Food was hot, tasted fresh. Wings could have been a bit crisper but thats Eater preference. Excellent customer service! read more

I love wingstop always receive great service the workers here are great at their jobs 100 percent

The location on Bayou Blvd was easy to find and sits directly in front of a movie theater. We arrived at the posted opening time and they were already opened and busy taking orders. The store was clean although smaller than others I've visited. The food is made to order and took a while to be prepared. We tracked the progress of the order as we waited and the staff was friendly. The fries done with and without the sugar/salt mix were delicious with the ranch dip. Boneless wings were good however, the star of this was the boned garlic parm wings!! read more

Ordered wings for Mother's day to go. The staff were very friendly and the store was clean. Highly Recommend

ordered from here yesterday and wow the flavor and service was great. Excellent wings as they were cooked to perfection. Both Kimberly and Nave excelled in taking care of customers while being swamped by orders , it was definitely impressive how they managed to control the situation. read more

This location never fails!. Tuesday it was Jimmie and today Kim!!! Always great customer service and of course spot on with the wings! read more

Good food, just forgot and messed up my order. Switched around what I wanted and I paid extra for sauce but didn't receive any.

The environment was enjoyable, the food was good, and the service was POOR! No greeting, seated ourselves, long wait. Our waitress was the worst I have ever had in the history of eating out. Please avoid the server with blonde curly hair with black roots. Nasty and negative! "0" customer service and very disrespectful!! Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to get a replacement. read more

I ordered through DoorDash late Friday night and whoever made my order needs a raise. The fries were heavenly, the wings were astonishingly good and the customer service was amazing. 10/10 would order at this location again! read more

Place an oder for 10 meal well done & sprinkle garlic parmensian with medium soda & seasoned fries. Only received eight pieces and wasn't well done as requested. First time every received this type of service and surprised meal wasn't checked prior to especially since I was informed that person waiting on me was the district manager. Hopefully next time will be better if not lesson learned. read more

1 customer associate was so very helpful. The rest of the staff not so much. The wings were horrible. It was like they were not fully cooked nor were they seasoned! I will stay with Popeyes for better wings and service. read more

This is probably the best chicken I have ever tasted! The service was amazing I ordered 5 minutes before I picked it up and it was already ready! The place was very clean and neat. Waited 10 minutes just to get my order taken. I only ordered a chicken sandwich just the sandwich and waited over 30 mins absolutely insane can't believe it. There was a man in the back working the whole time while the woman at the front stood idle not paying attention. read more

I ordered 15 boneless wings on the app, it said that it came with dipping sauce, but when I was at the register picking up my carryout meal, and asked for ranch dipping sauce, the cashier tried to charge me $3.20 for it.... Wingstop is overrated, just go to the buffalo wild wings across the parking lot, they'll give you free dipping sauce and treat you right. read more

You're going to see friendly faces and be greeted as a friend every time you enter. The food is delicious and cooked fresh when you order. This is not fast food, but it is a small kitchen operation with fish bowl windows, so you can see the food being made fresh while you wait. Love this spot. read more

Had a decent sized online order that was placed. Getting home I noticed I was missing all the wings we ordered. I called the store and spoke to Kevin. He was very apologetic and made it right and let me know I could pick up the wings. We're human and forget things sometimes and Kevin did right by us and fixed the issue with no problems. Amazing customer service and great food as well. read more

Omg! I am NOT a wing person but HOLY CROW, the LEMON PEPPER wings are out of control, delish. I also ordered the LA rub wings & they were solidly good but I will always order a few lemon pepper wings. They deep fry all their wings to order which is cool! They were DELICIOUS! The Cole slaw was fresh & crunchy & had just enough of the light slaw dressing. They have sodas, & bottled beer & beer on tap. The place was pretty clean. They need to be a bit better about busing the tables though. There was a table that had trays of stuff sitting there for an hour while I was there. And there was only one other customer the entire time I was there. I enjoyed my dinner. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Waited 10 minutes longer than I was told because they were waiting on the fries, for them to be cold. I saw them messing with the soda machine after a lady complained so I assumed they fixed it when they handed me my cup I PAID for- it was not. When I called they told me I'd be getting a call back and I never did. read more

Went to order one side of fries with blue cheese was told the wait was going to be under 5 minutes. Employees were in the back on their phones and making comments about customers to one another. waited at the front for over 25 minutes with no service, asked for a refund and they got the incorrect amount and we had to correct them after they were going to return less than what I paid. After the refund we left the store. Overall poor customer service and rude employees. read more

The health department needs to shut this place down. I was in there last night and the cook was standing over the food vaping while handling the food. Every other employee was in there at the same time and not one employee said anything to him about it. If the cook doesn't care about the quality of his work and his fellow employee's do not care about his actions or the repercussions it could bring on them all that should tell you how bad the management is here. Bathrooms were filthy doors would not lock either. But to be so reckless as to vape over a customer's food while preparing it is appalling. I have been in contact with corporate and on Monday I will be in contact with the health department. read more

Even though this location has 2 stars it is definitely the best wingstop location to go to in Pensacola. Food is always fresh and every time I go in there it's great customer service. read more

Food is good here but I wouldn't recommend going in to eat. There was no AC so the whole time we were waiting for our food in the heat. It felt so stuffy in there and the food took forever to be done. The soda machine stopped working midway to me picking my drink so I had to stay there for an extra 10min waiting for the machine to start back up. read more

I love this restaurant and have dined in several of their locations including back home and even here in Florida (Orlando). The young lady to take our order was nice and friendly. My food however was just average. My wings barely had sauce and were not crispy which is usually my preference but there were some I questioned whether they could have stayed just a little longer. Will I return? Probably so. read more

Terrible experience. Phoned order in. Was told 20 mins. Gave them 30 mins. When I arrived my order wasn't even started. I couldn't wait so I told them I was no longer interested. Clearly from the other comments this Wing Stop has serious issues. read more

My wife and I definitely like to visit this location. We probably frequent this place about 1-2 times a month. Especially for date night, when we have a sitter for our toddler. This way, we get to be messy with our hands, not trying to keep it clean while we clean our daughter. Hey, life with a toddler. They are clean, most of the time. I say that because I did see one employee through the back from the counter checking his phone, in between slicing the veggies. Not cool. Although, I will give them the benefit of a doubt that this doesn't happen often. I hope not. or else, we would start going next door with the colors, yellow and black. The food is fresh and tasty, although they could pick up the speed a little. Now I don't know the concept of how to cook the wings with these fryers, including their policies, but it does take a while. I like how they don't have a lot of flavors. It's simpler, and not difficult to choose. I like the option of having beer, though I don't drink much. The sweet tea is perfect. The dining room is smaller, just like their floor concept for all locations (I've visited a few from Florida to Dallas, to Socal) compared to their rival. It's the "fast-casual" experience. The restrooms are pretty clean. My only complaint on them is that there are no changing tables in the men's. So if I were to come only with my toddler, without my wife, I don't have that option. I'd have to ask to use the women's (they have single stall restrooms). My last advice for the dining area: raise the volume on the TVs. Or music. It helps with privacy on your table conversations. It also livens the energy. I do have a question that I think makes sense. I hope corporate can answer this: We love watching UFC. When it's on, I go to the rival because they show it. Wingstop doesn't, even if their logos are found throughout these events. It's ironic. And funny. I'm sure they know there's a market there. So the question is, why is that? We will still return. Friendly service, and fresh food. Those suggestions are just for improvement. We all can anyway. read more

I don't eat wings much but decided to use a coupon and try them out. The fountain soda was the best thing about the menu. The fries were, well, fries...limp and boring. Now, the wings were an entirely different story. I had 5 wings that were rubbery and 5 that were SO dry AND over-fried, the meat crumbled like saw dust. It took me 3 different times to finish them. $10 was not worth the trip back, and that will be the ONLY $10 they ever get from me. read more

Yeah, they suck now. Horrible service, long wait, and they don't cook the food quite like they used to. The employees appear to be annoyed that you're there to get food, less than helpful. The sweet tea pitcher tastes as if it hasn't ever been washed, had to pour it out for a fountain drink. They just don't care or the manager running the place doesn't care but I could tell when they changed to someone new from the old manager. read more

they forgot the most important thing of my order, the ranch. the thing that brings it all together, the reason i started eating wingstop. the thing that brings me joy. the reason i am alive. ranch is the most beautiful sauce to exist in this world. i was so excited to receive my order with my mouth watering for the beautiful ranch. i had a nasty feeling before thinking, "i feel like they're going to miss my ranch for some reason" i was starving, i got paid today from work. excited to open the bag, i peek in, take the chicken and fries out, and notice, the most atrocious, horrible, vile thing happened to me, i noticed, that there was in fact, no ranch. it was the driest meal of my life, i felt like crying. i was thinking "i can't wait to eat this food, finish rewatching spiderman homecoming and be happy." so i in fact, give this place, 2 stars. the best i could do. so please, give me ranch next time. read more

The boneless wings were over cooked and we got a lot of that were hard and could not eat them and threw them out. Fries were very good. I ordered three different dips and only got one(ranch). This was on Super Bowl day and I believe they were in a hurry and did not pay attention to the time they cooked them. This was a 4pm pick up time. Will go to another wing place instead of this one. They need to make sure all orders are right. read more

This wing stop was really trash. The service is below mediocre. I got what was supposed to be Cheese FRIES but I got Cheese POTATOES. They also messed up my friend's order which was mild chicken with ranch and gave her lemon pepper chicken which ended up just being PEPPER chicken (1/10 would not recommend) and they gave her bleu cheese and tried to pass it off as ranch. Moral of the story is don't come here unless if you want to waste $15 read more

I dont know why I still go to this place .Wingstop in general. I haven't liked the wings in years but It seems to be convenient. The wings are ok but never great . This time around i was leaving the movie theater and on my way out I decided to go to wingstop over Buffalo Wild Wings as they are both in the same parking lot . Since I knew football was on at my house I decided to grab some wings I ordered 40 wings 20 hot 20 bbq . I was asked if I wanted the combo or just the wings. I didn't want frys or what ever came with the combo so I just that wings . After that he said ok so you want only the wings no ranch or blue cheese I said yeah I want ranch he ask how many cups I said six then he said that that many cups would be more then the combo. I said what are you talking about and he said you only get dip sauce with combos and since all I got was the wings I had to pay for the dipping sauce . I was like ummmm no I'll just use ranch at my house . I just spent 40 dollars and 40 cents on a 40 piece wing .I was not gonna buy dipping sauce .....I have honestly never been to a wing place not even another Wingstop location that doesn't include ranch or blue cheese with an order. The more I thought about it the more I got angry and I just came to the conclusion that I will never go to another Wingstop ever ever ever..... Anne it has nothing to do with me not understanding the menu . I have ordered wings from numerous places and got dipping sauce with my wings and have never paid extra unless I wanted extra . I got NONE . I didnt ask for extra and I'f I did I would have expected to pay. Every place gives you a few cups when you order multiple wings. I can name you a few if you would like . When you buy Wings in that number or any number you're expected to get a few cups of dipping sauce for the price that you pay not with an additional charge. Sorry for the confusion. Have a great day . read more
