staff looked like they just did not care to be there which made the visit somber. read more

They never pick up the phone even when there's 25 mins before they are even supposed to close. It's honestly annoying. I guess the employees always decide to close before actual closing time. "A job very well done. Excellent service, friendly and very considerate with huge attention to detail our orders are always accurate".

Very disappointed in WingStop in general as they don't offer military or senior discounts. However, police get a 55% discount at this location and maybe others! Time is supposed to be about 14 min from order to food up and it took over 20 minutes and the place was empty! The food was hot, and decent, which adds 2 stars to what would've been a 1 star review. I may have to find a different wing place as Wing Stop continues to disappoint. Garlic Parmesan wings had NO GARLIC flavor at all! Lemon Pepper were too lemony and not enough peppery! read more

Unorganized...Ordered dine in at the same time as our friends with no one in line and waited 30 minutes for our order. Our friends got their order right away, ate half of their food, and were still waiting. Then the people right behind us waited a whole hour!!! The employee rasoning because in between the two orders there were several Doordash , call orders etc. !!!! And they were worse to the people behind us. Totally unorganized. First and last time. read more

The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The workers were messing around and throwing food at eachother. The manager was just non existent and they couldn't even get my order right. I was missing items i paid extra for and the place was just so unorganized. The cashiers were rude and undermined me. They were talking smack about the other workers as well making everything more chaotic. 10/10 would not recommend unless you want shitty service read more

False advertisement. Definitely not open today, DURING BUSINESS HOURS. The door was even locked! Don't have your San Antonio locations have a promotion that they are unable to handle. This is not the way to do business. Disappointed is an understatement. Due to the inability of the establishment to address the issue, I will be sure to NOT return to this location. If they aren't going to address the complaints of their customers, and just say how good their promotion is, they don't deserve the business. I'll make sure that any would-be customers, that I know, take their business elsewhere. I encourage anyone reading this review to do the same, until the situation is rectified. read more

THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST WINGSTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are so dirty here! I placed an order last night for dine-in around 11 so pretty close to closing time which means the employees are also doing all there night time cleaning (cleaning the floor, cleaning/dumping the oil, cleaning the restrooms) mind you I only know these things because I worked at wingstop when I was younger. So my friend an I are sitting while waiting for our order to come out an I go to the restroom to wash my hands, I come back and sit, now at this point I'm just watching the workers. I'm seeing an older woman talking to these men and just going back and forth with them about 'being funny or funny looking' lol. I later come to find out she's the manager in training. And then I'm seeing another employee go outside and then come back in and bagging orders WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. so by this time I'm pretty much disgusted and no longer want my food. My friend goes to wash her hands in the mens restroom because the womens was closed due to it being cleaning. So I sent her a text letting her know what I was seeing. They brought her order an at that point we both decided that we wanted our refund (my food hadn't come out yet). So we go up and tell an employee that we wanted our refund and he goes & tells the manager in training what's going (mind you she was still talking to the guys) and she walks around an asks what happened. I told her "we would like our refund." And she asks why so I then say "I've been sitting here watching y'all make orders and y'all haven't been washing your hands" she then proceeds to chuckles and says "did y'all eat yalls food already?" I said no and she asks for my friends order very rudely. My friend hands her the order and the Manager in training walks to the food line grabs a trash can and starts dumping the food out infront of us which was honestly unnecessary an one of the employees walks by an asks her what happened and she started mocking us saying "we didn't wash our hands." In a snarky ass voice. What could have taken a few minutes turned into being 15 mins just going back and forth. Homegirl even went to the restroom to tell the GM what was going on, walked her way back to the front while touching the basket handles that were sitting about the fryers. I told her how nasty she was for doing that because once again SHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS. Finally the general manager came to help and processed our refund within minutes. While doing that the manager in training finally walked her way to the sink that's near the food line and shouted "look I'm washing my hands" in a snarky voice an I shouted back. It's honestly upsetting how rude this woman was, the fact that she got so upset because we no longer wanted to eat our food because of the cross contamination. She and her employees were called out on being disgusting an it ruffled her feathers. With everything that's going around, just wash your damn hands while handling food. read more

The older lady with tattoos on her arm is about the rudest chick I've seen at a restaurant !!!! I showed her my app that says order completed after I waited 30 minutes to come pick it up when the time was up it says order complete so I come in and she says what you think just because it says it complete that it's ready .... yes I do it's common sense right that's why it says order complete right ? my 5 stars are for garret and garret only! he is the kindest, most hospitable, and hardworking employee this wingstop location has. We had a horrible experience due to Melissa's attitude and lack of professionalism at the front counter / in the dining room, but garret was the saving grace in the entire situation. We were so pleased with his service alone that I felt the need to leave a review so he was recognized for his incredible work ethic! Thanks for your kindness garret, it does not go unnoticed! If it wasn't for him, we would have never returned despite the close location to our home because of Melissa and her rude words. Garret saved the day! read more

So my large family (about 20 people) decided to drop in for dinner (pre-Covid, a ways back, late review). As most people who dine at Wingstops know, their locations aren't very large. That being said, it was dinner rush, they were flooded with to-go orders as people were in and out picking up their meals, yet they were still kind and accommodating. We always appreciate great service! Thank you! read more

Horrible customer service! Picked up my online order to get home and find it's not the whole order. Management needs to do a better job I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this Wingstop. Horrible experience! read more

This location is ALWAYS hit or miss. Today was the day that really bothered me enough to write a review. We ordered online and were given the wrong flavors. The fries were burnt and unappetizing. The whole meal was kinda disappointing we didn't even finish it. I kept having another wing in hopes that it would get better until i had to come to the sad conclusion that it wouldn't and just stopped eating. $28 bucks was NOT worth it. I want my money back. Sometimes the food is really good. But that's the problem. This place is never consistent. read more
