Had a group of hockey players, and my son, celebrating his birthday last Saturday (party of 15). Told by manager that only 2 waitresses showed up for their shifts but they would try and accommodate. Not only did they accommodate, the food was above average for most Hooters, came out quick and everyone (including manager) pitched in to make sure we made it to our game on time. By far the worst experience we've ever had at a hooters! We stopped here during our long drive from Dallas to El Paso to eat dinner and we waited 10 minutes to even get drinks ordered. Finally got drinks and placed a food order...food came out about an hour later and the wings were cold so we sent them back, and new ones came out about 15 minutes later.. we also ordered a bbq burger that was soggy and lacked any sort of flavor, this restaurant was busy but service was very slow and seemed very disorganized as they didn't know who had our table. Thankfully the waitress took the wings off the bill because they left the child we had with us starving because of the long wait for hot wings. Lastly the bathrooms in this place were disgusting, the men's room had a big hole in the wall that had tile hanging on by a thread and the stall door was broken and held together with duct tape and the toilet looked horrendous with fecal matter all over the outside bowl. Get sauce on the side. As for the service, this place is busy all the time - just the nature of lots of oilfield workers and pretty girls doing the serving. Service was good considering the crowd.
