Absolute shit location. Ordered my food to be done in an hour wait time. I get there to wait an additional hour so in total waited 2 hours for 40 wings and two large fries. To sit there for an hour and listen to the immature children they hired talk about women and leaving the company because they don't make enough. 10/10 would definitely shut this place down and start over with better staff. This was my inaugural visit to Wingstop after been a BW's fan I decided to go with the other consultants on a lunch adventure. I think this was my first and last Wingstop. First, they make you purchase a meal deal - doesn't offer just wings without a drink or side. We got there at 12:30 so slightly after the lunch rush. We ordered our food and after 45 minutes it finally got to us. Yes, they advertise freshly made and no heat lamps but honestly I would trade off for quicker service. How can you do lunch if it takes 45 minutes to get your wings? I got my garlic parmesan wings and they in a pile of grease. The dry rub Louisiana style was decent and not in grease. Every time I go here it just gets worse. Ordered dry cajun rub. They made a mistake and mage it regular cajun and then tried to cover it up by putting an unheard of amount of dry rub. People were even having to sit down at tables with old orders and empty beer bottles on it. Everyone working there looks 14 which isn't a problem other than the horrible service I got. I had seen some bad reviews on this location, but it was closer than the other so I decided to try it once. I was pleasantly surprised at the girls' at the counter and their customer service. The cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the fact that my order was ready when I walked in, also helps out. By the time I made it home, I looked for my extra wings I had added to the order, and couldn't find them. I called and the manager - she explained they usually put add-ons under the wrapper of the main order of wings. I looked. There they were!!! Not sure why so many bad reviews, great food and really nice customer service, and I am a pretty picky dude. Only complaint, it would have been an extra added bonus if the girls had told me where to find my add-on wings when I picked up my order since putting them under there is a common practice. Excellent wings! Made a last minute decision to get wings here and DON'T regret it! My husband and I have tried several of the local famous steakhouses and we would rather have these wings! I called in my order, but decided when I got there to add to it, the employee was helpful and got everything right. There was a small wait, but they are a busy location. When we ordered the cashier did not inform us how long the wait would be but we still ordered all together on one ticket. After waiting more than 30 minutes, one of my coworkers when to the counter and asked how much longer it would be to get our food. The employee at the counter rudely stated that we were told how long the wait would be, which we weren't. After waiting for over a hour for our food, I went to the counter again and when I asked how much longer it would take and was informed that it would be another 20 minutes. I then asked for a full refund and the employee told me that I would have to get in another line (with everyone else that requested a refund) to wait for the manager to give us a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes in line, the manager walked away from the counter. She didn't acknowledge my presence or let me know if she was checking on something or anything. I then asked her if we could get a refund. The manager didn't apologize for the inconvenience, didn't acknowledge the issue or even try to access the issues she was having with her team. When she completed the refund, she didn't let me know how much was refunded or anything. It's obvious that she doesn't understand how to run her business or understand the meaning of hospitality. My company ordered dinner in because we were working late. He ordered online, paid with credit card, and showed up 20 or so minutes afterward to pick the 130.00 or so order up. He went in and they informed him that anything over 25.00 they can't make beforehand, even though he already paid, store policy evidently. I guess if by some miracle we didn't show up for the 130.00 order, they didn't want to make a bunch of food if they didn't have to, dumbest thing I've ever heard of, we didnt eat til after 9 because of these boneheads.
