My daughter and grandkids went here for lunch. We waited about 25 minutes to get our to go order. We took it to the park up the street. It was tough, way overpriced, fries weren't edible either. After paying that much I had high expectations. My granddaughters would not touch it and we ended up throwing it all in the trash at the park. Got two chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders, and the chicken was overcooked and the pattie's used were really thin, so being over cooked made it really dry and unsatisfying. Was craving wings, and the 2 main places I go to were closed so, came to wing stop. The manager Trevor was very friendly and helpful, outgoing and funny. He made me laugh which was cool. My husband and I ate at Wingstop on Riverdale Road last night and everything was delicious! The service was great too! We ordered ahead as we didn't have a lot of time, but ate in the restaurant. This place has great wings and chicken tenders. Their prices are fantastic ($5-$10/person) and the meal usually takes around 15-20 minutes to make. They also have an app which you can order from if you don't want to wait for your meal when you arrive. The staff is friendly and the ambience is great. Their coupons are slightly misleading. If you order online or through the app then you get a coupon for 5 free boneless wings on your next order. However, they only honor that coupon if you order 5 wings in addition to the rest of your meal, meaning you can't use it with combos or specials. So -1 Star for having misleading coupons. If you're interested, I normally order Cajun wings (very saucy and spicy) or Louisiana Rub wings (very flavorful but not spicy). read more

Picked up one wing and saw a string of saliva coming from a puddle of spit sitting on the wing below. Oil does not do that. Cajun, standard BBQ, and the Habanaro were the wings I had and out of the 3 the Habanaro Mango wings were the better one's. I love the wings traditional and boneless. I would give more stars but the service here SUCKS! I have been here at least 4 times since they have opened and every time the workers have horrible attitudes and the waits are ridiculous. Even if we call ahead or order online I will leave at the time the estimate the wings should be "ready" get there and still wait at least 30-40 mins. We actually pulled up to go to Habit Grill (which we recently tried for the first time and is amazing) but Wingstop lured us in with 60 cent boneless wing Tuesday...and what sounds more delicious than 6 or 7 day old wings that will be thrown out if we don't eat them? I bet I could get better wings at a gas station. The food was very low quality and all I could think while eating it was: I wonder how drunk I would need to be to think this was good? Excellent Food - Subpar Service We stopped by at 9pm Monday night on my way home from work, because I wanted something warm and I absolutely did not want to cook! We had not had the opportunity to try Wingstop yet, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Crew Pack with three flavors of boneless wings, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, and Hickory Smoked BBQ, 10 of each flavor with fries and veggie sticks included. The crew pack was $29.99, $32.48 with tax, so not to terribly pricey and plenty of food! The wings were excellent quality chicken and the sauces were bold and favorable! My only complaint was with the service. It was extremely slow, it took more than 30 minutes to get our food after the order. During the wait, I noticed that there are specials on Mondays that would have saved me money on my order. Not a lot of money, mind you, just about $3, but I was highly disappointed that the employee serving me never mentioned anything to me about the special. She also never made any attempt to help direct me in making a decision as to what I wanted, as I had never been there before.
