That Hot garlic Parm was a great suggestion. The lemon peppers were amazing also. The Mac was ok could be a little more creamy. All-in-All it was a great experience and delicious food. The ONLY reason the didn't get a 5 star is because the only give you 1 dip for 10 wings.. should be a dip per 5. Im spending more money but getting the same amount of dip as a 5pc‍

Whenever I got the message my table was ready they ended up getting ready a regular table.. when I said I I needed a booth they told me we would need to wait 40 more minutes on top of the 40 I had already waited. How is that even possible. Why would we need to wait again 40 min when we were already next. I have a boy in the spectrum it was really hard for him to understand we couldn't be seated anymore. I felt very sad to be treated like this. Sad to say we won't be coming back.

I needed to bring the food back, which I replied "I would've known that had you answered the phone." she replied "Can't you see we are busy?" btw there were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru and 1 customer in the lobby. so I told her "As a manager it is still your job to multitask and answer the phone" I used to work as a shift lead in fast food. it's not that hard. she thought I had walked out and said to her employees that "in order to replace the food you need to bring back the food are you stupid?" speaking about me and all the employees laughed. when I returned with the food and my mother, she very passively aggressively fixed the issues while also cussing our names in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand what she was saying. yes the issue was fixed, but with much attitude, rudeness, and the up most lack of professionalism. I tried contacting corporate but all I got was a texting customer support. mean while my mother has a medical condition that causes her acid reflux to flair up really bad when spicy food is involved and here we are next morning and she's still having bad acid reflux. So we left and I called the store to get the franchises number or a general manager number. The "manager" (so he says) answers -FABIAN R.- says he don't know what I'm talking about, I repeated I needed a number. He got loud and said he don't have a number to give me and hung up on me. We just turned around and returned our whole order. We work to damn hard to spend almost $50 for bad service. We ended up going to the Church's Chicken on Spencer Hwy by the beltway that is connected to a Shell gas station. The prices were cheaper, very clean establishment, and the service was excellent. And we didn't get charged extra for condiments.
