If you don't have ranch or blue cheese dressing in the fridge, their dips are decent, but not the most flavorful. Sadly, this was the worst experience we have had in a while. We love wings and order them often. For the past 6 months or so, the service has steadily declined. Long wait, cold food and missing items. But we continued to give it a chance because we know all businesses are struggling during COVID. However, last Friday was just inexcusable. We ordered delivery from this Wingstop. It was 3 hours before we got our cold, mushy food. The wings were so cold it was like they had just come out of the fridge. The fries were greasy and mushy. After waiting for nearly 3 hours, we were starving and this was disappointing. At the 2.5 hour mark, I actually tried to cancel the order but was told that they didn't know how to do that. I called the store and as usual, someone very young answered the phone. He told me that the manager was not available but he took my name and info. He assured me that I would be refunded. I have contacted them three times since then with no response. This was a $60.00 meal that was thrown in the trash. The service was really disappointing and the lack of follow up is unacceptable. Whenever I go there is always a line out the door so if you are ordering to-go, I recommend calling ahead of time so you don't have to wait. P.S.
