We go to wing stop all the time. While it is delicious everywhere, this location was AMAZING. Destiny took our order and helped us with various things we needed. Excellent service!! The food....we got bone in, boneless, and tenders. It was so fresh and they didn't skimp on the sauce like many locations do. We will drive the 20 min to come to this location from now on. Amazing!! Thanks Destiny! read more

I have been coming to this location for the past 4 years, never had a problem until today AND when I came last week. Today I ordered a 15 pc and did not get 15 pieces. I recounted them several times to make sure. I'm not one to complain but when you're sharing a 15 piece, every wing counts. As for last week, the lady who rang me up was not very nice to me. During these times, I appreciate the lengths this lady was going to to keep everything as clean as possible. However, there was a roll of towels on the counter where you pick up your order so I figured they were there to help ourselves. I ripped a towel off and she yelled at me, "Don't touch that!" I was kind of in shock that she spoke to me in such manner. But I'm an extremely nice person and I went on and apologized to her. She said nothing back to me and stood there facing forward looking visibly upset at me. I don't want to name names but she was wearing a purple face mask and she's always there. read more

Always good I get the bundle I think best for your money. Took a little long but worth the wait

I had placed an order for delivery with a 50 - 53min wait time and that was fine.. But after waiting the timeframe, they cancelled my order stating they could not fulfill it, didnt call to follow up, didnt attempt to replace the order and still charged my account..customer service is terrible. read more

Worst service ever and the wings were terrible. I wont be returning to this location ever!

These people took more than two hours to get me my plain wings. We ordered at 7:20 and got them at 10pm.This is ridiculous DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE read more

Love this Wingstop! Wings are super tasty and our order is always ready on time. My boyfriend and I love your lemon pepper, hawaiian and cajun wings! read more

I ordered a 30 piece bone in. The wings were over done and hard very disappointed in the quality of food I received. We will not be returning - I got a response saying that I would receive a call to make it right but no one ever called me. Another example of their poor customer service read more

Great chain restaurant, maybe not so much with this location. Had two combo orders, picked up the bag, got home and realized they forgot half a combo (I guess I should have checked everything rather than assuming they did their jobs). Not sure how a wing place forgets 8 wings in a wing combo, but we had to go back (15ish mins out of the way) to get what they forgot with no explanation. Still good food at least. read more

Really bad service especially the manger and front cashiers messed my order up and complained to re make order on 5-12-22 at 8:00pm - 9:00pm took over an hour to get 4 combo meals. Please please do better i love wing stop. read more

If your looking for delicious wings and customer service this is not the establishment! According to wingstop.com it's stated that a 10 piece combo was $8.99. I placed a call over the phone to place my order and when I arrived to pick it up I was rudely told by the manager, Michael Stone that they do not go by the prices on the website. It was about $4.00 more for the meal. Yet, their togo bags have a big green sign that says wing stop.com! The manager condescendingly shouted at me and stated, "Don't you see our signs, those are the prices!" That will be my last time visiting that location! While their food is decent, the customer service is horrible and unprofessional! You are better off going to Wing Daddy's across the street! read more

Nasty will not came back here for a wile they need to pay attention details I don't want myself or my family to get sick also I had to Trow away drinks it was a nasty experience on top of this took them llamo at 40 min to make my order no sense on them touching lids all over what a nasty experience read more

It is jam packed to the door there is 3 cashiers I heard them say and they can't even help the customers one employee just talking about leaving and I was here before most people and they served everyone else before me this location is trash and need to work on management read more

Rude, rude, rude. As my husband and I stepped up to the counter on Thursday night, we took a minute to review the menu. Granted there was no line so we didn't feel rushed, however, the cashier made it very obvious she was getting impatient by her tapping on the register. No smile, no "how are you", just a "can I take your order". Instead of asking if we needed help, she continued to tap while she texted on her phone and drink her sonic drink. We take customer service in consideration when choosing restaurants and will not be coming back to this location, especially after waiting over 30 Minutes for mediocre wings. read more

We ordered pick up tonight from this location. We either dine in order pick-up from here a few times a month. Tonight our lemon pepper wings were doused in too much seasoning & extremely salty. Too salty to even enjoy. I called the store back to let them know how gross our wings were and we couldn't even eat them. The manager (Johnny) told me that if we brought them back he would replace them, if not then all he could do is APOLOGIZE. Horrible customer service. Why should I be inconvenienced for their mistake? Should I really have to drive back to their store to show the manager my wings? He wasn't nice about it either. On the plus side there is another wing place in our area. Wing Daddy's! This Wing Stop will never receive my business again. My family loves Wing Stop, but after these shenanigans I refuse to support this establishment. read more

Wingstop - Too salty to eat. Manager (Johnny) wouldn't replace my order without me driving back. No customer service. - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Came in to eat with my daughter and the first thing we notice are the unhappy looks on everyone's face. They don't look too happy to be here. The lady taking our order was ok but still in a rush. The dining area was pretty dirty. There was only about 2 tables available, sort of, due to the fact that people waiting for their food to go were sitting at most of them and the rest had other people's leftovers etc on them. The drink selection was completely out of everything except for diet drinks. read more

Love coming here to watch the games, but after today, I will no longer support wingstop. The register girl was rude from the beginning, yeah I know it gets busy, but it's your job. The major issue was the wait time. We placed our order at 9:05 and didn't get our food until 9:42... a whole 37 minutes later. They even served four groups that ordered after us before us. There was one girl trying to do as much as she could, but the other girls ruined our experience. I won't say her name, but seriously need to teach your crew how to greet and take care of your customers. read more

It was good. We went to one closer to our house and it was packed, the line being outside the door. This one wasn't so busy but took a long time with just our drinks. When the food came out, it made it all worth it. I'd go back! read more

This is probably the absolute shittiest wing place in the world. It's like a third world country version of any other wing place. The fries were soft and floppy and served at room temperature. The wings are just glorified deep fried nuggets.. and they're super dry. I wouldn't recommend this garbage to a starving kid in Africa because it's that bad. It's a shame I can't leave a zero star review. If you go to wingstop and enjoy it, you've never experienced good wings read more

I placed an online order for pickup, it says it'll be 62-68 mins for order to be complete. On the app it had a countdown which was great, I was able to take care of other errands prior to arriving. When I arrived I waited until on the app stated that order was complete. I went in, waited in the pick up line. The line that says "online order, pick up here" A gentleman in front of me was waiting as well. He was not happy, he said his order was ready over 30 mins ago. The staff barely acknowledged him. The gentleman stepped out of line unhappy. I stepped forward and the staff did not acknowledge me. He passed other orders out, and I stepped right in front of him and said "excuse me" he just turned away. After a few more times trying to get ahold of him and watching him take other people's order at the other line, I stepped over there and asked if my order was ready. At this point it is now over 30 mins passed when my order was complete. The gentleman says they don't make it until the order has been paid and it will be a 45 mins wait. "WHAT!?" I asked, then why wasn't that disclosed? The app says my order is complete and ready for pick up. I waited 65 mins for that status. It takes an hour for the restaurant to get an order process. He said "that's how it is" I cancelled the order and left. It was ridiculous, and there was other patrons there that also mentioned that they've been waiting for over an hour for their food and no one mentioned to them as well. If this location wants to change the online order pick up process than it should be disclosed on the payment/checkout process. Who have 2 hours to wait on wings. The point of the online order is to bypass the line and have your order ready when you get there. Not wait in line as if you just put in your order. What happened to the original 60 mins that I waited prior to heading to the store? What was being processed at that time? On top of that, It was very disorganized, the kitchen had paper receipts all over the floor, there was staff that was helping preparing food and running to the front to grab the phone wiping their hands on their apron and jumping back on the prep line. Not very good food handling either. Also, there was way too many people inside the store to be following social distancing regulations and the pack of people waiting outside by the propped open front door so they can hear their name being called. Will NOT be heading back to this location. read more

While the food is decent, they get my to go order wrong about 3 out of 4 times. I always have to check the bag at pickup and more often than not there is something wrong or missing. I have never had a bad experience with this location until recently. I had placed an order in Dec and the wings and fries had very little seasoning. The food was bland. I called to let the mgr know and he said to come back and they would make the order right. Well the same thing happened with the replacement order. There was very little seasoning on the fries and wings again. I'm not sure if they are having to cut back on the seasoning due to the pandemic but if that's the case they should let the customers know just so we are aware before ordering. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food for the second time. I'm sure once this pandemic is over they will get back to serving the quality wings and fries I have come to expect from Wingstop. read more

Placed my order online and was giving a 50-53 minute pickup window. Got there an hour after I placed the order & was told it would be an additional 30 mins. Made several attempts to contact the manager via phone & was on hold over 12 mins each time and never spoke to a manager. Got my phone an hour pass the pick up time that was given to me via online. WingStop has had 4 months to get their service at an acceptable level. I don't think they have and needless to say I will no longer be a customer of WingStop. Horrible service. read more

I appreciate that we can order wings during this trying time and I am trying to be patient, but I am still getting charged full price for the wings so I should get what I order, without having to make a second trip. I also shouldn't have to explain myself 3 times on the phone. I was shorted a 15 piece boneless and a large blue cheese. They kept telling me no we are out of large containers for the dressing. I realized that once you explained it to me the first time. I ordered too many dips... That is on me, but I can see why they might have been confused, but where is your customer service. Once I explained it three times they should have understood me. They did fix the order. I had to go back and get it, but they did fix it. I had to wait outside in the sun because they messed up and no one could be bothered to apologize. No one could be bothered at all. I have been a customer at this location for years. This is the second time in a row that customer service has been lacking. read more

I tried this place again ‍ I ordered wings for my son and his friends. I ordered over phone and specifically told them 30 pk . When I arrived they had everything ready but no sweet tea made. When I arrived home wings were not what I ordered and my veggie sticks were missing . And it was a 24 pk not 30. I called manager and he told me to bring it back to correct it. Really?? Already home . He said I see that we hv refunded you in the past and this is the last time we will do that. Omg really? Your employees need to get the orders right so if it happened again your not going to refund me? I'm not going back . 40 bucks for a big mess up. Requested to talk to general manager and will because manager telling me oh you done this before ! No dude your employees suck can't get an order right . I only went because my son likes wings. . Wing stop over priced and can't get an order right . Going elsewhere in the future Won't recommend this wing stop store read more

Then she couldn't figure out how to fix the ticket so "it doesn't look bad on them like shes giving away free food".
