Visit in April 10. Delicious fries. Chicken is a little bit dry. Staff at counter is very friendly.

Love this place and always will. It's only gotten. Better the past year! I've never had an issue here. Food is well priced for how much you get and soooooo good.

Service is quick and efficient. The place is very clean and tidy. I came here to rate their new chicken sandwiches to see how they stack against the other competitors. I tried the spicy Korean and it was solid, not as spicy as I'd expected. Lots of pickles, comes with ranch or blue cheese to help moisten the bite which is much needed. Would definitely try the other flavors again. For $6.50 it is a bit steep for a chicken patty that is smaller and not as juicy as the competitors.

Excellent for opening day. Very busy! Yet they were on point. Friendly employees that greet enthusiastically when you come in and when you leave. Good knowledge of the menu items. Supervisor support available but not overwhelming the first day on the job employees and first day open. Menu was extensive with wing seasonings for both bone in and boneless. Seasonings and sauces were varied for choice to make most people happy. I wish a larger variety of sides was available. Finally, I must add it is the first time in my many years living in N. Kitsap that I have never seen so many diverse people in one place both customers and employees. Wings seem to be loved by many! I am glad Wing Stop is in Poulsbo. Hot, fresh, and well-seasoned wings is what they are serving up better than any of the alternatives I have tried in Kitsap.

    Greasy bag

Was happy to learn of a local wing spot. However when we went to get our order that we placed online, the worker stated they needed to add another bag around the existing bag that contained our order because of the grease. My thoughts were 1) why didn't you just repack the order entirely before the guest even arrived? 2) why is there so much grease? Then we opened our food and it was awful. About 3 tablespoons of grease in each 15 piece (mind you, we ordered dry rub on both) and grease spilled all over the bag, and eventually soaked through the second one. I'll be driving to silverdale to get wings. No thank you.

    Boneless, half mild half Hawaiian

Was doing some volunteering at Petal and Pitchfork and remembered the new Wing Stop location had opened. YAS! Was super excited to bring back all the college glory day memories with this location so much closer to home. Easily placed an order online for pickup at my time of choice. We arrived a few minutes early and my order was already prepared (in advance of the scheduled pickup time) so I was in and out in a jiff and on my way. Got all the way back to Bremerton before realizing my order of veggie sticks had been omitted. Shame on me for not removing the covid staple on my bag to confirm before I headed out. Called asap and was told by Gigi they could replace them for me if I wanted to come back OR she could put a credit on file for 30 days. Refund was not an option. Ugh. Wasn't super thrilled with either option knowing how frequently I get to Poulsbo so she offered 60 days which I appreciated. I normally get mild but decided to mix it up and added half hawaiian on this visit which I actually really enjoyed. Just depends on what kind of mood you're in, sweet vs spicy. The house ranch is killer though so I was SUPER bummed that the veggie sticks were missing. It's been 2 weeks and I've not yet attempted to use my 'credit' but hoping that goes smoothly, so long as I don't forget completely before it expires...Okay Google set a reminder! UPDATE: Cashed in my credit, staff were more than accommodating in resolving a nominal $2 mistake. Bumping from 3 to 4 stars for customer service.

Lemon pepper & Hawaiian traditional wings and boneless barbecue wings. All were delicious!

My first time at a Wingstop. The wings were just OK compared to others I've had. The fries were good though.

2 stars, and I'm being generous…read more I came in with a friend and my toddler around 3:15 on a Saturday afternoon. We left at 4:45. There were maybe three other tables in the entire place. We started with the arancini, advertised as house-made risotto. The breading was too uniform and too thick to be house made by anyone who's actually made arancini. The center wasn't warm. The risotto inside was dry. The marinara was cold. I've had good arancini. This wasn't it. We ordered a medium pizza -- pepperoni and mushroom on half -- and waited. And waited. At some point our server came out to tell us the pizza had to be remade. I had a hungry, increasingly cranky toddler being held together with graham crackers. By the time the pizza finally arrived, he was done. The pizza itself: the pepperoni is listed as Liguria and it did cup, so I'll give it that. But the top of the pizza was swimming in oil -- more than pepperoni alone accounts for -- which suggests the cheese isn't doing any favors. The sauce and crust were genuinely good. I didn't hate the pizza. But the service? I've waited tables. I know how it works. I watch things. When we declined to order alcohol, our server's smile dropped noticeably. After that, he checked on us far less than the other tables -- and there were only three of them. We ran out of water. The manager came by, noticed our empty carafe, and filled it himself. That told me everything. The pizza had barely landed on the table before our server reappeared with his ordering device, Cheshire grin in full effect, check already sliding toward us. I told him I wasn't done yet when he asked about a box. His response? "Just want to make sure you're taken care of." That's a strange thing for an attentive server to say. A good server would have walked away and come back. He hovered. When we were actually ready to leave, there was no one to flag down -- my friend had to go find the server and the owner, who were hanging out together in the back, just to get a box. Two women with a toddler, mid-afternoon, three other tables in the restaurant, and we couldn't get water refilled or basic attention -- but we could get the check shoved at us before I finished eating. The crust and sauce have potential. Everything else needs serious work. One more thing worth noting: Google sits at 4.8 stars while Yelp comes in at 3.8 with a pattern of reviews that either love it or hate it. A full star gap between platforms is a meaningful discrepancy. Google reviews are anonymous and anyone can leave them -- draw your own conclusions. The Yelp split tracks with my experience. Your mileage may vary, but mine did not.

So it is sometimes really good and sometimes really not good and most of the time in between. They do have some outstanding deals though if you're willing to jump through some minor hoops. It's absolutely worth it to get 50% off of your pizzas because that's really what the value honestly should be. I always go and search on Google for the best deals for Domino's, and then within the app I double check and make sure I'm getting the best deals. The food is prepared very quickly. I've only had to wait longer than normal only one time. Dominos emailed me a coupon because had to wait. I did not ask for a coupon nor did I submit any complaint. So that was pretty awesome. Their best crust is Brooklyn style. Unfortunately, they don't have it every time I try to order. And disappointedly I haven't figured out which pizzas don't allow the Brooklyn crust. Hands down, it is the crust I would get every time. On the regular hand toss pizza I have to remember to click the button when I'm ordering online that says do not put that garlicky stuff on the crust. I love garlic but I don't like that much salt. I'm not a fan of their side items like sandwiches, pastas, chicken, breadsticks, and such. I've had their chicken wings and their other "chicken thingies" - not an official name but I'm not even sure what to call them. Anyway, the chicken wings are so tiny that I'm not sure what kind of chickens they come from. The sauces they toss the wings in are all delicious. I like bbq best But, I don't eat their wings because I can't I can't identify what kind of chicken is that tiny. So, all in all, it's Domino's pizza. We all know what that means. Enjoy it with your football games in the fall, with your family when there's nothing else to prepare, and for your big parties and such. No one will realize that it's really not that great when your having a ton of fun!

Talk about misleading prices!…read more None of their promotions end up being the actual price listed. Every single thing at this location has an up charge. Even the promotions that are for their specialty pizzas end up costing more because their standard recipes include up charged ingredients. One of the most misleading companies out there, it's basically a joke now a days. Want pepperoni? That will be an extra $2. Want a box? Extra $2. Want crust? Extra $2. Want them to bake your pizza? That will be an extra $2. If you can't make your pizzas for the advertised price then update your prices, it's really that simple. Stop trying to lure people in with advertisements that you can't honor.
