If you want your order delivered think twice. They missed putting a full meal in my bag. Tried to blame delivery door dash driver. My 7 year was crying cause his meal didn't come with rest. Worest called store and they said it would be 25 to 30 minutes to remake or call the driver to see if they have another bag for me. I paid $4.99 to have all meals delivered to me and they didn't even want to refund that back after I had to go pick up at store last missing meal. I live less than 5 minutes drive and waited a full 25 minutes. They postpone my meal and didn't rush to make that missing meal. read more

Worst experience. I placed a pick up order about two hours in advanced. It truly showed when I picked up my food. The wings were cold and look dehydrated. They didn't have much flavor either and they were the original hot. The fries were cold and stale. I felt like I was biting into a raw potato. The fries also had no seasoning. I've never had Wingstop and not been satisfied, but this location actually succeeded in doing that. My fat friend didn't even finish his wings and he always finishes his wings. Bravo. read more

I come here A LOT and spend A LOT of money at this location specifically. It's the closest to my house so it's a convenience thing but the food is bad half the time I go. The workers try and bribe you into giving good reviews but the food is usually subpar or bad. I've probably had 1 or 2 times it was really good out of the 10 times I've gone in the last month. The fries were very soggy with little to no seasoning. The fries honestly are always bad. The corn is ok but this time it was terrible. The corn almost taste rotten or like you fried it 5 times. Dripping with grease with a dumb amount of seasoning. No amount of seasoning can fix the taste. Just today we spent $22 just to get soggy corn and very soggy fries with no seasoning. Ordered 2 large corns and was only able to eat 11/20. It's a taste I can't describe but it should not taste like that. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. My family spends so much money here this is ridiculous! read more

Wingstop - Terrible corn - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plano, Texas

The online app makes it so easy to order my favorite wings. The wings are always fresh, always excellent tasting, and the people are always friendly. I've tried several places as I consider myself a wing snob and wing stop always delivers and hasn't disappointed in 3 years. The one on 14th in Jupiter has it rocking. The team there should get raises and praises. read more

You can never go wrong with wing stop! They have THE best fries and ranch dressing!!! Some places have weird tasting ranch (if that makes sense lol) anywho I've grown fond of the lemon pepper wings along with the Hawaiian wings!!!! read more

I have loved Wing Stops since they opened and used to go to the one in Valley Ranch. Since I have moved to Plano I have a few orders that were not correct but tonight was the worst. The young lady that took my order, although not looking like she liked her job, got it right. It was an 8 pc, lemon pepper, well done all flats. What I got I believe was the original hot with mixed pieces and not extra well done. When I have this experience I try to let the proprietor know what it was like. If there are issue how can they be addressed if they don't hear about them. I spent about 30 minutes trying to call the store to let them know about my experience. I received no answer at all. Then they recommended to go to their website. I could get through the first 3 steps then it kept directing me to place an order. I can say this was a very poor experience since what I got has been very hard on my stomach. BE WARE! If you order to go check your order before you leave the facility. read more

Definitely wouldn't ever come to this Wingstop again. We pulled up and all of the workers where up front talking not doing anything...they told us we have 8 mins left?? How we have 8 mins when y'all are just standing there. Then we ended waiting an additional like 15 mins. Then one of the girls of front taking orders wasn't doing anything like 2 bags of food sat there and didn't even ask my fiancé his name to check to see if it was one of ours. I'm not a person to leave reviews but this really ticked me off just sat there watching this. My fiancé said while standing and waiting one of the workers didn't even look like he used soap to wash his hands just water and dried his hands off. So definitely consider reading reviews before going here. They definitely need to get shut down. read more

This is my first time at wingstop at this location and I had take-out. My girlfriend of 3 1/4 years who is in illinois actually ordered these for me over the phone and had me pick them up as part of our long distance date night. I got their 6 piece bone-in wings with an additional 3 wings, the flavors being the hickory barbeque, mango habenero, and hawaiian. I also got cajun fries with the order. Impressions: The fries seems to be natural cut fries (the ones with the potato skin) and reminded me of five guys french fries if you have ever had them. They aren't particularly crispy, so if you're looking for a nice crunch or snap like you might find at McDonalds, you won't get that. However, the seasoning is fantastic and they cover the fries well. It isn't the kind of cajun seasoning that looks like red-orange dust, but a nice real blend of herbs and spices that you can see long after your fries are gone. Their bone-in wings are crispy and maybe a tad bit larger than you might get if you have ever ordered wings from a pizza place or even buffalo wild wings. They have some of your typical base flavors that most wing places would have with the addition of maybe two 'unique' flavors, so that's probably all the flavors they need, but to me it still felt like few flavors. I loved the flavors I had, the mango habenero being my favorite. IT has a good kick of spice, but also slightly sweet too. Hawaiian is all sweet, so good for someone who doesn't like heat and still wants something on the sweeter side like bbq, but without the smokey taste. Overall, it was good and satisfying, but nothing unique or special that would make me say this is 4 or 5 stars. It's great tasting food at a fair price, but just another wing place. A 3 for me. read more

Recently remodeled and the new staff is much more pleasant than the last. I actually felt welcomed and didn't get the "I hate my job" vibe.

I used the wingstop app and they charged me for delivery and a tip. Their app tracked the delivery. It went from perfecting order to completed 45 min later they never delivered it. I called and was put on hold for 6 minutes and then told we don't deliver. I said it was there app and they charged me for it. I told them I wanted to cancel the order now and I expect a refund. They took my number and said the manager would call sometime in the future. Terrible customer service from corporate office with a poorly written app to the franchise owner who doesn't train their employees better. read more

Who sells wings without dipping sauce? Wingstop is cheap. They charge extra for sauce. I understand charging for extra sauce. I was wondering why it wasn't busy at lunch time. The service was slow and the sweet tea had way too much sugar. They didn't have napkins for takeout orders. Not impressed with this location or Wingstop's prices in general or charging for sauce. I didn't realize until I got my order so I had to use my card again. read more

One of the worse restuarants in Plano, TX. I often come to this location because it is a mile from my home. I won't be coming again. The food is below average. My order is often wrong. They employees are rude and unhelpful. I am always disappointed after I eat at this Wingstop, which is about once a week. In future, I'll drive across town to another location in hopes of finding a different culinary and customer service experience. Very disappointed. Not worth the effort. read more

Very poor service. Girl at the front did not let us know she was open, so we were just sitting waiting. Could not hear the girl up front, had to ask her to repeat her self multiple times. Not only did she have a bad attitude but the whole staff was rude. We finally get the wings after 20 mins and they are super dry with hardly any sauce on them. I ask for ranch and that is $0.96...really! read more

Used to go here all the time with my best friend when it first opened. Now I'm not a huge fan of wings, but my best friend was. He loved the place so much, that he even worked at the place for a time being. I do admit, they were pretty tasty morsels. My Favorite: hickory smoked bbq. read more

I am disappointed. The place is packed during lunch - okay every place in Plano is packed during lunch but the service is really slow. The place is quite dirty and not well maintained. They don't have much drink for you to choose from and the chicken, they are not what I expected. They are quite dry and hard. Why aren't there any good chicken wings/ fried chicken places man? read more

I am going to assume you have tried wing stop, so I won't even... What? You haven't tried chicken wings? Man, I guess this review just got real. Wing Stop is good at chicken wings, I suppose - the flavors are all tasty and I haven't had a bad wing yet - but the fries are where they really shine. They are a good value, and the spice mix they use on them is incredible. This location is clean and friendly. read more

I've had good experience here with the food, but the logistics leave much to be desired. Here I am waiting for my wings to be done, despite the fact that I ordered online 20 minutes ago and the place is empty, not one customer or another order. As I walked in an gave my name, they started cooking the wings. Way to defeat the point of take-out and ordering online beforehand. read more

They can't get it right.....poor management. They do not check their orders for accuracy when packing them. We ordered online using door dash delivery. Driver was great kept us updated on order and that restaurant was running slow and he would be a few minutes off the time promised....not a real problem. The order gets delivered and the bottom of the bag is solid oil and up the sides too. How the bag didn't break is beyond me. I never understood why Wingstop doesn't put their paper bags inside a plastic bag to avoid leakage in customers cars. We ordere a family pack for the football games and they didn't put the fries in....they have great fries and everyone was so disappointed. I called them and they said I could come pick them up or get a store credit.....credit does me no good if I don't want to use that location again and why would I go pick them up when I paid to have my food deliver. Wingstop has to be better than this. This location has been on the downhill for the last few years because of the employees and management... of the food. How this location is still in business is a surprise in Plano. read more

I ordered my wings by phone for lunch and it went smooth with the server telling me it would be 18min for pickup. I arrive and my order is ready with my 6 piece half mild/half Louisiana rub with light seasoning on the fries ready. Everything was cooked like i asked. The wings were a little too crispy/over cooked though. Made them hard to eat. You can ask for extra crispy but I didn't and I don't know how they would be edible if you did. Not bad but not my favorite wing place. read more

Terribly slow and horrible customer satisfaction. I ordered to-go and I sat and wait for 45 minutes.

With the start of preseason football, we decided to get chicken wings on Sunday. This is the closet Wing Stop by our casa so by default we order from here. We called to place our order (should have installed the Application for Wing Stop - but I really do not think we order that often from Wing Stop) and the phone rang/ repeatedly... Huh - Must be busy. Hung up and called again (like we all do).. Wing Stop employee answered and took our order (slowly, but correctly..) Cajun, Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper Seasoned Fries, a few sides of Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and Crisp Veggie Sticks (to make our meal seem healthy). $30 plus US Dollars! The order will be ready for pickup in 18 minutes (such a random time, but OK). I put on my shoes and off I went to Wing Stop.. Everyone must have thought the same thing football=chicken wings.. There was a line of 5 people deep when I got there.. Two for pick up and 3 for dine in.. After much waiting, a very nice employee assisted me. The order was ready, and still hot.. 18 minutes must be the "SLA" for ordering wings because several phone orders were placed while I was checking out for pick up and they were all 18 minutes.. Paid, and drove home to enjoy our wings.. Here it is: Lemon Pepper=OK/kind of dry= overall I would pass. Louisiana Rub=Good/ kind of spicy but in a good way.. Cajun= A saucy version of Louisiana Rub= OK would get these before the other. Skip the need for veggie sticks - this is not worth the price for quantity.. The Seasoned Fries were a little cold - but this was not fault for Cook, but Wing Stop for packaging.. Overall we will be back.. But next time, I will stop at the grocery store right next door, pick up veggies, salad dressing (dips) and maybe a bag of french fries for less coin then here.. Just something to think about before ordering wings the next game day! read more

This is my first time eating in this location its has bad service. The cashier got my order wrong, I asked for 40 piece and got a 30 piece. The order took more than 40 minutes and just because I went to ask for it. We didn't receive the veggies and I asked about it and never got it. read more

Came in at 1 pm and they still had chairs up like they weren't ready to open yet. The restroom reinforced this thought when I went to go wash my hands. Nothing stocked......looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Went to the front counter to order, was completely ignored/not greeted/told be right with you/etc as the lady continued talking to others. I observed the kitchen crew as I waited...... everyone appeared to be hating life and seemed discombobulated. The lady at the counter finally turned to me and her greeting was, "what would you like" (very low voice, no smile). I turned and left. read more

Used to go to this location all the time until I started eating healthier & trying to save money. Wing Stop has gotten EXPENSIVE! I usually never have any problems but every once in a great while they miss putting in my fries or dipping sauce. I just check it before I leave. No big deal. They are usually short-staffed which makes the orders take longer to prepare, but who am I to complain? I can see they are working hard and it can't be easy keeping it all straight. Overall very satisfied. read more

Great customer service. Food cooked to perfection. Assistant manager Jonathan was a really nice guy.

My coworker and I ordered over the phone before going to break like we do every time we choose wing stop for lunch when we got there our food was not ready, after sitting in the dinning area for close to 20 min our food was brought to us.when I bit into my wing it was raw and slimy I put it down and with my hands picked on the the rest , they all where slimy and raw I put them aside and ate my fries only , I than went up to my register and no one would come to me finally one of the cooks made eye contact with me and told the cashier I was at the register , the cashier was in the back handling food ,cutting carrots , she proceeds to clean herself on her shirt and comes towards me I quickly explain to her about my raw wings and experience . I explained to her I would pay for my drink and fries because that was what I ate But wanted my money back for the wings. she got very defensive and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do because I waited so long to tell her I than told her all 6 of my wings were still there. She told me to bring them to her once I did that she just looked at them looked at me and said if I had a problem to call corporate and pointed to the number ok the wall we come here very offer for break at least twice every 2 weeks and I've never ever had a bad experience , after seeing her cross contaminate our food I don't think I can return to this wingstop when I asked her if I could please speak to her manager she said she was in charge and when I asked her for her name she yelled out mayra ?! Who does that ? I was trying to be discrete about my food because customers where around me waiting on there meals but she was difficult to deal with ! read more

This wing stop hasn't disappointed me yet. Food quality is always exceptional and the staff is always friendly!

Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Wingstop. And when I get the craving at work I stop by this location. However, every time I have come here I have been inconvenienced. My order is almost ALWAYS wrong and even if it is right it is just barely satisfactory. If I ask for lemon pepper wings then I expect to taste as such but instead they are bland and lack seasoning. If you are eating here, then you have the chance to get up from your chair, give them your order, and they can correct it for you. But seeing as I get takeout to bring back to the office, they are not as able to correct their mistakes. I understand every business has their good and bad days but it seems that every day I order is a bad day for them. Today was the absolute last straw and they have officially lost my business all together. I ordered online per usual and went to pick up. When I received my food I inspected the order to make sure it was right as I have made a habit to make sure my order isn't wrong (note: a customer should not have to double check the employee's JOB). Everything seemed to be right but surprise, surprise when I got back to the office it became apparent that I had not evaluated it carefully enough. I had ordered 9 wings with 3 different flavors. What I received were plain, flavorless nuggets. I know it's not the end of the world but as someone who has come here often, always receiving terrible service and expecting to enjoy a meal I was looking forward to... This was highly disappointing. Unfortunately, after this instance I will probably not order from Wingstop again and today's experience has officially ruined that for me. If I want wings now, I will go to the Hooters down the road as I can trust their service is much better and I will probably leave with the right order. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Usually we dine here or carry out weekly and just recently maybr the past month the service and food has went from five stars in recommendation to none . Every person who works there now is NEW. They do not know how to make the original winstop recipe fries the right way, they. Dont even know how to make BONELESS wings for heaven sake. I had two in my6piece meal that were completely fried fat, it is ridiculous. Coming from a number one wingstop fan. I would not recommend that you go to this wingstop at least until they find new hire.. while i ordered today i heard the worker tell more than one woman that next time they came their order would be free or discounted. You know your child has crossed the threshold of adolescence if they are hanging out with mom and dad and wanting chicken wings over chicken nuggets. Such are my thoughts as I notice the mass of kids who are hanging out with their parents here. My friend and I chose to dine here for lunch because it's right between Deep Ellum and The Colony. There's plenty of seating and the orders seemed to take longer than other Wing Stops because they were busy but the wait was worth it. I love love love the garlic parm, honey bbq, and lemon pepper. My friend loves the Hawaiian, it's personally too gingery for me. Also, gotta love the seasoned fries, they are so tasty with blue cheese which is loaded with garlic and sour cream I believe. read more

Haven't been to a Wing Stop for since leaving Texas for NJ/NYC and I found myself short on time yesterday but needing to go to the grocery store since it had been about two weeks. However, I refuse to hit a grocery store while hungry so quickly stopped in here since I had a coupon for their Sliders. I chose garlic parmesan and original sauce for the flavors, and the coupon gave me free fries. I opted for ice tea as a drink, although that single solitary Corona left in the fridge was screaming my name. Frankly, I thought the best thing about my meal was the iced tea. The fries, while hot, had so much seasoning salt on them that my lips dried out after eating just a few, and they were soggy to boot. The sliders (laughable) were bloody awful. They consisted of a small flavored chicken patty on a cold potato roll with a couple of dill pickle slices on top of the patty. Now, maybe that's how sliders are supposed to be, but Lord, people, at least dress the suckers a bit! There wasn't even any sauce, so you ended up having to choke down each dry bite. After valiantly attempting to eat a bit of each slider and maybe a handful of fries, I decided that I had assuaged my hunger enough to where I wasn't going to jam pack my basket at the next door Tom Thumb. Think I would've been better off just having that sole Corona. Won't be back. read more
