Wingstop has great wings in a variety of flavors. Some of our favorites is the original hot, cajun, and mango habanero. The fries are excellent and sliders are also great. The sliders are also great especially in the Hawaiian, Louisiana rub and BBQ style. Staff is friendly, and if go there enough they actually remember your name for the order. One of the only resturants that has very good sweet tea. You dispense your own drinks so refills is not an issue. I always fill awkward because they have no trash cans, and you leave your finished items on the table for the staff to clear. They are pretty quick to clear tables whenever I have been there. Don't for get to get a side of cheese to dip your fries, or a roll just because they are good. Couple of things, I have been in on rare occasions when they were out of rolls or they forget to give me the side of cheese or dressing which is promptly corrected. I just suggest that you check your takeout order just in case. If you are looking for probably the best wings at a reasonable price Wingstop fits the bill. I feel like the wings here are probably better than Hot Wingz, however, I have to say that Wing Stop does not have any alternative for the non-wing or chicken eater like Hot Wingz does, who has great hamburgers and other items. read more

Extremely friendly and efficient service. I almost exclusively order carryout. My order is always prepared upon arrival, with a flawless record of accuracy. The Monday/Tuesday 50 cent boneless wing special is probably the best deal in town at the moment. I enjoy the crispy tender options, personally. I can't speak for their bone-in wings (aka traditional wings). If you want some great boneless wings (be honest they're fancy chicken nuggets though) wingstop is the way to go! read more

Worst customer service ever. I called to place a pickup order and was placed on hold for 10 mins. Then hung up and called back and was placed back on hold for 10 more minutes. Even better yet it was not truly hold, they just set the phone down so I could hear them taking others orders and calling out names for pickup. Eddie and some poor girl may need to find a new profession. Try Hot Wings 5 minutes away. Much better wings and FAAARR better service. read more

I've been going to Wing Stop ever since it opened. In my experience, there's no better place to go in the Tri Cities if you're having a wing craving. At this point, I think I've tried all of their different wing flavors and I have nothing but good things to say about any of them. (If you want the atomic, though, be prepared for your eyes to water!) Bone-in and boneless are equally good. While I haven't tried any of the sides aside from the fries, I do have to say that the fries are fantastic--I'm not sure if they put just a little bit of sugar in the seasoning or what, but they're a tiny bit sweet and pretty delicious. Beer selection is pretty decent considering that they're closer to fast food than sit-down. Overall, they come highly recommended by me! read more

I will never come to this wingstop again! Well for starters I work at a salon near by the area and frequent this wingstop often, I had purchased an over priced (yet again) wing lunch the day before and had only filled my beverage one time, from previous experience I had paid nearly four dollars for a cup of Ice water and was told by a rude employee that you "pay for the cup here." I was very thirsty and paid this ridiculous price, so the next day after I bought lunch I thought well at least I can get a refill and did so the not ten minutes later an employee (I don't know her name but she has long black hair kinda older) walks into MY place of work and starts being very rude and saying I can't get refills the day after I but lunch and acting like I was stealing!!!!.I was so shocked that someone would take the time out of their work day to walk down to my business and tell me to never get a refill again in such a rude manor! I obviously didn't know I couldn't or I wouldn't have done so, wingstop should train all their employees the same policies and maybe teach them to have a bit of respect for frequent customers who have spent a lot of money at their establishment. I am astonished at the way I was treated by their employees not once but twice. I may be their close neighbor and it was a great place for a quick bite but I will never go here again! read more

There are many better options for wings in the tri-cities. I had an awful experience here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. There service was downright awful. The manager was outright rude and refused to help with my issue and again i recommend you choose another location for wings. read more

Love love love this place! Very friendly staff and helpful on questions about the menu. Order here pretty frequently! Wings are always hot and never have gotten my order wrong! Carrots and ranch from here are LIFE! Would recommend hickory BBQ, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Brazilian Cajun and atomic. Second visit and tried reg hot, Cajun, and med. My wife and I walked away empty. We will stick to Hot Wingz on Columbia center blvd. Staff was ok but the big guy at the register gruffly reminded us the wings do not come with ranch...I think it was an extra $.89. Strike two...there won't be a strike three. Wing Stop is in what was the Wheat Montana Bakery Deli location near the Bone Fish Grille on Gage BLVD. I suggest you order on-line (www.wingstop.com) to avoid waiting (either for dining in house or take-out). They cook everything fresh so expect a 14 to 24 minute wait if you come in cold turkey. Otherwise, they tell you on line how long the wait is and the order will be ready when you arrive. Their wings are very reasonable as compared to the local pubs. As an illustration, you can order 10 wings for $6.59 ($0.65 /wing) as compared to KIMO'S 6 wings for $7.58 ($1.26 /wing). You have an option of choosing from 9 different sauces for your wings. We liked the Garlic Parmesan and the Original Hot. The Original Hot reminded me of when Ice Harbor Brewery flew in Chef Ivo from Galena, Illinois ... Wing Stop's Original Hot was very much like one of Chef Ivo excellent versions tasted Feb 2009.... We will be back to try another combination, perhaps the lemon pepper, hawaiian or teriyaki wings. read more

Looking for good wings? Avoid this place at all costs!!! The fries were better than the wings, but not by much...We tried the garlic parmesan wings and the barbeque wings...I've got to say yuck! We just got back from there for dinner. It was 8:00 pm and they didn't close until 10:00 pm. We sat in a corner and a lady started coming around putting all the chairs on top of all the tables. She said they were going to be cleaning. We were literally cornered in. She was going to start mopping around us. Over priced, typically over - cooked, and very small portions. Wing and leg sections are small almost as if they shopped around for the smallest sections/portions they could find because they charge by quantity not by weight. Your local dive bar is probably a better bet for decent hot wings...unfortunately. One would expect more from a restaurant that centers around hot-wings. read more

I use to be a regular at my Wing Stop back home (Texas) so maybe that's why this experience was so different. I ordered a family pack all drums. I didn't get that despite me paying the extra charge. I got potato salad but the potatoes were still hard. The sauces were good and it wasn't so greasy which is the only saving grace although the hot I ordered tasted very mild. I called ahead of time but still had to wait 10 mins when I got there this after arriving 5 mins after my pick up time. The cashier seemed a bit off and repeatedly said "it's been a long day." Maybe I just caught them on a bad day but this store was just lacking. read more

Today, Saturday afternoon, my husband and I went here for the first time. We had a friendly greeting upon arrival. We told him it was our first time. He never offered to help us with what all the different flavors are. We just had to guess. We decided on each getting 8 pieces each. You pick 2 flavors. Together we tried 4 different flavors: garlic parmesan, original hot, cajun and the Louisiana rub. First thing we both noticed when we tried each one was how salty they are! Both of us love salt, but I think it was just too much. We both liked the garlic parmesan and the Louisiana Rub. The Original hot was OK, but not really that hot. As far as the Cajun goes we both did NOT like it. Way too sour and something else. Now, I do have to give them credit because when I took the Cajun ones up to them and told them that we did not like them and asked if we could have something else, he right away took them and said he would make us something else. I really appreciated that! We got french fries to go with it. I thought they were OK, but I don't really like that style. And, I did not care for the sweet seasoning. I felt like I was eating sweet potato fries. I didn't finish them. Will we go back? Probably not. Not because they were bad, but just because there is so much other food I like better. read more
