Terrible food never coming here again. I had lemon pepper and original hot wings with fries. Over the weekend. Soon after eating the wings we started getting stomach ache. My husband and I got food poisoning. We had vomit and diarrhea all night and it continued the next day with horrible stomach ache and this is the only thing we ate yesterday. Ordered $45 worth of food online with plenty of time before the Niner Cowboy game. Waited over an hour at the counter watching the total meltdown in the kitchen. No one acknowledged me although I was the first in line at the counter. Finally gave up and came home so I wouldn't miss more of the game. I felt sorry for the young woman crying trying to fill orders but they were overwhelmed. This was my first visit to a Wingstop after watching all of their ads on TV. I'm eating Fritos watching the game. Hope someone else got to enjoy my chicken sandwiches if they were ever made. Total joke. $45 down the drain. Think I'll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Terrible service!! Wait over an hour for a 20 piece boneless wing combo!! An employee named Diana's family came in 20 minutes after us and order, yet still proceeded to get there huge order way before we did, and everyone else who ordered in store and online. Order a 20 wing combo, and 10 wings. Only got 5 wings instead of 10, and for the second order 13 of the wings were not at all was I ordered. Only 7 out of 30 wings were correct. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced and I've gone on multiple different occasions hoping they would improve. I've even ordered online and THEY messed up my order & said it was my fault?? They also refused to refund or remake the food. The food is also very inconsistent. Over seasoned and soggy fries. The owners are very rude and disrespectful to costumers. Maybe they were understaffed but the wait was too long. Staff needs to be re-trained on cooking process of wings and fries. Wings were overcooked to the point where the meat was petrified and not tender. Fries were super salty, greasy and almost burnt, not crispy but a pile of wilted fries. Very disappointed for our first try and we had better expectations. Hopefully this experience was because of lack of training of new employees by manager. read more

Just wanted wings for the game. Ordered 30 mins a head of time. Arrived and ended up waiting an ENTIRE HOUR for my order. Other people gave up a left without their order or a refund because they were so fed up. Also noticed no gloves on the staff or washing hands when handling the food. read more

We did an online order. Boneless Wings & a bukler bundle (8 BBQ & 8 Hawaiian Wings). Picked up order and opened the bag at home to find NO Bukler Bundle or Veggie Sticks - Half our order! Called the store and the Manager said she couldn't find our receipt. Attempted to give her our 15 digit Online Order number, but she said no. We had to go back to the store to get a refund. Arrived at the store and asked for her by name and both girls at the counter said 'Who?' A woman came up and processed our refund, never making eye contact, nor offering an apology. She turned and walked away, leaving one of the girls to finish handing us the refund receipt. Very rude. We never said a word about the state of the food we DID get - boneless Wings were not even warm and the fries were soggy and limp. We realize its fast food, but this is hands-down one of the worst fast food places for quality & customer service. AVOID! read more

Although I really hate writing bad reviews I think it's only right to let others know before spending their hard earned money at a restaurant. This is a new place which isn't a good sign considering usually a place does their best customer service in the beginning to attract customers. We ordered online I ordered a order of CLASSIC wings which on the menu shows 3 pictures; 1 with a drumstick Classic; 1 with a wing and 1 with a combo. I wanted only drumsticks. When my husband went to pick up our order the person helping him said that everything was in there and he specifically asked if their were only drum sticks. He came home and it was a combination. When he drove back their was no apology. He was told it's not our fault we don't make the website. This is not an acceptable response! How on earth are you supposed to order. In this day and age all restaurants allow and encourage you to order through their website because it's easier for both the customer and establishment ( they don't have to take constant phone orders). This is super unfortunate because RP and Cotati could definitely use a good wing place. We won't be going back but my suggestion to the owner is train your employees better and if you treat your customers right they will want to give you their business. read more
