Had a group of hockey players, and my son, celebrating his birthday last Saturday (party of 15). Told by manager that only 2 waitresses showed up for their shifts but they would try and accommodate. Not only did they accommodate, the food was above average for most Hooters, came out quick and everyone (including manager) pitched in to make sure we made it to our game on time. We will be coming back for sure and thank everyone for their hard work. read more

Service is great we had the bone in wings. The wings were smaller than other hooters we have been to but they were cooked just right very yummy! I had the buffalo shrimp soooo good! The queso and chips was very good ! My daughter had the chicken strips which were not great the texture of the chicken was chewy very off. It's very very cold in here so bring a jacket we were all very cold! read more

Start off with it is HOT AF , no air conditioning. I ordered the Philly and it was salty AF, there is no consistency. I was a regular but the food and service sucked. Under new management it was getting better , but it's going down hill again ... FAST. So if you want to sweat while having a salty dinner this is the place to be read more

Hooters - Smoked and lemon pepper wings what a joke - Sports Bars Near Me - Odessa, Texas

We have seen good and bad reviews for this location. Today our service was attentive and friendly. Beer was served ice cold. Haterade Punch was really good. Ordered the Buffalo Platter and it came out hot and fresh. read more

great place to have a drink, chill, eat and watch football! Smoking still allowed on the patio and 2 tvs

the food was not good not enough sauce and didn't have any flavor. The wings tasted like butter and it didn't look like it had sauce on it.

Bar tender Avery was attentive and took good care of us at the bar. Food was up to Hooters standards. These days it seems when you hit your favorite spots it just doesn't taste like you remember but the food was on point at this location. read more

I agree with every other 1 star review. I made an online order, and my order was wrong and didn't receive the extra dippings that I ordered

Don't even bother. Came a year ago, got bad service. Decided to give it another try .... Just ass appalled by the service. Show up no host. Restaurant not busy at all maybe 4 tables sat. Finally get sat, husband and I order drinks, app and meals all at once we knew wha we wanted since we waited so long for our waitress to come around. Wait about an hour for our food ( shrimp salad ! ) get chicken salad. Get served cold fries and cold onion rings. When we asked about our shrimp our waitress states she didn't know if the cooks would make our shrimp! We settle for the chicken then our waitress goes missing ! Horrible horrible service Not coming back! Management failing corporate big time ! read more

we waited over an hour for our food. It was not busy. The chips and queso were soggy and rubbery as we're the boneless wings my husbands burger was a joke suppose to be a triple and it looked like they stacked 3 sliders read more

Waitresses are nice but understaffed so I don't bust their chops I understand. Overall the outside appearance needs to be upgraded big time and the atmosphere is gloomy. I'm from San Antonio so it's obviously much nicer but In the end it's all about the food and service. read more

My husband picked up a to go order & they forgot more than half of his order. Drove an hour back and forth to get the rest before closing time & the food was still not ready by the time he got there. A rude cook came out and threatened my husband when he politely asked for a voucher for the poor service he received from Hootergirl. The manager "left" since it was 10:58pm & they closed at 11pm. To my understanding a manager is always supposed to be the last one to leave? Terrible service the entire time, no communication skills from hooter girl & really to be threatened for wanting a sort of compensation for the time wasted over a servers mistake! Ridiculous. read more

The bartender, Sarah, is the absolute WORST! I hate coming in to have a good time with the boys, and I see HER behind the bar. We've walked out occasionally after seeing its her behind the bar. Im just saying, y'all are losing service because of her. read more

Door dashed some wings original buffalo n they had no sauce on them at all & was soggy

Wings are the best as well as the curly fries. I wish corporate will invest more in this location. We always sit at the bar. And tonight, a Saturday, our bar tender was superb. Usually service is not good and understaffed Today the place was almost empty and I can understand why. But those damn wings are good. One thing I wish is that they had more sport showing like baseball. Women bathroom was surprisingly decent. Usually is dirty. Never mind I found a roach just outside the bathroom. This place really needs a good cleaning, fix the outside, including the "hooters" lights and a big lift overall. Did I mention to be clean too? read more

Not the Hooters of old, but still a good place for a drink. Loved the Whisky Long Island. Sliders were good but needed onions or something. Still the same ol curly fries and hot wings. Probably come back again if I had time to kill because the time from food order to arrival is a wait. Manager is a not active because a particular waitress stayed locked on one table enjoying her friends or soon to be hook up... Oh well, is what it is. read more

So I tried it again! I asked for a partic up with the waitress trying to get a 10 dollar tip on a order of 10 wings and a drink. I asked specifically for small change and she still brings me back a big bill. I just got down here and won't get first check for a month. If No one purposely gives you guys a big tip don't manipulate the situation. I saw the desperateness and left a 5 even though I'm still trying to budget I felt obligated. read more

Business is so poorly managed. Maybe no fault of staff, hard to tell. My 2nd attempt to pick up food here and both experiences were depressing and full of regret. Smoked wings small and dry - not the place to get them smoked. No celery, even though I online paid for it. I went to grocery store nearby and bought a stalk. Hey - maybe a sharp manager could go buy celery for a wing place running out??? Stay away. read more

I want to start off by saying that just because this establishment has a large name corporation outside of the building, doesn't mean it can lack in expectation! Extremely disappointed with the service, the wait time and the quality of food!!! This was the absolute worst experience at any Hooters I've EVER been to! FACTS: 5 mins waiting at the bar to be ASKED what I wanted to drink. 25 mins after ordering drink, I ordered my food. 40 minutes after ordering food, did my order come out!! Timer was on, I was livid! The manager was nowhere to be found, nobody to explain WHY or what was going on! It was an absolute horror of a night! This was never to be expected from such a well known establishment, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Cold fries, dry wings, undercooked shrimp! read more

Hooters - Dry/ cold fries, undercooked shrimp, asked for breaded wings and got naked... this was exactly 40 minutes after placing my order! - Sports Bars Near Me - Odessa, Texas

The service was good. And that's where the good comments end. The bathrooms don't work and they're filthy. The food sucks balls. The chairs are the same damn ones from 10 years ago when I used to work in west Texas. It stinks. The owners and management obviously dgaf! Won't ever darken the doors of that hole! read more

Great food, great service, clean and fun atmosphere!! Shy was the best! She was always near and made sure we had everything we needed! We ordered the smoked dry rubbed wings and they came out perfectly seasoned and not dry at all. We also had the traditional battered wings in the Chipotle Honey sauce. They hit the spot! They were perfect! The staff also did great cleaning between guests! read more

By far the worst experience we've ever had at a hooters! We stopped here during our long drive from Dallas to El Paso to eat dinner and we waited 10 minutes to even get drinks ordered. Finally got drinks and placed a food order...food came out about an hour later and the wings were cold so we sent them back, and new ones came out about 15 minutes later.. we also ordered a bbq burger that was soggy and lacked any sort of flavor, this restaurant was busy but service was very slow and seemed very disorganized as they didn't know who had our table. Thankfully the waitress took the wings off the bill because they left the child we had with us starving because of the long wait for hot wings. Lastly the bathrooms in this place were disgusting, the men's room had a big hole in the wall that had tile hanging on by a thread and the stall door was broken and held together with duct tape and the toilet looked horrendous with fecal matter all over the outside bowl. Very disappointed in this visit to hooters in Odessa and will definitely pass on this place the next time I am in town! read more

I've eaten at a lot of Hooters over the and this one twice. First off the food: smoked wings are my favorite. Not that I come here to eat healthy, but every little bit helps and these are very good. Get sauce on the side. As for the service, this place is busy all the time - just the nature of lots of oilfield workers and pretty girls doing the serving. Service was good considering the crowd. As for the bldg, older and needs attention, especially the parking lot, but again, considering the oilfield that frequents it, about what to be expected. read more

I really appreciate the friendly service and cold beer this place provides! In a town where the hustle and bustle is almost too much to bear, these guys treated me kindly and were very friendly! I buy my nephew a hooters calendar every year, usually where I'm from in Portland Oregon. But as I am now working in the Odessa area I picked up the calendar from this location. The girls all signed it and personalized it justice they do in Portland! Very cool of them! Thanks gals! read more

If I could give this place a 0 that would be a compliment. Waitress, if you want to call her that, would leave us alone for long stretches of time. All while she was at the next table flirting with a guy. When we finally got her attention, she would walk over to us making faces like we were bothering her. It took 30 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, cold of course. I can see why this place in general is going down, their service is terrible. I finally got tired of this girl and asked for the manager. She was polite and did say the bad waitress has had many complaints on her attitude. Food finally arrived, manager got us a free appetizer, and we were on our way. No need to name the waitress, if you go, you will see who she is. read more
