The wings were really good but inconsistent in size. Some wings were pretty small. Chicken is made to order so it's fresh. None of the flavors we tried were spicy even though we ordered what should have been spicy according to their scale. The fries were surprisingly good! They have tables so you can dine in, public restrooms, and a nice soda fountain. We wanted to try their flavored teas but the teas were all empty and we didn't bother asking them to make tea for us. When you're done, they want you to leave your trash on the table-- they clean it for you. I'd eat here again, but not often. It's kind of pricey. read more

Walked in, placed a to-go order, was told it would be 15-20 minutes. 15-20 minutes later I was walking out the door with my order. 10 minutes after that, I was enjoying pretty darn good wings in the comfort of my own home. I asked for the sauces on the side and they provided plenty for the order but not so much that it would feel wasteful. The two people I interacted with were cheery and helpful. Love the wings! The service isn't the greatest yet, however they're just starting! The wait was long but it's understandable since everyone wants to try this place out. Reasonable prices and awesome fries, like awesome! The blue cheese dip was chunky and flavorful. We got the Cajun and mango habanero wings. The Cajun were our fave hands down, however the mango habanero were too sweet for us and not hot at all. The Cajun were spicy but not burning spicy. The service here is absolutely terrible. I called this facility at 9:30pm to place a pickup order but nobody would answer the phone. I tried to place an order online but the website was saying there was an issue with my order. I finally showed up to the restaurant to place my order at 9:40pm yet the manager Sharon said that the facility was "closed". Prior to her saying that facility was closed she said that they typically take their last order at 9:45pm. I had issues with that and asked if there was any corporate information they had available yet I was instructed to leave the premises because I was being refused service. Sharon, "the manager" refused me service 20 minutes before the facility closed and prior to that when they refused to answer the phone 30 minutes before closing time. I called 4 times before I showed up to the facility and I also called when I got there. The phones work, they ring yet, no employees went to answer them upon her instruction. Ridgecrest is a food desert and there aren't many places to get food after 9pm. For me to be refused service 30 minutes before closing is absolutely unacceptable. This needs to change and people that are this lackluster need not to be in positions of power. read more

I placed and Uber eats Oder last night they mixed my different flavored tenders together and on top of that I ordered a sweet tea and they brought me unsweetened the Uber driver came back to my house with another drink witch was still the wrong drink so I called wing stop and they said they'll replace my Oder today when I have my dad to pick up the Oder they couldn't replace the whole Oder that fine give me my 10 tenders and they send him back with no ranch like what the hell I already had to come waste time and money to come pick up and Uber Oder that they clearly messed up on and she have the nerve to tell me of yeah just come back and we will give it to you like who has the time and gas to be running back and forth on there mess up I won't be coming back here to shop. read more

I ordered some chicken and fries yesterday and let me tell you, BEST experience ever. So placed my order online and wanted it delivered. The time I was promised was 11:30am to receive my order. I got my order exactly that time with door dash. My food was very hot and fresh. Fries were nice and crispy even though I got the VooDoo fries. They were delicious. I will definitely be ordering with door dash again. Hopefully when this COVID19 is over, I can do back to dining there with some cold beer. read more

They do not cook chicken well. Always order extra well, and I get the lightest, undercooked l9oking wings. They tell me they can not cook longer than 25 minutes. Seems to me that if a customer wants their good cooked longer, especially chicken, they should get it that way. I'm seriously disappointed. read more

Happy with my experience here. They have a good selection of wings. I ordered my wings online and they were ready to pickup in about 20 minutes at 5 pm on Saturday night. We tried eating in during lunch hour and it was taking over 40 minutes to get your order, while they catered to the phone and on line orders and seemed to ignore the customers that ordered to eat in. So we thought we would try on-line ordering for a better experience - WRONG! We ordered at 6:45pm and were told it would be ready at 7:03, so far so good. We went to pick it up at 7:05 and were told they were working on it, ok. Then at 7:15 asked again and she said "They are working on it". Talking to people that were sitting there eating, they said they came in at 6:50 and were eating their food by 7:10. At 7:30pm we asked again and were told, guess what?... "They are working on it". Finally we got the manager and explained what was going on and he said "He would work on it", we got our order at 7:35pm. The wings were overcooked, the sauce seemed to be thrown in the bottom of the basket and the wings on top of that, not coated at all. Ridgecrest's newest place and there is room for improvement. I ordered on line for a scheduled pick up at a future time, that means your order should be ready at that time, I waited 15 mins. Folks that were walking in and ordering were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Cheese fries were soggy and not great. Another observation, this is a very small location, there is only 1 door, I saw Wingstop employees carrying out trash right past customers. I realize there is only one door, but maybe hold taking the trash out when the dining room is not packed. I'm sure the staff are still working out the kinks, Hopefully things will get better, I'll give them another try in a few weeks. read more

We've noticed the staff is always so friendly and are very efficient when it comes to putting orders out. Walked in hoping to be greeted while standing in front of the cash register. Didn't receive a greeting despite making eye contact and greeting staff with my own hello, all at about 2 feet away. Wings are fine if you catch them on a good night. Fries are lagging big time. Soggy, undercooked and at times cold.
