We went to Wing Stop for a late dinner with my kids. We were greeted by one of the cashiers when it was our turn and placed our order. I had the 15 piece combo for 2 and my daughter had a chicken sandwich without sauce. We went to grab our drinks after playing and sat at an available table in the open seating area. Our food was brought to our table roughly 15 minutes after placing our order. My wings were great with just the right amount of heat. Mango Habanero is the way to go! Their fry seasoning is delicious, but the fries are almost never still crispy when you eat them. If you don't have ranch or blue cheese dressing in the fridge, their dips are decent, but not the most flavorful. I called the store and as usual, someone very young answered the phone. He told me that the manager was not available but he took my name and info. He assured me that I would be refunded. I have contacted them three times since then with no response. This was a $60.00 meal that was thrown in the trash. The service was really disappointing and the lack of follow up is unacceptable.
