Service was great. My son manages a CFA in Arkansas and suggested I try this and ask for x jalapeños which I did. I love CFA but the pimento cheese adds a richness that I did not care for. I can understand why people like it, but it's not for me. The staff was providing great service and the inside was quite and calm even with a bunch of kids in the restaurant. read more

The rating average for this location shocked me! I've gone here twice in the last three weeks and always have a very positive experience! I order drive thru, and the service is fast and friendly! When I went this past Tuesday, the person taking orders was the friendlies and most polite person I have ever met! My order is always correct and the food warm. I have zero complaints only positive words! I have been to Chickfilas that have repeatedly messed up my order (like every time I've gone), but this has not been my experience with this location! read more

When I say this is the best chick-fil-a in the area I mean it! The food is always fresh and hot including the fries! (Never once have I gotten a stale or soggy fry from this location). I come here often to study and I never have to walk to the front to request a refill on my drink. They are always more than happy to fill it up and bring it to me at my seat! On top of the great food, the service is beyond amazing. The employees here are more than accommodating and always so sweet! read more

1/12/24: I stopped by around 12:30 pm and ordered five combo meals. Customer service was pretty good, although the restaurant and drive through were busy due to the lunch rush. Me and my friend came to this location on May 5, 2025 around 3 PM and Mitchell was our cashier. We were super pleased with our service provided by him, and how hardworking he is. The food was also extremely fresh and it was delicious. Overall, this has been the best Chick-Fil-a experience provider, I have tried multiple different locations and haven't experienced anything similar. read more

I come here a lot because it is close to my work. The food is always accurate and tastes great. I'll admit though, this is not the fastest chickfila. I don't know if i get unlucky with the people ahead of me, but the drive thrus take me 10 minutes everytime. Every other chickfila flies you out the drive thru especially when you mobile order. Maybe its because they dont have live people outside? Anyway, still has polite employees. I enjoy hearing "my pleasure" everytime i say thank you. Lol read more

I am not sure what happened to one of the best fast food restaurants in the US. It seems the quality of their food has gone on a fast downward track. The fries have been not up to the regular chick-fil-a standard and the chicken quality has decreased as well. The service is always great at this location and the inside is clean. Just curious about the great quality of food they used to have:( we can only hope it gets better or they will be dead to us all. read more

I always enjoy Chick Fil A. The order takers helping out during the drive thru lunch rush are always helpful and polite. They really make the process seem very seamless. I recommend using their phone app to pay. I just load some money into my account and it really helps streamline the ordering/paying process. Ordered a #1 - your basic fried chicken patty on a bun with pickles, waffle fries, unsweetened iced tea. The experience was great. Normally service at Chick-fil-A is unremarkable, it's usually good, but we were served by Sarah the trainer and she was excellent. At the end of our meal, I stood near the counter waiting for someone to refill my drink and at least three employees walked past me without asking if I needed anything. Now, they could have been training, since Sarah the trainer, was there. I'd say a minute passed by and Sarah the trainer tried to get one of the employees attention to get them to serve me, however, they might have been on break. Sarah the trainer got up from her break to refill my drink. Please give her a raise. read more

Well well well, what the hell happen to this chick fil a???? Have been here 3 times and the 3 times the staff has messed up my food which I get it being busy yeah right not today. On top of that there was a long hair when I unwrapped the supposed to be egg and biscuit but guess what there was NO EGG!!!!! I gave it back to the 15 year old manager they have there and got my money back. Sorry but if this is the way you guys are conducting business now I am out!!! Had food delivered and the bag was not sealed properly in middle.... Seems as driver had easy access to stick hand in and eat half the fries... That is unsanitary and COVID hazard to us... the bag should've been sealed in middle properly and the delivery driver should not be allowed to work as their delivery for none complying with companies health rules and companies ethics and to risk Of health and COVID viruses to be exposed to the food.... We had a great experience here for lunch. The food was great, the place was clean, and the service was top notch. I had not been to a chickfila in a while and was surprised at how much the menu has changed. I was still able to get a salad with grilled chicken instead of fried and my daughter loved their fruit cup. FYI- This location does not have a playground. read more

Today is the grand opening day of this Chick-fil-A, and I went through the drive-thru to get my order. They had staff and managers everywhere making sure that everyone's orders were cooked and delivered to perfection all while coming out hot and fast! The employees were friendly and the drive-thru lanes were handled efficiently. And of course, my order was perfect. It's amazing that this store opened here, because it's right next to our workplace. There is NOTHING about this Chick-fil-a that follows typical protocol. They have the most difficult drive thru, and then when I finally get to the window, they tell me my cc didn't go thru.. Really??? The guy said thank you ma'am have a great day.... When I explain this, I'm attacked by several employees telling me no it didn't. Then I'm told to check my statement and call back if I get two charges. Really??? Like I have nothing better to do?? If it wasn't for my sick husband , I would have left the order there. Friendliest Chick FilA I've. Ben to in my life (and probably top 5 restaurants in general). This place felt like the TV show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name and they always glad you came. The owner was very chatty with several patrons and had anecdotes of their meeting (one helped him figure out ornaments on Christmas tree, another they talked sports). The food here is as good as any Chick Fil-A, but the beauty of this place is the employees, and the culture the owner has instilled. read more

This store does gluten-free really well! I am a super sensitive celiac, and have eaten here a number of times (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and it has always been handled carefully. Why hello fancy Chick-Fil-A, how YOU doin?? This is a new Chick Fil A location right off of Campbell and 75, much needed from the cluster that is the location at CityLine off Renner. My colleague and I stopped in for lunch and want in since the drive thru line was pretty long at the prime time lunch hour. The line went by quickly and a few "My pleasures" later, we were on our way with our food. Be sure to download their app so you can get freebies! I got a free sandwich and shake when we went and only had to pay $2 for waffle fries, nothing wrong with that! read more

I am usually pretty shocked to see a low review to Chick fila. But today was pretty rude. I had no issues in the drive thru and Sarah who took the order was great. They forgot my sauce, no big deal, but when I went to go correct this issue the first thing was a snappy ma'am our lobby is not open. It was a very abrupt male who didn't inquire why I might be there and I understand we are in a pandemic but the restaurant was a total wreck and there were folks, likely employees just hanging out in said closed lobby. Most other restaurants have been able to make cleaning and seating accommodations to allow for social distancing. They might have been imposing these restrictions on guests but not the people who were inside. It seems like the customer service focused response would have been different but looking through recent reviews it seems like this location is not ideal. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. Past two visits this month they messed up our order with forgetting an item and this time a side salad is a kale salad. Not to mention they have messed our orders up many times in past year. Save yourself the headache and go to another location. When you let them know they messed up they offer a call tomorrow with an apology. Hopefully they can find new management to fix their issues read more

Drove up to see drive thru person on his phone, he didn't welcome me to chick fil a just straight up asked in an annoyed way what the name was for the order and didn't say thank you when I place my order. Was going to complain to the manager just to see she's the same way, no kind customer service boice. Everytime I come here I always get the wrong food ! I specifically let them know could I please get a grilled chicken market salad. Then when given my food it's WRONG ! This is usually how it goes 1. Register person puts it in correctly but kitchen gets it wrong 2. Both kitchen and register get it wrong 3. Place it correctly on my app but it's printed out wrong in the store. I use to work at chick-fil a so I make sure to let them know what's up with my order so no mistakes are made. Literally sucks every time . The Arlington location is honestly 100% better in food quality and service. When going back to letting them know my order was wrong I let them know I placed it right in the app but it got printed out wrong. I ended up getting them tossed in two different sauces, the honey garlic and the Yang Yum just a note they charge you $.50 per flavor so I originally thought it was factored into the price, but upon checking out, I realize that it's additional for the flavoring. I was very pleased with the honey garlic. The yang. Yum was just ok. It wasn't bad but the honey garlic just stole the show. I made it a combo by adding the sweet potato fries, the sweet potato fries were just okay as well but with the amount of wings I it was so much food so next time I probably won't make it a combo. I liked the wings but found them to be a little too fatty so next time I come I will get the 3 piece chicken instead. Overall the service was great, the food was yummy and even the slaw that they gave was tasty. If you're ever in the area, I highly encourage you to stop in and try it out.

They've got a lot of options and I'm still working through them myself. Considering they haven't closed already, I'd say they're doing something right. If it were me, I'd definitely plan to check them out if I'm around town!

I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant with the large mural of a Hawaiian beach and simple island decor peppered throughout. The restaurant is also very clean. I also was fairly happy with the portion sizes for the chicken dishes. The vegetables in the Hawaiian plates were cooked very well and were really good complements with the lunch meals. What didn't work for me: The decoration alone is where this stopped feeling like a Hawaiian restaurant. The Hawaiian plates felt more Asian inspired rather than true Hawaiian inspired. The flavor is excellent, don't get me wrong, but I felt it was a bit of an identity crisis. The Beef BBQ short rib pieces were fatty and overcooked. I had only a few tender bites of beef but the rest was so chewy and fatty that I had to spit it out. Also only had 6-7 pieces of short rib for a $20 plate which I didn't really feel was worth it. The chicken katsu was crispy however I didn't care for the quality of the chicken meat. It was very stringy and tough to bite through in some areas. I was very much looking forward to the macaroni salad but it was just fine. I had high hopes for this one but it just wasn't creamy enough to blow me away. If you have ever visited a Hawaiian island and ever felt like you needed a fix of that memorable vacation, this place won't bring you back to those island memories but you will still be treated very well from a very kind staff. Their attitude is very aloha however I hope one day I can take a bite of their meal and be transported back to island vibes. I would recommend this place if you want solid Asian flavors, but not Hawaiian island specific flavors.
